Great place.

Tony's just changed out Copper water lines for pex in my house. They did a wonderful job. They also put better shut off valves on my water heater and washer/dryer as well as a whole house shut off. I am extremely pleased with the work they did. David and Eric are super friendly and professional. Tony's prices are also very competitive. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

So I was to be getting a free estimate on setting up my water lines for a new refrigerator. Right off the bat, Dylan said it would be $155 to look in the crawl space.. (so much for free)...when I asked about an estimate he said he couldn't give one until he looked. So I can see where some would pay and then being that far in.. pay for the rest of the work. But we said no give us worse case scenario.. you have to replace it all. He said then at least $500.He went into my laundry room and messed with a valve to my water heater which I'm not sure why .. we were looking for the inside shut off valve to my home which I was sure had gotten dry walled over. ( the estimate alone to cut the section of drywall out to the valve was 90$ he said- ridiculous) ... so after I declined the work and we were walking to the door. He said well what about that leaking pipe? You need to fix that asap! What leaking pipe???The one connected to your water heater. So we walk back to the laundry room and he's referring to the one he messed with! So I could see the scam.. I'll find something for us to fix one way or another routine. He said that water leaking will continue to corrode your water heater and cost you thousands to replace it. I can fix that pipe for $330... but with a coupon I'll get it down to $160 for you.Seriously? I should've charged him for forcing it on but it's barely leaking at all and will not cause corrosion of a water heater.I think they'll try and take advantage of anyone they can to make money! Sad.

Prompt, professional service. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, and Josh showed up when he said he would. He finished the job quickly and it looks great. Good price as well.

Their website says they're open 24/7. I called them on 2 occasions, both after hours, and both times were emergencies. All I got was an answering machine that says We're closed for the day. Leave a message and we'll call you tomorrow. I had to get other people to address the emergency.
When I have used Blackburn and Davis (during business hours) I was satisfied with their work. But they are NOT available after hours, regardless of what their advertising says.

Our warranty company contracted assigned PlumbRight to our water heater service request. Three days after the install the wiring on the unit caught fire leaving us with no hot water and damaging the wiring to the shut of. An electric company came and inspected the damage and determined the fire was caused as the result of a loose connection from the installation. This company was notified on the day of the failure. We did not hear from them again until we escalated the matter with our warranty company. A week and a half after the incident the installer showed up after their scheduled appointment time and without a new water heater. The installer and the person I spoke with at the company proceeded to blame the manufacturer of the water heater and us stating that it was an issue with our wiring. We were never informed of a wiring issue at the time of install but conveniently there was on now that there was a fire and our house could have burned down. They also told us this “happens all the time” as if that makes it okay or better. They install these daily as they claim but the installer didn’t even put the electrical compartment cover on the correct direction… the burn is on the top of the cover where if properly closed would have been on the inside. Seems a simple thing if they install these all the time. Last night our electrician replaced the wiring damaged by the fire, removed the damaged wire from the water heater and reconnected the water heater. After almost two weeks we have hot water so this issue is not the water heater as PlumbRight has suggested. It is not a manufacturing issue it is an installation issue. If you choose this company for your repair, make sure no electrical work is involved or be prepared to have it inspected. If something happens following the install they will wash their hands of you as they don’t make mistakes and almost burn your house down.

Excellent Plumber

My husband and I called them for an emergency about a month ago bc our bathroom was backing up in the basement. The plumber that called us was extremely rude on the phone and you could tell it was an inconvenience for him to come out. As if it was exactly what we wanted to do on a Wednesday night at 8pm. He asked a ton of questions and even acted like it wasn’t something they handle. Silly us to call a company who unclogs pipes to unclog a pipe. He was frustrated and condescending from the moment he arrived. Until he realized we actually had a problem. After that he became more patient and nice. He worked very hard to get the line unclogged (which is the only reason for the 2 stars) he told us that at some point we should have a camera ran but for now we were ok “he thought”.
3 weeks later we had a very similar issue. Just not quite as clogged. But we knew we needed to address it. We called a few companies in the evening for another emergency visit but then ultimately decided to wait until morning. We actually spoke to the first plumber from roto rooter who was at our house weeks ago and he mentioned that if we were waiting until morning we needed to check if our service would still be under warranty.
I called back the following morning only to be met with a very rude receptionist. She told me she knew who we were bc the plumber had added notes and that “we voided our warranty when the plumber broke his equipment in our line”. I fail to see how that’s our fault. She spoke to me like I was an idiot. I told her that I would have to call her back bc I needed to check with my husband on availability. We immediately picked up the phone and called another company and all within 3 hours they came, assessed the problem and repaired it. I am not saying that Roto Rooter doesn’t do a good job and but their customer service and professionalism could really really use some work. Tread lightly if you plan to use them.

The work was performed professionally and on time.

Sean goes out of his way to make sure that the jobs his company does are done right. We have had several experiences with his team. They have done a good quality job for us even when their were issues out of their control.

Both Kevin and Josh have been out to our house to fix things and both have had good customers service and both have gone above and beyond to be helpful. Today, Kevin even noticed another issue and remedied it and we didn’t even ask him to fix it.

They’ve not asked me to leave a review but I definitely want them to know they are appreciated!

We have used them three times since purchasing our home. The most recent time to replace a busted water heater, which they made time on a Friday of a holiday weekend to fix. They are always polite, amiable and very fair with their prices. I would recommend them to anyone.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT use this company for any issues with plumbing. They came to my house to fix a leak in my sink and ice maker but $153 later nothing at all was fixed. RIPOFF. They suggest I have them come back out to find where the leak is coming from, there was no time to do it on that day. I bring in a plumber to fix a problem, not tighten a couple nuts and call it a day. At one point he fixed my ice maker but when I opened the door in front of him it was pouring out water. I honestly feel stupid I gave this company any money at all. Hopefully the new ones I have from another company coming in today can actually fix my problems. I'm planning on filing a claim for this outrageous bill when nothing was fixed and filing a report with the better business bureau. Thanks for NOTHING Tom Sondergeld Plumbing. Hopefully this review will deter others from being ripped off as well.

Cooper is one of the kindest, humblest, smartest people I have ever met. His knowledge and dedication to his craft is inspiring and I am so grateful to him as a person and a plumber. In 2020 I bought a 100 year old brick building with the hopes of renovating it into my live/work space. After getting into it I realized just how much work the building needed. I couldn't have done it without Coopers help. He cared just as much about the building as I did and project after project I am happy to say the building is running like new! I couldn't recommend Cooper's Plumbing more highly!
