I had a small issue with my laundry sink. I will not think twice about using them again. The plumber was prompt, fast, reasonably priced and did a great job.

Talked to them about adding a kitchen pantry, replacing floors, and adding storage in the basement. Had to reschedule twice to get them to take measurements. Weeks passed, I'm following up and they squeeze us in to see their design: they'd only spec'd out half of the job, and what they suggested did exactly the thing we talked about not doing - blocking windows with cabinets, and turning the space into a tight cubby. Never got even a ballpark quote. I'm definitely not waiting. If my job is too small for you, just say so.

An excellent company to deal with, everyone was friendly and efficient from the office staff to the plumber. Pricing was more than reasonable, they were not only on time, they were early (they did call first) and did a repair that was better than the original. I highly recommend them.

I manage a little 4-Plex in Towson. We have used Binder Plumbing for years. They've updated the bathrooms in our old building. We've gutted and rebuilt all 4 kitchens and they handled all the plumbing. They've replaced the laundry room double sink. They've worked on our outside spigots. And we've used them for your every day plumbing issues. Debbie is fabulous. And every person they have sent to do work or a repair has been equally wonderful. They stand behind their work although we've never had to have them back. The few questions I've had have been able to be resolved over the phone. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I cannot say enough in a review to express my gratitude for the outstanding customer service I received from Karen and Scott. They are truly outstanding in their field. I needed someone to install a gas dryer and it was installed within a few days of my call. Their prices are great and their customer service is outstanding.

We had a horrible experience with this company - if we could give 0 stars we would. Our hot water heater had started leaking, so we scheduled an appointment for replacement. We scheduled the appointment several days in advance. We confirmed the time of service 3 times with this company - including the day of the appointment. The water heater was in one of our rental properties, so we coordinated with the tenant to meet the service technician when they got there. We also coordinated with a separate contractor to supply the materials for the job. Both were waiting at the property to meet the tech from Binder. At the last minute, Binder cancelled the appointment without credible explanation. They did not offer another time for that day and wanted to push the appointment into the following week. They did not seem empathetic to the fact that it cost us time and money to get people coordinated to meet them at the job site. We are in the real estate business - both property management and renovation work, and we have never encountered this type of unprofessional behavior. They were very unprofessional, and we would not recommend using them to anyone.

We used them for a new countertop. The day of installation I was asked by the granite company where I wanted my faucet installed, to the left or right of the sink. This was surprising since it was never mentioned beforehand that it wouldn’t be in the center of the sink (like most sinks in the world). At that point it was 5:30 and no one was still at Binder, so I had to make a last minute decision for a project that I spent a long time saving up for. The owner called the next day and gave me $200 off my bill, and said that he was not a realtor but he didn’t think it would affect resale. At the end of the day it isn’t what I wanted but it was too late for me to change my mind. I find it unprofessional that this was never discussed before the day of installation.

Great work! Kind, quick and does it right. I continue to go back to them time and time again for their service and quality. They do it right best plumbing in Baltimore.

I used them to get a new faucet put in. Very professional job; the price seemed very reasonable based on the range I saw online. I agree with the previous reviews. Would definitely recommend them.

Ben and his team did an amazing job on our master bath. They worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted. They included us in the whole process and also had great ideas of their own. We will use them again for our next project!
