I truly experienced some great customer service from Catons Plumbing today!. Not only did I get same day service within a few hours after calling, but they were prompt, courteous, and cost effective. The plumber Mr. Bruce Jordon was not only knowledgeable and displayed a high level of professionalism, but was informative, and explained to me that the faucet i was having problems with had a lifetime warranty associated with it , and gave me options of going with this warranty; which would mean no work or money for Catons Plumbing, or getting a new faucet installed. Honest and Competent. You can't ask for more than that.
I went with the new faucet but really appreciated being given this option.Talk about great service. I was impressed! I know where i will look to for all my plumbing needs in the future. Its Catons Plumbing from now on. So if you want a Plumber who cares, Catons Plumbing is the one! highly recommend them.

Mike and Allen performed a hot water heater flush and installed a PVC drain pipe from the pan underneath the hot water heater into a floor drain I already had in the basement. Now if the heater were to leak, the water will drain into the floor drain versus the basement floor. Mike has worked on several plumbing projects for me. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of his work. Mike pays close attention to details and takes pride in accomplishing a job that both the customer and himself are satisfied with before leaving the job site. Mike is polite and professional, always willing to provide a complete description of the work to be performed. I highly recommend Mike and Metcalf Plumbing.

This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything

The owner of this company is an excellent and a reasonable person to work with to bring the cost to its minimum price unlike all other similar companies I've tried. He is personally involved with the project and also supervises all the details of the work. He turley cares about the quality and efficiency of his work. Min & Sam were extremely professional to work with, they explained everything throughly as they fixed our problem with the toilet clogging on multiple occasions.
We have had multiple calls to RR regarding our toilet clogging and overflowing and we couldn't figure out what was going on to cause the issue. Once Min & Sam were at our home, they looked at all the possibilities and root of the problem to avoid further issues, once they figured out the problem they explained it in detail and what may or may not be causing for the toilet to be clogging again and again. Despite a high volume of customers at the time, the office was able to schedule a repair within 24 hours and complete the job within 24 hours. (We had to shut off our water.) Jeffrey who was assigned the job was friendly, quick to complete the job and resolved the issue while maintaining a clean workspace.

W.A. Gambrill installed new faucets and piping in bathroom vanities including a new sink bowl. Additionally, they installed new valves for the basement piping. The quality of the work was excellent, the plumbers were professional in resolving all issues, the office staff was responsive to scheduling, and the price was very reasonable. This Guy that work on my Stove did a wonderful job. He found a gas leak on BGE side he call BGE company to do what they need to. The fire Department had to be call. This Guy do a marbles Job. I would have him anytime to do things in my home. Thank You
