Wasted days of my time waiting for technicians that never came. I was assigned to this company from my home warranty, there were some weird phone issues and I should have followed my gut and asked for another company but since I understand small business woes I overlooked it. I was scheduled and given a window but no one came and I never got a call telling me they were held up. I called back and had to be told then that there was a delay. So I rescheduled. Then after waiting around for another day on my wife's birthday weekend again no one showed up. I called and was notified that the technician had a family issue and was late starting the day. While I feel for a person having family issues why wasn't I notified at the beginning of the day that there might be delays!? I then called back again after waiting around but after multiple calls no one is picking up. This company is extremely irresponsible with other people's time. They wasted two days of my time I won't get back and I finally asked for another contractor. Maybe they do good work when they show up, but good luck getting them to show up, and if they are late don't expect a call. Just expect them to waste as much of your time as they can. If you are assigned to 24/7 from a home warranty RUN LIKE THE WIND!!!!!!

This company did such a great job on the leaky water heater in my home. The responds time was quick and fast with work being completed the next day. The office staff & technician was great, answering all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this team again for any other plumbing job in my home.

I called them based on Home Advisor ratings and reviews. The technician came 30 min early and I wasn't home yet. He did call and leave a message. I called when I arrived home just prior to the beginning of my window for service. He returned. Completed work quickly and to my satisfaction. Had a toilet that whistles when flushed. I had the part, a new Fluudmaster. For this service I was charged $179.00. I feel this company has exorbitant prices. I will not use them again and would not recommend them.

I made an appointment, waited all day, called to see if trhe technician had any intentions on keeping the appointment and I never heard from them. So, if this is how the emergency service is, they can keep it, as they already have!!!

They missed four scheduled appointments in a row within one week. That should be enough said, right?

This is a horrible company - DO NOT hire them for any kind of work.. I just paid 250 dollars to get my toilet valve fixed. It started giving my problems within 2 weeks. As my wife and I are both working professionals, we could not reach out to them within the 30 day warranty period. When we called on the 31st day, they straightway refused to stand by their workmanship. I have done about $1500 worth of work from this company. This is the customer service I receive. An outright horrible company

**UPDATE** 6 days after I paid $500 the same problem came back. The receipt says a 6 month warranty but when I called back they said sorry we don't offer warranties. I showed them the receipt and then they said sorry this is a different problem for $500 more I'll fix the problem. So I'm now fighting for a refund and have called a different plumber.

Not sure if I should rate high or low so I went in between. He fixed the problem but they were EXTREMELY expensive. Quoted $499 to snake a drain, $599 to take toilet off & snake drain. He was there for 20 minutes. Could have purchased a powered drain auger for $250 from home depot. Definitely took advantage of the situation. However, person that came out which I believe was the owner was very friendly. They came out on time and had same day appointments.

Our sump pump died and the backup wasn't working properly either, on a Saturday night. On Sunday I googled and found these people and they sent out Thang who came at the appointed time. He decided it would be best to replace both the primary (15 years old) and backup (9 years old) at the same time and told me it would cost $1700 including parts and labor. Before I knew what he was going to buy, I thought it was a good deal because I had been quoted $800 by someone else for a new Zoeller primary pump. He actually bought a Basement Watchdog Big Combo and battery that I think cost around $600. Anyway, lesson learned and the whole job thing was done within 4 hours including his going to buy a new pump and battery. I was very happy to have it done the same day and so quickly, despite the high price. I e-mailed the main office for a breakdown that showed the cost of labor separate from the cost of the parts but they didn't send one.

I was particularly impressed with the way he cleaned up after himself, taking away everything from the old pump including the battery (maybe they reused it but I don't really care, I don't have any need for it and I certainly didn't want to have to go out and dispose of it). He did a great job all around.

A few days later my oldest son informed me that there was water coming out of the wall outside our living room. I knew what that meant. The pump discharge pipe was leaking. I'm happy to believe it was just a coincidence and not related to the pump replacement since he didn't touch the outside pipes at all. I called the people who originally waterproofed the basement (NOT these people) thinking it was a covered item but apparently it wasn't and they wanted to charge $200 to fix it and couldn't come for 2 weeks so I called 24/7 again. They sent out Thang once more and he repaired the leak in an hour or two. He quoted a price but when I told him that the other company was going to charge $200 he lowered it to $250 and I asked for $225 which he accepted. It was worth the extra $25,

We are very happy with the work done, Thang was excellent and I would use them (and him) again. I would just say that you shouldn't accept the first price quoted if it seems rather high because it seems they are open to negotiation both from today's experience with the pipe and reading other reviews and it seems they didn't expect me to accept the first price so easily which I wish I hadn't. Still, I'm just glad we now have a working system again.

