I was referred to Electric Eel by a friend. I called 7:30 p.m. on a Friday and Dan (the owner,) answered. He offered me excellent advice which saved me hundreds of dollars. He was able to come to my home on Monday and service my system, as promised. He charged me a reasonable price. I DEFINITELY recommend this company to service your plumbing needs.

I have a tankless hot-water heater. These folks are some of the only ones in town that will service that type of unit. These folks were prompt and extremely helpful. I plan to continue to use these folks in the future.

Replaced Sewage line from under my basement out to the backyard. I was referred to them by a friend who had their sewage line replaced. It was quite the job.

My sewage line was 13 feet below the backyard and 5-6 feet below the basement floor. It was at one of my rental properties and James and his crew were great even when the tenants weren't always on the same page as James, his crew and I. He left the areas clean and neat. I just had to get the tile redone. Once tile was done, his team put my bathroom back together! CALL Zoom Drains from Essex - James and his team are great!

Called Roto-Rooter after it had been weeks of not using my upstairs bathroom after my toddler flushed toys and toothbrushes and clogged the toilet. Scheduling was super easy and a technician came within the hour. Desmond was kind, efficient, and professional while answering all of my plumbing questions. They are not licensed for mold remediation in DC. But we only found this out after a visit from two people, and speaking to multiple dispatchers. The plumber who came to diagnose the leak was fine, but the organizational incompetence was frustrating.
