Called this company after doing research. Brandon called me back and set the appt for this week. He was precise, comedic and was very knowledgeable and personable. What was suppose to be just an estimate turned into them fixing the issue at no charge. He'd just so happen to have exactly what we needed in his truck for the issue to be fixed. They were done in less than thirty mins. He also told us a couple of tricks. We're having him back in a couple of weeks for a bathroom remodel. He will also be our number 1 for any all our plumbing needs. Definitely A1! Their service is precisely why we always choose local instead of mainstream. You don't get the same quality and experience. I called Gudorf on a Saturday at 2:30pm due to a clogged drain and the technician was here at 7:00pm the same day. Within an hour and a half, my plumbing was running again. Paul was friendly and professional. The pricing was reasonable. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I did not like it. Call back service to setup an appointment was null and void. I hired another company.

Josh said he would arrive in a 2 hour window and he did. He was very attentive to my issue and spent a lot of time troubleshooting to fix the issue. He was only here for a short amount of time but that’s all it took. I will be calling them again

The crew had to dig a pretty big hole to find the leak and they replaced every bit of dirt and the mulch when they were finished. I was extremely impressed.

Unbelievably expensive. Love working with small business and would even pay a little more to do it. However, I was recently sent an invoice for $513.50 to check for a gas leak on a furnace.

Told me they had to wait for the utilitity company for 3-4hrs and it was 94/hr to wait.

I am clearly in the wrong business if plumbers get 94/hr when they aren’t working. Never again, guess big business is the only option these days.

Our Kitchen sink drain was clogged. Called Tom Drexler three technicians with a little hand snake in a week their answer redo the kitchen drain and cut out drywall in my basement for $3600. Called Roto-Rooter $200 drain unclogged. Don't get ripped off call Roto-Rooter. Ask for Billy Excellent!

Their Dispatch is amazing. Jason is so helpful with determining the technicians who are right for each job. He works with all schedules to try and insure the appointment goes quickly, and smoothly. He keeps communication updated, as well as any issues or changes. Nothing happens until you're ready, comfortable with the job starting.
His availability to help with any issues is something that made us feel comfortable. He works with you to actually help.
Seeing that NCM's technicians seem to match that as well, it shows us we're in great hands.
