Outstanding fast service, friendly knowledgeable crew! We had to replace our main waterline (on a flag lot). The day of service there was practically a monsoon and the crew continued work with smiles and great attitudes. They worked extremely diligently and did their best to clean up. They followed up two days later with a pressure washer to clean the layer of mud that had gotten on the driveway and walkways due to the monsoon.I am extremely happy with the service we received and highly recommend them.

I needed assistance with installing a gas range. Ran into some issues I didnt feel comfortable addressing so I decided to call them on a Saturday afternoon. Called another plumber to snake a drain. Was informed that we had a broken pipe and quoted a very high price for the repair work. Called RLB Plumbing for a second opinion. They were able to correctly diagnose the issue (drainage) and repair the problem for a third the price quoted by the first plumbers.

My experience with Mike's Plumbing was amazing. The were able to come out immediately to repair pipe that burst and install a new gas water heater. Before completing the work our service specialist, Will, was great about explaining all of our options, the pros and cons of each option, as well as the pricing associated with each option.

The work was completed to our expectations and in an extremely timely fashion. Considering how stressful the situation was, working with Will and Mike's Plumbing eased a lot of our stress.

I cannot speak to their pricing compared with other companies considering that we went through our insurance. I do believe that the detail Will provided about the work that was required and completed helped expedite the claims process. AJ Michaels showed up on time and did a great job overall and they had the best price for my boiler replacement as I had many estimates with a broad range. Also, their customer service was very good as they communicated with me thru out the process. They lent me some space heaters as I had no heat prior to the install--old boiler broke-- and they even filed the warranty for my boiler!

I woke up this morning to the sound of water splashing in the basement. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing immediately and within an hour they had come out to fix our exploded water heater! Rob, our service technician, expertly handled the situation. Within a few hours we had a new water heater installed and now we’re up and running better than ever!

Unfortunately they were unable to fix our problem. We have an odd smell in the bathroom and despite 2 plumbers and a sizable bill, we have no resolution.