Absolutel horrible - beware! Got an appointment through HomeAdviso to switch out a faucet ... Came to look at it - verified pipes were good and only had to switch out faucet - I had all the parts and everything and he stated 350 dollars! I said I cannot afford that for a faucet! He literally turned away put his shoes on and walked out the door. Rude and a rip off!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I had a plumbing emergency. They were out within 1.5 hours after it was set up! The work performed was exceptional.

Called this company and scheduled service after 5:00 pm. Called the next day to confirm and they confirmed appointment, only to call back an hour later to say the technician couldn't make it after 5:00 pm due to religious reasons. Well, didn't they know that when I made the appt.?! Do not call this company, they do not,want the business. To make matters worse, this was an emergency!

Horrible and unprofessional. They came and looked at my issue, told me they were going to fix it against code, then never sent the estimate. But were sure to take their service charge. When i called to get my money back, they never returned my call. Don't use these people!

I was called within 15 minutes of inquiring on Angie's list. The repairman came out the next day. He quoted an outrageous price for the required work. We settled on a price that I felt was still $100.00 too much. I paid it because I had water leaking under my sink that I was bailing out every 2 hours. A quote from another vendor would have taken too much time. The work was satisfactorily done. If you have time, get several quotes or you'll have to haggle as if you're in the Caribbean buying souvenirs!

We used this plumber and their prices are ridiculous. Charged us $500 to snake a drain. Told us it was because they literally had to remove the two screws from the side of the toliet and lift the toliet up. They originally were going to charge $600 but gave us a “discount”. They completely took advantage of the situation.

Not that cheap, but I don’t know prices. Only real emergency plumber who showed up fairly quickly and got the job done.

The plumber’s service was great. He got the job done in 10 minutes or less. BUT i was grossly overcharged. I obviously was not aware of how much it costs to get a cartridge replaced; and as I shopped around for plumbers, no one could give me an estimate without coming to inspect it themselves and charging a hefty fee. 24/7 Plumbing and Drain LLC was one of the lowest fees so I went with your company expecting reasonable pricing. But within an hour of him leaving I was contacted by a friend who knows someone who is a plumber in this area (he would have done my shower for cost of parts only as a favor, so now i am twice as bummed) and he let me know that I was charged more than twice as much as this job should normally be. He said this job is normally $175, yet I was charged $450. So you can see why I am now upset. I wish I had gotten in contact with him an hour sooner so that I could at least know what pricing I should have expected and to not go with this company once he told me what he wanted to charge. I wish I could have half my money back.

I had 24/7 Home Improvement replace my electric water heater. They did a wonderful job in installing it. Mal the plumber was very patient, professional and knowledgable. He made sure that there were no leaks, tested the system numerous times and very clean. Mal also installed our utility sink and did a wonderful job. Mal was very careful in removing the old water heater. He made sure that no damage was done to my home. Mal cleaned the work area and made sure he left it better than he found it. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I just loved the fact they came out to fix my tub so quickly. They even made a nice excess panel to get to my pipes in the other room so no more demolition. I called because they have a great rating with the BBB and I could not be more satisfied. From the telephone in the office experience to paying for a job well done I am 100% satisfied! I will be letting all my friends know about this GEM in the rough.

Call 24/7 with an emergency. They were her withing 1 1/2 hours. The young journeyman plumber fixed our gas leak and was very professional. We were back up and running about 1 hour after he started the repair. The fee, while not inexpensive, was fair. Don't call Len the Plumber, call 24/7!

After speaking with several local plumbing companies. This was by far the BEST company to do the job. They came out, assessed the job and gave me an estimate which was drastically less than the other guys. We signed the contract, they arrived on time. Completed the job in 2 days as estimated. They did very clean and detailed work. All pipes were ran through the wall as discussed and to the sump pump. They also installed a back up sump pump so we would never have to go through this again. Very GOOD company. I will hire them for all my plumbing needs. They are HONEST plumbers.

I needed sink repair asap and the company responded quickly and was at my house within a couple of hours. The cost was about the national average. Quality work overall. Would use again.

