I highly recommend Richard for all plumbing needs. He is knowledgeable and competent and without a question the best plumber we have ever used! Richard completes every job and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Most of all Richard is just a nice guy and a pleasure to have in our home.

Had a 400 water bill, he came and found that I had leaky toilet tanks. Repair was affordable and he wrote a letter to the water company which lead to a partial refund. Would recommend

The technicians were all amazing. Very professional, prompt, thorough, and fast. Our HVAC system went out and Absolute had a 9 man crew out within a day to install a new system. Would highly recommend.

Pacific Plumbing just installed a new water heater for us today . They were on time, courteous, professional and did the job right. After installing the heater they immediately found that a component of the heater was bad. Within a couple hours, they drained, removed and picked up another heater that was installed right away. I would highly recommend them!!

local company.. very helpful timely and good at working on older houses in this neighborhood. good plumbers. they've replaced my A/C and my furnace and I trust enough to leave a house key. But they don't work weekends. they do the work, leave and send you a bill ina couple days...

Very nice people and seem to run a good shop

Came out to fix our heater on multiple appointments. Each time they told us that they didn't have a part and would have to wait until another day, or that they fixed it when they really did not. After four times, we finally called Prudential and they took 20 minutes or less to fix our heater. So New Circle Mechanical was either incompentent or price gouging us by charging us for multiple visits.

Gave me his cell phone number for any questions. Got a great deal on a trane AC and furnace. Installed quickly and efficiently by two super nice gentleman. Ronan the office guy was also great and professional.

Yay I got hot water!!
I never realized how important hot water was until My hot water heater went out over the weekend. My landlord called this company they came out first thing this morning and looked at it. The guys said I needed a new water heater so they replaced the old one quickly. The two guys that came out were very kind, friendly, polite, and most important they were very quick and professional.Thank you two so much for cleaning the two year old water out of the bottom piece. I would definitely recommend to all my family/friends and anyone else need services. Thank you Schwrdein Mechanical!

Pros: came out same day, friendly tech.

Con: pricing. I was given a verbal estimate of between 500-550$. But somehow the compressor broke itself, and as a result, they charged me for more hours of labor and it ended up being over $700. As a consumer, I was forced to believe that my AC unit, which functioned fine when the tech got there, somehow broke itself while he was working on it. I expected that the company would stick to their initial estimate, but I was wrong. That was a big disappointment.

I was wary when I did not initially receive a written estimate. I think Louisville mechanical would be better served to supply written estimates and to keep the customer updated, as clearly and concretely as possible, if there are any price increases. That would keep an unfortunate situation such as this one from repeating itself in the future.

Marcus and Melvin came out and replaced our downstairs furnace and were all around great. They worked their butts off for hours, were very thorough on what was going to be done, showed me how to work the new systems, and were very nice and set on making sure we were satisfied with their work. I would recommend them and probably request for future visits.
