I was very pleased with the service today. I called this AM, a technician was out in the early afternoon and the whole project was wrapped up by mid-day. Overall a positive experience and will look to use Catons again.

Stefanski plumbing was top notch, professional, and prompt to help fix out major plumbing issues in our home. Their whole team did a stellar job repairing a myriad of work that another company messed up, and even upgraded our fixtures to be more practical for our home. We will definably use them for any plumbing issues in the future.

I was advised today that this company no longer service my area. Just last year, I signed an annual water flushing service contract with them and no contacted me to say the company was downsizing in my area, and that they would no longer be servicing my area before my contract expired on 6/30/23. They did not give me the opportunity to ask for a referral or the opportunity to service my home prior to my contract expiring. I reached out to them last week and today because I did not hear from them about my service. I do not recommend this company given that they are not professional.

I had an emergency at hand so early in the morning. The toilet on our second floor was overflowing, and dripping downstairs from the ceiling into the living room and dining room. The situation was far more than I could handle so I called Roto-Rooter for help, after calling a plumbing company that hung up on me.I was so delighted to have heard a lady's calming voice that answered my phone call. After listening patiently to my plumbing issues, she said one of their technicians will be at our facility within 30 minutes to an hour, to fix the problem. I thanked her and hung up the phone. Shortly after that, a gentleman from the same organization, with an impeccable command of the English language, called to affirm that a technician has been sent and will be there within an hour.Mr. Daryl, the plumber, arrived. He was very professional. He assessed the issue and detailed exactly what he was to do. Not only did he work to stop the overflowing toilet, he called for water restoration team. Before long, Ms. Barbara, with a beautiful and a pleasant countenance, came to assess the water damage. She made a call to our home insurance company, and set the ball rolling. She explained each step that will be taken in restoring the water damage.Later in the day, two gentlemen from water restoration team arrived in a very large truck, walked through the job at hand, offloaded their many, large equipment and began work immediately. I was very pleased.My overall experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup organization, is very pleasant. They are courteous, respectful, detail oriented, knowledgeable; they have great job ethics, fabulous communication skill, and they show professionalism on all levels. I only wish their price was less exorbitant for my wallet.

Outdoor spigot issue, Ira found the problem and fixed it fairly quickly.

After getting an astronomical estimate for an upgrade to a 50 gallon water heater that a Len the Plumber technician said was required ($4700!), Tim Chesser from Mr. Rooter came in and in less than a minute realized that another contractor had shutoff the gas (we recently had a lot of renovations done to the home). He turned it on and the water heater began working. He literally saved us thousands of dollars! We also asked for a quote should we decide to upgrade to a 50 gallon water heater in the future and he indicated it would be $2900. Needless to say we will be calling Mr. Rooter for all our plumbing needs in the future. Thank you, Tim!

Still need to get other repairs from different company. However Mr Bruce did excellent work repairing and replacing pipes! He was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining what he was doing and what we needed to do getting the remaining work done! I will highly recommend Bruce and Catons to family and friends!
