Horrible customer service and then lied when I tried to talk with management. Didn't correct the problem at all and then can't get anyone on the phone for two days. When finally spokee to someone was treated badly.

We have used New Circle Mechanical for several jobs, large and small. Each time, the person helping us is kind, timely, and able to complete what we needed done. Shawn helped us last time and we were so happy with the work done!

I called in the morning and explained what happened with my hot water heater. They informed me someone would be contacting me and gave me a time that they would be at my home.
