I called chesapeake due to my water heater going up. They were extremely professional on the phone, got to my house to get me a quote the same day. The following day they came out to replace it for me. Everyone was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future if we need any other services.

Nicholas and Justin did a great job removing my 40 yr old water heater, replacing it with a new one, explaining the changes made and calling prior to arrival with an exactly met ETA. I was particularly impressed with the care they showed my historical home with its inconveniently tight doors and corners that likely made their job more difficult.

Great experience! Frank Taciak came to my home, inspected my problem, showed me how to easily fix it myself and would not charge me for his time or advice! So, it turned out that I didn’t need his services! But, he proved to be professional, knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, punctual and trustworthy! He lived up to his rave reviews and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again if needed!

I received same day service which saved my holiday plans! The plumber was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure I was satisfied with his work before he finished up. It was slightly pricey but in the big picture I was willing to pay. I would call them again if needed!

I called a couple of places before choosing AJM and I’m glad I went with them. The work was professional, fast, and I am very pleased with their work. They put together a system to address my specific house (the system I replaced was mismatched for this house). Even though the heating system that I replaced was still working, I have noticed a remarkable difference in the operation of the new system as opposed to the operation of the heating system that was replaced. I would definitely recommend them to address your HVAC needs.

As always Roto Rooter was quick, professional and solved the problem without much fuss. They are very expensive, but you get what you pay for. I debated whether to hire a cheaper plumber for the job, but when I spoke with another plumber, they were charging only a $100 dollars less than Roto-Rooter, no warranty offered.
