I was referred to Electric Eel by a friend. I called 7:30 p.m. on a Friday and Dan (the owner,) answered. He offered me excellent advice which saved me hundreds of dollars. He was able to come to my home on Monday and service my system, as promised. He charged me a reasonable price. I DEFINITELY recommend this company to service your plumbing needs.

Had a wonderful experience with Sanga from Catons! He is very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. After discovering a leak from my water heater, I called Catons. They were able to send someone to look at it in one hour. Sanga quickly assessed the situation, calculated the additional parts required (due to the age of the old heater), and explain the process of getting it replaced. Sanga came back the next day with Ro, a new trainee who was also delightful, and completed the job! I have no complaints. I'll be calling Catons for any future plumbing needs.

Had an appointment between 1 and 3, he did not show up u til 5. The technician was awesome, he took the time to explain my problem. He kept me informed of all of my issues. I am always afraid that the technician will over charge by telling me that if I dont do this repair or that repair my house will fall apart. Not so with him, he suggested work, but was honest what I should do to fix the problem. I would use and recommend to my friends Michael & sons again

The team of technicians that installed our air conditioning system was great. They were very courteous and personable. Once we contacted Horizon, we didn't have to wait days for the technicians to come. They arrived early in the morning, worked all day, and were finished around 4 pm. When finished, each tech explained what he did in detail.