So let me start by saying I contacted them on thrumbtack. I specifically reached out to ask for a quote told them what was going on. They Messaged me so I reached out to them by phone... when I did the lady was a little rude to me on the phone but that wasn’t really what bothered me. What bothered me was they couldn’t give me any type of quote, thumbtack is a app that allows you to get quotes from people prior to appointments!
She then said they would tell me when they get there. they say it’s a free estimate, but who has time to waste for someone to come to their house for an appointment and find out they jack the price way up! I told them exactly what needed to be done so there’s no reason for them to not know what it would cost to fix it. I left a review on thumbtack only to receive a response and message from them saying I should be ashamed of myself and I must be a very funny lady. Seriously insulting me

I hired 24-7 to come out and repair a busted pipe in my tenant's basement. They were professional, prompt, and were able to identify and resolve the issue immediately. Customer service was great because they actually came back out to the property (Post repair) to re-check the pipe after my tenant called and reported that the pipe was still leaking. Subsequent investigation determined that the pipe wasn't leaking, the source of the additional water was due to excess snow melting and coming in through the basement walkout. I appreciated the responsiveness, fair price point, and great customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone and plan on using them again if/when I am in need of any plumbing services.

Plumber called ahead and was on time. Professional and friendly. We talked about the problem (leaky shower faucet) and the challenges of working on a bathroom built decades ago (plaster walls with no entry panel, old faucet and pipes). Agreed to a scope of work to diagnosis the problem. Plumber went as far as he could, confirmed what we both expected. Will likely fix problem through a remodel. Price was reasonable. Was able to schedule appointment after 6pm. Appreciated opportunity to schedule that late and not take off from work for the appointment. Will call company again, if needed.

Same day service for two toilet replacements, even went back to Home Depot to get a part that was missing from one of the packages.

I called and received same day service for a sewage smell in my basement. The technician answered all my questions, addressed my concerns with the smell by sealing my sewage drain and cleaning the area all at a price that didn't break the bank. I will definitely be using this company again and highly recommend them.

They were able to come out for a same-day appointment and quickly find and fix my burst pipe. Very helpful and knowledgable.

I put a request in through Angies List and was promptly contacted by 24/7. They were able to quickly get a plumber scheduled according to my schedule. The plumber contacted me and told me he was on his way. He showed up, diagnosed the problem accurately and began repairs and replacing a part. He had to leave at one point to run to the hardware store and was back very quickly to complete the job. He finished the job quickly, cleaned up after himself and was on his way. Very happy with both the plumber's service as well as the staff that helped set up the appointment. I highly recommend 24/7 Plumbing!

I am so Impressed with this company. Lal Bochung did an outstanding job on replaced my outdoor water hose very polite, professional and most important to me he explained everything he was doing in detail. I will be using them again for any plumber jobs.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Hot water heater not heating. First guy never showed up, didn't bother to let us know he wasn't coming. Second guy said it was an electrical problem. Electrician came, said it wasn't electrical. Rescheduled, guy never came, called dispatcher, said they had an emergency and would be late, 3 hours. Tech was supposed to call us but he didn't. Switched companies, guy scheduled, came in a timely manner, got regular text messages indicating his expected arrival. Fixed and gone in half an hour. Heating element, simple job. 24/7 has wasted a lot of my time.

Our water pipe to the house broke and flooded our basement. 24/7 was able to get the job fixed in two days. When we called them they was able to get the permits. The was able to replace the old pipe with new copper and get my water back on. They was super nice and friendly. After the job was done they filed the hole and put down grass seeds along with natural wheat straw to help the grass grow. I highly recommend them. 👍👍👍👍👍

DO NOT USE 24/7 Plumbing & Drain LLC. I called for a licensed plumber as I needed work under my kitchen sink (AAV was missing). Daniel showed up at my door and I led him to the kitchen. I explained to him what was missing and he did not know what an AAV was (I had to tell him that it stands for air admittance valve). He stared at the drain pipes for a minute and looked confused. It was clear that he did not know what to do. He told me that he would have to take the drain pipe apart and had to go to Home Depot to get the replacement parts. As a licensed plumber, you would think that he would have the necessary parts in his truck. He left my home and returned an hour and a half later. Then told me that it was too late to finish the job and he would be back the next day. To add fuel to fire, he told me that it would cost $375 dollars and gave me a BLANK invoice and told me to sign it.

24/7 was sent to me by American Home Shield on a Saturday to repair a clogged kitchen sink drain. A previous plumbing company failed to take the time to really snake the drain. 24/7's tech not only took the time to snake the drain, but he also took the time to educate me on why it happened and how we can prevent it. He was extremely polite and cleanliness was clearly a priority. I highly recommend them, and will request them for future service calls.
