Bad customer service.

We originally had Tom Drexler come out to try and snake our drain but they left us with a clogged sink and a quote for a $4,700 solution. 2-10 Home warranty sent PlumbRight out to our house and the technician Patrick was so nice and polite. He came in and rand the snake again and wouldn't you know it, he got it unclogged. He ran the water and filled up the sink 3 time just to make sure it was working properly. He was quick but thorough. I will use PlumbRight in the future for things outside the scope of our home warranty. Would highly recommend.

I will tell all my friends and family about them ! They did an amazing job and beat the prices of the other companies we got quotes from ! David Richey was our lead tech , he was so helpful explaining our new system to us . I've already told 2 friends about them !!!

Pop up drain replaced in bathroom. Wasim did a great job with repair. Cost $264. I’m not sure about value. I found a Delta Faucet Repair Kit online at Lowe’s for $40. Not sure what my plumber cost would have been had I purchased the part myself.
