The owner of Vessels Plumbing came to our house on KY Derby weekend a few years ago when we had heavy rains to help us with flooding in our basement. My family always said if we ever need anything moving forward we would contact Vessels. We recently needed our water heater replaced and called Vessels. Tonya was above and beyond helpful with coordinating the appointment and the plumber Cameron that came out to do the work was outstanding. We will be using Vessels Plumbing for any of our future needs, great company!

Gudorf Jasper Ind highly recommend. My first call was ac not working on July. They were there within the hour. We knew a new system was needed before I called. They got the old one working so we didn't suffer, estimate & new system installed, unbelievable fast. House has never felt so good. 2nd call Aug. time for another update. Kyle came out from Becht Givens surveyed my 1890 Victorian plumbing situation, which covers 3 floors and 3 water tanks. He surveyed all of the tanks (two of them 20 yrs old) and gave solid advice on maintaining, preventative measures and next steps when they undoubtedly go out. He studied all of the piping and offered a solid consult on preventative which means a lot. I'll definitely reach out to Kyle when I have a plumbing issue as I know that he's informative, clear and transparent on what needs to be done.

The tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was patient when a small problem came up. I would ask for him agsin when we need service.

My basement started flooding around 9 PM last night. I called every single plumber I could find online and none of them would send someone out here to check out the issue, apparently because there had been a lot of flooding in my area and they all had waitlists of anywhere from 24 hours to days just to get an appointment. But if you’ve ever dealt with a flood in the basement, you don’t exactly have days to wait before all of your stuff is ruined. But I called these guys and they had someone sent out to me in not only a timely manner, but he was also very nice and completely understood the urgency of the issue. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, which is nice when you personally don’t know much about plumbing. It took them two trips only because I needed a new sump pump, but they were able to fix everything within minutes once they brought the sump pump and installed it. Everything in my basement would have been ruined if it weren’t for them. I cannot appreciate this company enough and I definitely recommend you give them a try.

Blown wires in well house from frozen pump.They were prompt and responded within 24 hours, rewired with ground fault.. I would recommend them to my friends

Pacific Plumbing just installed a new water heater for us today . They were on time, courteous, professional and did the job right. After installing the heater they immediately found that a component of the heater was bad. Within a couple hours, they drained, removed and picked up another heater that was installed right away. I would highly recommend them!!

Absolutely horrible company, that overcharges by over 100%. Quoted 17000 dollars to replace our unit in a 1400sqft house. Just had another company leave, 7999. Taking advantage of your customer base while in a home cooling crisis is downright disgusting. I hope the higher ups choke on refrigerant. You all should be ashamed.
Edit/reply: It isn't under my name. Based on all of your responses to negative reviews, you seem like a petty individual, which is no surprise based on your business practices. It was 17k, if you're saying that it should be 8-10k, then explain why you would quote double that? I'll say it again, choke on refrigerant, thank you. I genuinely hope people start to realize how much they're getting screwed by your company.

I needed immediate help with no heat. The service was quick, efficient and fixed within 24 hours

Our new AC and Heating was installed and works fine, but Bryant needs to work on communication with its customers and itself. What was thought to be a one day job became a two day job, followed up by a short third visit that would have been unnecessary if communication with its employees was better. That being said, Bryant's technicians and customer service were by and large very nice and professional. Recommended, but make sure they clarify how long a job will take up front.
