I was referred to Electric Eel by a friend. I called 7:30 p.m. on a Friday and Dan (the owner,) answered. He offered me excellent advice which saved me hundreds of dollars. He was able to come to my home on Monday and service my system, as promised. He charged me a reasonable price. I DEFINITELY recommend this company to service your plumbing needs.

Marvin & the gentleman who came with him were very professional & kind. They solved the problem. They’re the 3rd plumbers we’ve called to fix our clogged sink over the past decade, but the only ones to suggest how to actually prevent it. My dog liked them to, so you know they’re good people:)

The plumber was here within an hour of calling and after some trial and error, figured out where our clogs were. The job was costly, but if you call a plumber, you should expect that. Chal knew what he was doing though and got it cleared.

Joe installed a new shut off valve and a new toilet. He came even before the time frame given and was very personable and professional. He had the job done in no time! We've used Stilwell many times over the years and they never disappoint. Joe was exceptional!

Our garbage disposal broke on Thanksgiving Day when we had dinner for 12.
Zoom promised to be out the next morning. James came, and he was informative, thorough, polite and very tidy.
He said he’d be back next day with a new GD. In order for us to get a quality grade GD rather than from Home Depot or Lowe’s, it had to be ordered from the warehouse.
We had a new GD 2 days after Thanksgiving, and we’re very pleased with Zoom.

i called roto rooter for my drain issue and tech # 2036 mr. Lal Zaua showed up very quickly and ran through the issue very professonaly. gave me the price and done the job very very professonaly. i am very happy with he have done the work for me, i will surely call and request lal again for next time.

Justin & Nick from DW Bahr replaced my garbage disposal, they were very professional and courteous. They explained the details of their job. This was an extra comfort and I must say they were very conscious of their customers property, they cleaned everything up after they were finished. Great Job!!!!

Great work! The two associates were highly professional, well dressed, and respectful of my home. No time was wasted, although i think the central coordinator did them an injustice by calling 30 minutes prior when they were 60 minutes out. The price was a bit steep (I had an RO system installed) but i decided to go for it, knowing that these folks will take care of the work and go all the way. And they certainly did, i had a few issues that they addressed and went out of their way to make sure it was properly functioning. All in all, two hours of work that was 100% worth it!

I had a slow leak from a 3/4 water intake pressure valve in my basement. I was afraid it would get worse quickly. Since it was a Saturday night, I was limited on local plumbers. Roto Rooter came out within 2 hours. I was initially taken back by the charges, but later they called and adjusted the price after we talked. They are to be commended for their customer service, especially since many businesses seem not to want to talk to customers after the sale. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and the job was completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely consider using them again for plumbing issues, and would recommend Roto Rooter.
