We called Tom Drexler for a clogged sewer line (Previously we used Roto router , terrible experience). Our experience with Tom Drexler was amazing!!! From the initial call the lady was very helpful giving us all our options and pricing (as it was going to have to be an on call service call) !! She was great and set me right up . We were then contacted by David within 30 mins !!!!! The efficient time and communication with the guy coming out is something that I very much appreciated . He arrived and was polite and helpful , and had great knowledge of ways to both permanently and temporarily fix our on going issue . I appreciated this as well bc the knowledge of our problem was never discussed with the previous company we had used . Over all Experience from start to finish was fast, efficient and affordable !! Stephen is great! He installed gas lines to my new pool heater, we were having issues getting the heater to work. All 3 contractors blamed each other, so by process of elimination we wanted gas plumber to come check the pressure to ensure it wasn’t the gas. Stephen ended up coming back out and checked the pressure and said it’s definitely getting the right amount of gas but he wanted to help me figure out the problem, he then began to trouble shooting and figured out that the plug for the igniter wasn’t fully connected and got my heater working. He was here to ensure the gas plumbing was good and went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend Stephen!

Jerry came out to fix a leak that I had under my sink, turned out my garbage disposal was bad. He replaced it told me the cost up front and the price didn't change once he was finished. Service was fast also. In and out in under an hour. Will definitely call for any other plumbing needs.

I had what I thought to be a complicated fix on my toilet. Plumb Right was at my house quickly. Once they got there they were very honest and told me it wasn't that big of a fix. They were quick, honest, helpful, and professional. I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do this is who I will call again.
