Called for service and received an appointment within a reasonable time frame. Given 3 options for repair work. Chris was on time, very pleasant, and has kept me up-to-date on parts acquisition.

Hired them to install a water heater and they did a great job! Was quick, knowledgeable and personable. He's already been back to take care of other plumbing issues (not related to the heater) and he is very reasonably priced! Definitely my go-to plumber from now on! Hopefully not too soon though! Thanks guys!

Nick, the owner, is very professional and a man of his word. All of the employees I dealt with were highly professional and a pleasure to work with. First and foremost! Don’t let the commercials confuse you! What a scam! All support is on the front end and not in the back end. They are only looking for the bottom line. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as the state and as a business owner myself, I have never been more disappointed! Ultimately, we paid $296 PER HOUR for 90 minutes! They charged us full price $444.00 for replacing a flush that was removed and discarded (by us), then charged us for the valve that was shut off and the removal of a NON-EXISTENT TOILET that was removed the day before! It’s not about the money, it about the character of the business. They couldn’t even provide a receipt for the check they cashed. When we complained -3- days later they promised to have a manager call me the same day. DID NOT HAPPEN! Again, for us it was not about the money IT WAS ABOUT THE TOTALLY POOR PERFORMANCE, MAYBE FRAUD THAT WE EXPERIENCED. STAY AWAY FROM HORIZON!!! Still waiting for a call….

They ruined my New Year's eve party. They promised to come between 12 and 2 PM. Then, called me, that someone is coming between 3 and 4 PM. At 4:00 PM, when nobody even called, I called them to find out that most likely they can not accommodate me today. Very irresponsible. I will never use them again!

Our garbage disposal broke on Thanksgiving Day when we had dinner for 12.
Zoom promised to be out the next morning. James came, and he was informative, thorough, polite and very tidy.
He said he’d be back next day with a new GD. In order for us to get a quality grade GD rather than from Home Depot or Lowe’s, it had to be ordered from the warehouse.
We had a new GD 2 days after Thanksgiving, and we’re very pleased with Zoom.

We had a maintenance inspection which we highly recommend. They come out to the house and look over drainage, flow, general health and age of pipes and make their recommendations not just for safety but also improvement. Since it's not an emergency call, you can focus on whether or not it makes sense to apply their advice. When it comes to water and possible disasters, it's nice to take care of things proactively.

Their service guys are also some of the nicest in the field. Mike was no exception. Courteous, low-key, he went out of his way to make sure he wasn't inconveniencing us. Mike was actually super-kind, something my one-year old appreciated very much. All my years as a customer, Mike rates up in the top three for regard, thoroughness and communication.

All in all, it goes beyond competence. Somehow they make this aspect of house maintenance worthwhile AND enjoyable. We continue to use Mike's plumbing for this reason.

This is a woman owned business/ they are exceptional— knowledgeable about products and brands, extremely responsive through a chat feature and the plumber who performed the work was efficient and left the work area clean. They repaired a bathroom shower leak, installed new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Very professional, good quality and value.

Ira did an awesome job clearing out our drain and went over every aspect that will help us maintain our drain going forward! He was professional, friendly, and downright cool as a cucumber throughout the entire process.

I called Alpha out to come diagnose an issue with a noisy pipe in my basement. They arrived early and immediately started figuring out the problem. Throughout the process, Dan and Logan were extremely helpful and professional. Within no time at all they were able to diagnose and repair the issue. They also gave me some great advice on other issues with the system and resolved them quickly. Overall I would highly recommend Alpha to anyone in the area. They will be the only plumbers I use from now on.

Communication wasn’t the best with company or technician. It was clear English was not his first language. My technician kept asking me to flush toilets. If I’m paying I’m not sure why I had to go around and flush toilets like the assistant. I wish the service tech was better able to communicate with me. As a new homeowner I needed more understanding of the process. The price seemed extremely high to snake a line. 700 bucks. Arrival time was outside of the 8-12 window.

The plumber's dedication to perfection was obvious as he began his task. This plumbing company is highly recommended!
