Austin was great! We got a quote on a few outstanding electric needs as well as an inspection on all things electrical within the house. He was quick and super polite. We've always had good experiences with Drexler and they've always been our go-to for maintenance and repair concerning plumbing and electric. Pricing on services seems to be consistent with other companies...things aren't cheap these days, but we do have a good relationship with Drexler. They've always been accountable and that makes a difference for us.

Great experience! To start, a very nice young lady answered when I called and was professional and friendly. I received a picure of my technician prior to his arrival. I needed to have a gas stove hooked back up after it was disconnected for a floor installation. The job was done the same day I called. My service technician was professional and thorough. He inspected the gas line and connections before connecting the stove. The stove had to be moved out and back, which he did with great care not damage to my new hardwood floors. I would definately call this company again.

This place is a rip-off. I do not recommend their services. They had us waiting weeks for a replacement part we didn't even need. Then WAY overcharged. Terrible way to run a business. Avoid at all costs.

Worst workmanship ever. They dug up my yard for a job it's for my neighbor without informing me. Then it took them a lot longer and they said it would. Has costed me about $500 to damage to my yard because Of their laziness. Horrible. Never use this company

Jack Osbourn and Ronnie Keen did a great job replacing our AC/ Heat pump unit and coils. They were very careful with my ground cover around the outside unit as to not trample it. My husband said they were very clean, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Yay I got hot water!!
I never realized how important hot water was until My hot water heater went out over the weekend. My landlord called this company they came out first thing this morning and looked at it. The guys said I needed a new water heater so they replaced the old one quickly. The two guys that came out were very kind, friendly, polite, and most important they were very quick and professional.Thank you two so much for cleaning the two year old water out of the bottom piece. I had a great experience with purchasing a whole new central AC unit. They did well to communicate, were punctual, installed things in very reasonable amount of time and did well picking up after themselves. I was also happy with the price.
