I cannot say enough about the quality of service from Absolute Services! A HUGE thank you to technician Bailey Spaulding for fixing our air conditioner three days ago. He would not stop until he found the problem. Once diagnosed, he needed a part that wasn't on his truck. Despite other calls he had to make, Bailey returned to his shop, got the part and drove back to our house to install. His work ethic, along with his perseverance made it possible to get our air up and running. Bailey is an asset to your company. Thanks again Bailey!

February of 2021 my water heater was replaced they did amazing. August of 2022 I found a leak at one of the sodering points called them because it was there work that needed repaired I left a key so they could get in and next thing I know I got a bill for repairs I never authorized. I never received a call to authorize the repairs. They fixed the leak that caused rust on top of the waterheater but also placed my expansion tank that wasn't leaking. The lady in charge apologized I didn't receive a call but still charged me a fuel fee and a service charge when I questioned it she put me on hold and never picked back up and I would still be on hold .

My experiences with Becht Givens have always been positive. Every technician who has come out, either for routine maintenance (we have an annual service contract with them) or to fix an issue with our AC, has been friendly, knowledgeable and offers the best recommendations. On one of the hottest days of the year, our AC stopped working. As always, Danielle was great at getting someone to our house as early as possible, and the technician who came to fix it, Ray, was great! He was able to fix it without me incurring a massive expense, gave me tips on what I should watch out for and educated me on the problem and the operation of my unit. Thanks, Ray!

We had a problem with the faucet on the outside of the house - the brass part of the faucet was damaged. The was not water leakage. NATHAN SHEPHERD came to the house and replaced the faucet. He had the job done in about 20 minutes. Did a fantastic job. I am very happy with his work. I'm not very happy with the $410 price. I can't fault Nathan with that. He doesn't set the price; he does the work, and he did it very well.

Man, my water line was busted from careless placement of a fence post. The guys at Maeser came out in the rain on a Saturday to help me out. I cannot say with words, how thankful I am to them for spending the 8+ hours they did, getting my water fixed and back on. These are the guys for the job. 100%

We have been unable to get anyone to come to our house and help get our gas fireplace to work. I went online this morning and as soon as I put my request in, I had a phone call confirming that I needed help. Then Griffin Kennedy called me to get our appointment set up. He called to let me know he was on the way and I met him at my house. He explained everything that he had to do and even gave me tips on how to care for the fireplace. He was awesome. Pros: came out same day, friendly tech.

Con: pricing. I was given a verbal estimate of between 500-550$. But somehow the compressor broke itself, and as a result, they charged me for more hours of labor and it ended up being over $700. As a consumer, I was forced to believe that my AC unit, which functioned fine when the tech got there, somehow broke itself while he was working on it. I expected that the company would stick to their initial estimate, but I was wrong. That was a big disappointment.

I was wary when I did not initially receive a written estimate. I think Louisville mechanical would be better served to supply written estimates and to keep the customer updated, as clearly and concretely as possible, if there are any price increases. That would keep an unfortunate situation such as this one from repeating itself in the future.

Jeremy the plumber did an excellent job. Very professional.

The service man was very pleasant and polite. He seemed to be on the phone some, but I was very pleased with his work.
