Great work by the technician, but the scheduling was a huge problem; my window for service was 100pm—400pm, but my technician did not arrive until 520pm; he apologized and said he would make sure that doesn’t happen again, and that the customer would be informed if the technician was running extremely late

Cameron Hicks was hands down the best service technician we've experienced! He was very professional and personable, which I like. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder and asking a bunch of questions. He was very knowledgeable and gave us information to help us maintain our a/c unit. This was the first time we used Absolute Services and it won't be the last. Thanks for doing a great job Cameron, but most of all, for being a genuinely nice person that I feel I can trust!

Tim called ahead, arrived on time and got to work on maintenance of our heat pump. Clean, efficient and very personable.

Scheduled the evening before for 8-10 AM slot. I was skeptical they would be on time because of the short notice but they showed up on time. They called 30 minutes before their arrival too, which I appreciated. Jacob went through different options without trying to pressure me into a bigger repair. I will use them again!

We called Blackburn Davis to help install a smart toilet, upon arrival the two men stated they had never installed a toilet like that and did not like fancy toilets, they spent over an hour on the telephone (mostly on hold) with the manufacturer. I was eventually handed the phone to explain the issue and was told parts were missing. Granted missing parts were not Blackburns' fault and ultimately the toilet was sent back and replaced and we installed it personally (all handled by ourselves, not them). However, we were charged $220.00 for a phone call (I did most of the explaining). I called owner/manager and was told the charge was the charge and it did not matter if they did anything; the meer fact they were dispatched was the reasoning. I offered half the service charge as a consult/estimate a very average charge for other services but was told it was unacceptable. We will NEVER use them again and will not recommend them either.

Shane was prompt and professional. He fixed the kitchen leak under the kitchen sink, cleaned up in a timely manner. Would recommend them for plumbing and electrical. We used the electrician earlier to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Great work.

Extremely pleased on hiring KCC to install my mother in laws AC system. Mind you I did this from Florida. Called on Tuesday and installed by Friday. Very professional every step of the way. Sent me pictures to show the completed work. Mother in law expressed the crew was very courteous, clean and professional. Dave came out on a Friday night and provided excellent service to my boiler that was all orange flames. Bled radiators and cleaned burners . I appreciate his excellent sevice and gave my spring to do list.

We got a furnace through them in 2012. I was home on leave from Afghanistan at the time, and leaving the next day. They convinced us (because we were desperate) to buy a $10k furnace and air for a $50k house. This is not the problem.We got the full 10 year parts and labor warranty. Here we are, about 9 years in, we have a problem with the AC. Its a good thing we have a warranty! Except they have been out somewhere between 8--10 times. I don't know exactly how many, because I have been there for it, my wife has been there for it, the tenant has been there for it. We have all taken off work multiple times. It is getting ridiculous! Are the incompetent? Is it some expensive problem they are trying to patch in hopes that they won't have to pay for it? Either way, it is costing a lot of money just in missed work at this point.Edit: The installation manager Mark just called. seems confident about the problem now, so hopefully it will be fixed soon.
