The tech Bruce Jordon was prompt,professional and very friendly.He explained everything in detail,reviewed options and asked if there were any other issues that I would like to have assessed.He completed the job in a timely manner and much to my surprise,cleaned up better than it was before he started.The cost was a little high but the quality is indisputable.You get what you pay for.I will always use Catons and request Bruce,when I do.

I've used Ben Franklin a couple times and have had Israel as the plumber each time. He's prompt {called at 8;30 am and he was here an hour later] ,professional and efficient. Prices do seem high ,but they tell you what it will cost upfront so it won't be a complete shock.To date they have replaced a shower cartridge,fixed leaky pipes and replaced a sump pump

I called LJ Plumbing in the late morning of the day that my sump pump broke. They responded and replaced the sump pump that day. They are very professional and honest.

James and the rest of the Zoom Drain team were excellent. They not only replaced my sewer line quickly, the cleanup was done very well also. Whey they fixed my water main valve they also found that somebody had replaced my copper pipes with a car radiator hose. This was not part of the job but when the technician saw this He said this was very dangerous and couldn't leave it that way. So He and His colleague fixed it . I am so grateful that I chose Zoom. Abend Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing a leaky hose bib for us and removing the hose that had gotten stuck. Whenever you have to call a plumber, you're afraid of what it might cost, but they made the process easy and did the job for a fair price. Their tech was polite and respectful and made my wife feel comfortable when I wasn't there. I would highly recommend them.

Very Professional, came on Sunday Night and fix the pipe quickly and with very little mess.

In my initial service call request they help me troubleshoot the problem. Told me what they were going to do to solve it and also suggested that I could take care of the repair myself and save myself the money. I chose to have them come out and since the repair may not have solve the problem, they offered to leave, saving me money, and come back if the problem persisted.

We needed an expansion tank on our water heater prior to the sale of our home. The technician was professional and wrapped up the job quickly. Also the staff at Catons plumbing provided me with much needed insight as to the codes applicable to this installation.
