I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

I can't say enough about the professionalism of the crew that installed my equipment. I am a therapist and was working remotely seeing clients. They could not have been more respectful to this sensitive situation, even given how long their day turned out to be. I was extremely impressed and pleased with my experience. Sean and Joe were exceptional. Sean was extremely personable and took exceptional time to patiently explain how everything worked, the purpose of all the different parts and pieces, what expect going forward as well as what to do. It was apparent that he takes great pride in his work and that he truly cares about the customers, speaks highly of his employer (Horizon) and is a very genuinely kind and honest person, not to mention very hard working with great attention to detail. As I said, I am highly impressed and very glad I went with Horizon. I was originally hesitant as I know the price was a bit higher, though I don't believe exorbitant, but the quality of work and equipment was worth every penny. I definitely feel like I am in good hands! I will now consider using them for my plumbing and other needs in the future. Highly recommend Horizon for AC/Furnace needs. Oh, and I don't want to leave out my sales person, Todd Warren, who always patiently took my late night calls with questions and concerns, providing me with honest, experienced and educated responses, not just sales jargon or telling me whatever he needed to say to make the sale. It's hard to know who to trust, but I feel the team I received was excellent from start to finish. And they even were able to install a few days early!

I have a house in Baltimore city and I was in need for plumbing advice. I found Empire plumbing and Heating llc and I called them and scheduled an appointment .
The technician came out on time and I paid the fee for plumbing consultation upon arrival. I’m so glad I made this move because all the other plumbing companies were trying to sell me stuff that I didn’t need. Honest , respectful, knowledgeable and helpful that’s all I wanted to say. John jr, john sr, Tony, and DJ went above and beyond anything that I would ever expect from a plumbing company, let alone one that was working under a home warranty. Our water heater broke, and they were extremely patient with me, came back when another contractor screwed up their work area, and altered the water heater to fit into the adjusted space. Even the operators, Tara and Shana, were more than helpful, giving me details and speaking w the workers to ensure everything was perfect. I’m sorry to see them leave, but SO happy to have hot showers again!

The technician arrived early within the timeframe given to us. He identified himself, diagnosed the problem (clogged drain), and also discovered a small leak. He unclogged the drain and repaired the leaked. He also cleaned up behind himself. He advised us of steps we could take to alleviate the problem from recurring. He was very professional throughout his time here and very knowledgeable. If we need plumbing services in the future, we hope to use Prime Plumbing LLC.

Great service. Needed help and they were able to get out rapidly. The team that arrived were very friendly and quick to complete there work. Did an extra courtesy check and were out the door. Will happily use this company again and I recommend for anyone in need of plumbing services.
