The plumber Ty Back was very courteous, knowledgable and professional. He arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. He installed a kitchen faucet for me and I would highly recommend T. L. Back Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Needed water heater replaced. Called and they picked up right away. Scheduled appointment and Jeff showed up right on time and promptly got to work. Power outages made things difficult but Jeff was very flexible and easy going. Very fair price.

The technicians were excellent at identifying how a shut-off valve would be located above a ceiling and placing an access panel. They replaced my broken outside faucet and aging plastic pipe with copper pipe and new faucet. A bit pricey, but it was a bit of an emergency. They took care of it in mid afternoon, working into the evening. The receptionist in the office who made my appointment was very courteous and kind,

This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything

There seemed a water leakage underneath the outside front yard hose bib. Bruce and his apprentice Ezra came 11/18/19 to detect where there was indeed a leakage and if so, where the leakage occurred. They listened to what I had to say and answered all the questions I had, and then clocked the water meter to see if there was a problem with the water source pipeline. They were patient and pro-active in what they did, which helped to ease the concern over the leakage from the main water supply line. A follow-up call was made by their supervisor Greg today to make sure the customer satisfaction was met. They deserve my 5 star service rating.

Very prompt service at a reasonable price! Helped me with a bathroom renovation project that required a full rough in as well as multiple repairs that have popped up in other areas of the house since then. Great at talking through what is needed to be done in a simple way and giving advice!
