They won’t show up on time and blame you for it. They’ll do the bare minimum and you’ll have to go back and do the majority of the work. Just keep looking for another contractor.

I received an email from Bryant reminding me that my furnace was due an inspection to prepare for winter. I scheduled the appointment by clinking on the link in the email. I was able to get an appointment for the date and time that was convenient. On the day of the appointment James called me about 30 minutes prior to his arrival on 10/24/2022. James completed a thorough inspection of the unit. After the inspection James explained what he completed. He also provided me some common issues that can arise from my brand of heating unit. James was very professional and courteous. He did a great job!!!! I will definitely call Bryant Heating any future HVAC needs. Thank you!!!!
