Best Routine Maintenance in Baltimore MD

Great Company.....very responsive! The service technician Lal #2765 came out and couldn't find the problem.....because Howard County had shut the water off! I still have standing water in my front yard and Lal gave me a good contact # to call. Also....they didn't charge me for the visit. This is my new plumbing company!!

David was very professional and took the time to explain to me what he was going to do., answering any questions and all questions i had.

Hired them to install a water heater and they did a great job! Was quick, knowledgeable and personable. He's already been back to take care of other plumbing issues (not related to the heater) and he is very reasonably priced! Definitely my go-to plumber from now on! Hopefully not too soon though! Thanks guys!

My insurance warranty hired them to repair an electrical problem. Not sure why. Do not trust the words of this company. Bad customer service. All lies, they don't call when they said they would. In fact they will not call you at all. They don't submit paperwork when they said they did. Be ready to spent hours calling and making sure the work is completed. I am still waiting for my work to be completed.

My cooling system is intermittent and I called in advance to schedule a complete new system install from Horizon. Horizon called to reschedule the appointment two times. Neither times when it was re-scheduled, was I ever asked the urgency of my existing system replacement and seemingly I was bumped to the bottom of the work order list due to higher priority tasks. So lesson to the wise, scheduling ahead does not pay, I think you will get better and faster service if you use state a critical (emergency) need. I am surprised a Big Ticket item like a new HVAC install is pushed to the bottom of the list.

We moved into our new house last week, and quickly discovered an issue with our showers and hot water tank. I called in and asked for some help, and had a great experience with Mike's Plumbing & Heating Services.

Cathy and Amy were both very responsive with my phone calls and were able to schedule a plumber based on my availability. They answered quickly and were able to get somebody out to me the next day.

The technician, Mike, was very courteous, knowledgeable, timely, and helpful. He carefully inspected the showers and hot water tank, and provided his recommendations. He gave me a few different options and talked through the pros and cons of each choice. I did not feel like it was a sales pitch. I felt like he was telling me what he would do if he were in my shoes.

The experience was great, and the repair was made in less than 48 hours from phone call to fix. Mike's Plumbing & Heating Services has earned all of my plumbing and heating work moving forward. Kudos to a job well done!

Abend plumbing remodeled my bathroom after the old shower had leaked ruining the walls. They replaced the walls as well as new shower installing a seat within the new shower. However the seat was put in incorrectly and started leaking underneath the seat and once again into the wall. So needless to say I do not feel that it should be necessary to remodel a bathroom every 7 years.

I always get three estimates for any major work I need preformed. After reviewing them I called Alpha Plumbing to find out when I could be put on the schedule and they came the next day. Dan's crew was prompt and completed the work in one day beyond even what I expected and cleaned up and even diagnosed that I had a non-functioning sump pump that needed replacing. I highly recommend them and I will be using their services at my church also.

Bruce was very respectful. Kind and knowledgeable. He maintained a safe distance and kept his mask on the whole time.

The service was outstanding, and the plumber was really kind and respectful. I was really happy with the service I received, and I will absolutely use them again if I ever need to (which I pray I never do).
