Best Drain Issues in Louisville KY

Hi, I had a great experience with this company. I needed to replace a 20-year-old furnace and water heater located in a tiny closet 😳. I had 4 bids, Glanz had much better prices, and they don't try to sell you a service or equipment that you don't need/want.
They were kind, accommodating, and efficient. The owners and the team went above and beyond with the installs, communication, and cleanup afterward. Thank you so much for arriving on time and working with integrity. Before and after pics below

I can't recommend Venhoff highly enough. We had another plumbing company come out that has fancy jingle you hear on commercials to unclog a drain. They said that my pipe was broken, even showing me the mud that was going into the pipe. They quoted me $4,500 - $12,000 for the repair, depending on how much they had to dig up. I Immediately called Venhoff for a second opinion and they came out within an hour and cleared the pipe. Honest, fair, and professional – exactly what you are looking for in a plumber.

Andre was awesome to work with. He showed up earlier than what we were told. Was very personable and kept us informed on what he was doing every step of the way. Got us back and up and running very quickly.

In my real estate business and my personal home I have used St. Matthews Plumbing over a dozen times now from $200 to $20,000 and they have done a great job at all levels. Will continue to be my first and only call for my plumbing needs.

Don is a super nice guy and not only fixed our hot water heater but took the time to explain what was wrong with it and showed me the faulty part. He was in and out within an hour and everything was fixed and back to normal! Thank you!

Woke up this morning to no hot water!
Called B&D on a Saturday morning, and got a recorded message, wondering if I faced two days of no hot water!

I called another well-known plumbing company and scheduled and estimate visit. Meanwhile, I received a return call from a B&D technician in less than fifteen minutes! The technician was at the house, preparing the removal of the old leaking unit less the 30 minutes later. He and a helper came back with a new 50 gal, gas Lochinvar, and had it installed and working in about 3 hrs from my initial call!

To be honest, we have used Blackburn & Davis for many years for plumbing & HVAC, as had my mother-in-law. I shouldn't have worried when I got the standard office recording, as the owner checks the machine every morning, I was told.

I would recommend Blackburn & Davis for any plumbing or HVAC needs!

Do not use this company!! They showed up never walked in the house to look at my sump pump. I was told by the individual while in route that the pipe attached wasn’t covered and they would just take my 100 dollar deductible from my home warranty company. The gentlemen shows up again never looks at my sump pump, takes my credit card info/charges me 100 dollars, glances at the discharge pipe which is the problem, calls my insurance company and leaves!! A total of 8 minutes, WOW!! I call the insurance company and they say to me we don’t understand the diagnosis either sir, I said how can you when he didn’t even look at the problem for more than 3 minutes!! We live in a world that money doesn’t grow on trees and I don’t just give 100 dollars away everyday! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I hired a new Circle mechanical to come fix a two prong outlet and check out my electrical panel of which both are next to each other in my basement.
My 89 service call turned out to be a $745 padded bill.
The first electrician that showed up was only here 5 to 10 minutes before another electrician John arrived
I later found out the next day that John was the owner of the company
They went on a wild goose chase, even demanding to see my water heater looking for every single thing they could find wrong in my home
They had several different things going on all at the same time. At one point I had to finally tell them we were out of time they had to leave
They claimed that I had a 30 V showing on the ground wire in a kitchen outlet, and it was extremely dangerous. Since they have been here, I have had to reputable company’s, certified electricians here in Louisville look at the same issue and both have told me independently there is no issue there is no 30 V on the ground wire and the outlet is safe.
I question their abilities as electricians, but more importantly, John’s business practices. I did not give permission for two electricians to be here. I was not given a choice, but charged for both of their time.
I did not ask them to look through my entire house, nor did I ask them to look at my water heater. John used very unethical business practices to pad my bill and to bully me.
They had not even left my home before I called the office to complain and the
next day, when I called to tell them I hadn’t heard from anybody John returned my call immediately.
At this point he informed me he was the owner of the company. He began to yell at me, scream at me and would not allow me to even voice any of my concerns. He was rude, arrogant, and started to threaten me. I immediately hung up.
My word of warning is be very careful if you hire this company. My issues did not get fixed and I got duped and bullied into a $745 bill
There are much better electricians, who have better worth ethics than John and new Circle mechanical.

I highly recommend this place of business..we called and talked to Lisa who was very professional and nice and gave us a lot of help..the plumbers that showed up were very professional and did a beautiful job putting in an excess door..working on our walk in tub and putting in our new hot water tank..they did it in a timely manner the people are great to talk to and they cleaned up their mess..I love this place.

Cooper is one of the kindest, humblest, smartest people I have ever met. His knowledge and dedication to his craft is inspiring and I am so grateful to him as a person and a plumber. In 2020 I bought a 100 year old brick building with the hopes of renovating it into my live/work space. After getting into it I realized just how much work the building needed. I couldn't have done it without Coopers help. He cared just as much about the building as I did and project after project I am happy to say the building is running like new! I couldn't recommend Cooper's Plumbing more highly!
