In the fall of 2019 I had a new heating/air system put in. I was very impressed by their workers. They were professional and were here on time! About a month ago my hot water heater broke. I called 3 companies and decided to go with these guys again basically because they had been so professional before. Wow what a amazing job they did! It was a Friday and they rushed to my home to get it done so I wouldn't have to go a weekend with no hot water. The job was done and no mess was left. The following Thursday I realized the hot water heater was leaking. I called immediately and with-in a hour they were here. Richard looked the situation over and told me I had nothing to worry about the problem was totally their fault and I would have no additional expense. They would take care of everything and they did! The drywall was removed and replaced and painted! The flooring was also taken care of! I have been through nightmare's with another companies that I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to fix things that were their fault. I am beyond pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Jon is who oversaw all the work and he is one heck of a nice guy.

I have used them 3 times now...the 1st job resulted in a leak that the owner came out and fixed at no charge. the 2nd job a new shower set replacement, started leaking and got worse. when i called i was told the tech would be out to fix it. I was not told that it would cost 145....he said my new delta cartidge either was defective or there was debris from my water preventing the cartridge from seating properly. there was debris...he removed it and put everything back together. not 20 minutes after he left it started leaking again. I took it apart myself and used a qtip to clean the area and found more debris that he did not clean up. I put it back together. NO LEAK!!!

I am a new homeowner and needed my HVAC/AC unit checked out because the air was not cooling/blowing cold. Bailey Spalding was my HVAC Technician and he went above and beyond to help me. First time he came out which was on a Monday could not even inspect the AC unit outside due to a cage around the unit that was not removable (thus telling me that the seller has NEVER had the unit yearly maintenance) since install, not a good sign). After I cut it off I asked specifically requested for Bailey to be my technician again because of his professionalism, empathy, knowledge, and honesty! He returned on the following Wednesday and it was some bad news for me. Even with getting home inspected before buying and due to the weather being under 65 degrees the inspector could not test the AC Unit only the furnace. Bailey of course not only told me my options and what was needed (from cleaning to some replacing of parts) he managed to get my AC Unit to work, and started blowing cold air to cool the house. That is what I needed and wanted because I will move into the home in a few days and it is essential to have AC during the summer months of Louisville. I am very grateful for the service that was provided to me by Bailey. I highly recommend Absolute Services, if I have any major home appliance issues they will be the first I call. Five stars just isn't enough to give! Thank you Bailey for all your help and generosity and understanding my situation.

I had a saltless water softener (Easy Water) system installed. Very professional service. The office provided excellent communications and the service provider was professional and timely. Excellent job!

My technician was Mike, and he was very professional. He arrived within the scheduled time slot, and explained everything he had done.

My plumber, Nathan S. was great. The only negative thing was the cost.. The price seemed high for swapping out a kitchen sink when i bought my own sink.

local company.. very helpful timely and good at working on older houses in this neighborhood. good plumbers. they've replaced my A/C and my furnace and I trust enough to leave a house key. But they don't work weekends. they do the work, leave and send you a bill ina couple days...

Called them out for a leaking ejector pump. Shawn, the technician, was prompt and professional. He diagnosed the issue, answered my questions and explained how he would fix the leak. Although he did not have the part on his truck, he was quick to return from the supply house. The repair was made.
I have used this company for work at my personal residence and rental properties. I have recommended them to friends and family and I will continue to use them in the future.

Cost: $120/labor hour, $60 service call. Time to make repair 1.5 hours. Total cost appx $300

Jack and Aaron and the staff have done work for me for a long time now and I would highly recommend. Jack texts and most times gets someone over here same day. No task has been too difficult and the quality, neatness, and professionalism is the best!

KCC installed my TRANE HVAC system yesterday. Bottom line, they have been a class act from start to finish. I only took quotes from companies meeting my filter criteria: A+ BBB rating, NATE trained technicians and great reviews. Of the other five companies I took quotes from, most were in the same quoted price range but one was quite a bit lower. I actually called KCC to cancel their appointment and spoke with Ronen Danino. He said “Give us a chance to earn your business.” So I did, and they beat that best quote by $500.

I know TRANE is legendary for its’ reliability and quality. I read that TRANE is the only one to get perfect 5’s from Consumer Reports. Two more things that were greatly appreciated from KCC: a) Communication throughout the process was stellar. Anytime I had a question, I was immediately put through to Ronen and got whatever information I needed; and b) The technicians were also very professional and valued good communication. Jack and his crew completed a flawless installation of a pretty complicated situation. The compressor required a crane to install on the roof and my air handler/heater was on a cramped, elevated platform inside my pantry. We are putting KCC on our recommended list at Merchantile Gallery Lofts and I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Schardein in my opinion is the best contractor in Louisville. Top notch and very professional service with a friendly staff. I highly recommend Schardein to all of my Louisville business partners. They are very reliable, trustworthy and have competitive pricing.

Pros: came out same day, friendly tech.

Con: pricing. I was given a verbal estimate of between 500-550$. But somehow the compressor broke itself, and as a result, they charged me for more hours of labor and it ended up being over $700. As a consumer, I was forced to believe that my AC unit, which functioned fine when the tech got there, somehow broke itself while he was working on it. I expected that the company would stick to their initial estimate, but I was wrong. That was a big disappointment.

I was wary when I did not initially receive a written estimate. I think Louisville mechanical would be better served to supply written estimates and to keep the customer updated, as clearly and concretely as possible, if there are any price increases. That would keep an unfortunate situation such as this one from repeating itself in the future.

Comfort Specialist was here maybe 15 minutes, did NO load calculations, measurements of windows or even look at our existing system for more than a few seconds. He wrote down an estimate and said let us know if you want to go with us. Not impressed! For being an exclusive Carrier dealer, they are not representing a reputable brand like Carrier very well by doing a 15 minute inspection before writing out a quote.

Expansion valve in new Lennox AC was sticking. Brantley introduced a lubricant that was made to lubricate the valve into the system and followed it with more coolant because it was still cool outside when they installed the unit in May and needed to put more coolant in.
