I have been calling this company for the past two days no one answering, i have left a voice mail as well no one called back. Terrible

Incompetent technicians and the admin staff fails to follow through on promises. Stay away!

This was a warranty company scheduled visit and I'm generally skeptical about the chosen vendor. This team was great! Very professional and respectful of our home. They found and fixed the leak. Explained the situation clearly and provided advice and guidance for future concerns. I would gladly call them again directly.

Sump pump went out and I contacted my Cinch home warrant. These guys showed up the next morning and replaced the pump within the hour. Best service I have ever had from a plumber. Would highly recommend these guys.

Service was impeccable. Tyler was very polite and professional. Garbage disposal could not be repaired. Returned two days later to iinstall a new disposable. Would recommend them to others. Would use them again.

Our home warranty company contracts with AllStar. We’ve been fortunate to have John out twice now. His work and customer service skills are excellent! To that end, I’ve called and requested both John and AllStar with my home warranty when they auto-assign another company. Keep up the great work and thank you for the excellent service!

John jr, john sr, Tony, and DJ went above and beyond anything that I would ever expect from a plumbing company, let alone one that was working under a home warranty. Our water heater broke, and they were extremely patient with me, came back when another contractor screwed up their work area, and altered the water heater to fit into the adjusted space. Even the operators, Tara and Shana, were more than helpful, giving me details and speaking w the workers to ensure everything was perfect. I’m sorry to see them leave, but SO happy to have hot showers again!

Plumbing techs John and Noah replaced an old and leaky kitchen faucet. They were prompt, courteous and very friendly. I would strongly recommend All Star Plumbing as a result of their workmanship and positive attitude.

I highly recommend this company. They've been to my house several times over the years. The technicians are always on time, professional and cleanly. The most recent plumber was Tyler and he was the best. He Identified himself, used shoe coverings (without me asking), cleaned as he completed the job and gave me a layman's run down of what my issues were and how he fixed them. Thanks a bunch!

Additionally, Tara is a master scheduler with supreme customer service and communication skills.

Unfortunately, I have had a very unpleasant and negative experience with this company. They were picked and forced to me by my home warranty company to detect the cause of and repair leaky toilets that had caused damage in the wall as well as a different leaky basement toilet (from gasket between the base and the floor); this particular toilet, if flushed more than twice within a 30-min window, would leak (but was functional, more or less). The plumber identified the cause of both leaks but continued to note that the previous owner (or plumber or whoever had done the work) had repaired or assembled the toilets and leaks IMPROPERLY which is the keyword he kept using in his report as well. At the end, he performed no repairs and kept stating that this and that is not covered under warranty but that he would give me an estimate on how much they would charge me directly. He did pull the basement toilet to inspect flange and identified the issue, but again stated that it would not be covered under warranty and that he would give me an estimate on how much the plumbing portion of the work would cost me (plus, probably, a few thousand dollars of tile and floor work). As a customer, I was stuck between a home warranty company who would do anything to deny claims and a plumbing company that did not want to help me as a customer just because I was not paying them directly. I am now left with a non-functional toilet and water damage in my walls.

Every time they have done work at my house they have gone above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend All Star Plumbing !

My home warranty made me use this company and its been a nightmare. They came to repair a leak and a faucet. They did some work that didn’t fix anything and charged me almost $300. They said it was just the start and would be back. Not only did they never call back or return, they didn’t provide me a receipt. Not even my home warranty can get a hold of this company. Almost 2 months have gone by and I don’t know what I paid for. I will be hiring a different plumber and cancelling my home warranty since this is their provider. Worst experience with a business ever. So unprofessional.

These guys are great, Romeo and Tito went over and above to fix my problem. They were professional and helpful. I will use and recommend this company for plumbing needs.

I cant say enough about this company. I needed to have my water line repaired about a week ago. They sent out a crew to repair it and they were awesome!! They finished the job early!! They were so professional,friendly, and courteous. They even took down a hornet nest that was in my tree.LOL:) They rock!! I highly recommend them!! I have them saved in my contacts for any future jobs.

Our home warranty company referred us to All Star Plumbing to fix a few plumbing problems. They left without fixing the problem two times, and our toilets are still not fixed 5 months later. Additionally, the home warranty company has been unable to reach them in order to contest the work they have done and the payments they have collected. If you have a choice, I would avoid this company at all costs.

The technician Tyler was A1...great service...will ise agin... ah it feels good to have a good company to work with again.

All-Star Plumbing was phenomenal not only did they respond to a home warranty request. They were very commutative, punctual, and professional. Tito, did an outstanding job diagnosing our plumbing issue and getting it taken care of right away! — For that I highly recommend using their services!

We had a wonderful experience working with All Star Plumbing LLC. They were recommended to us by our home warranty. From the ease of scheduling and nice receptionist (I believe Shana) to the two men John Sr. and Tyler coming and replacing our hot water heater. To save money my husband and I decided we would dispose the old hot water heater, they still helped us by bringing it up the steps from out basement and put it in the garage. They were very nice and explained tings very well and even engaged with my toddler who liked to be a part of the work. The work they did was high quality and very well done. Highly recommend them!

I have 2 townhouse warranties, and used 4 times this year. The Cinch Warranty Company is affiliated with the All Star Plumbing Company. All 4 times, the warranty connection of All Star Plumbing company came to fix it, and some of them I met twice lol. Anyway, they are so professional. I can totally trust these guys. I also do house repairs, but these are the experts above all. Thank you so much for everything in 2021. God bless them all!

Joe and Max were great - very timely and adjusted our water pressure as well. We are very happy with their work and the professionalism of Tara and Delaney as well on the phone. you all are life savers!

Joe & Noah came out this morning in quick response to a request regarding a slow drain. They showed up bright and early, I didn't need to sit around and wait all day for them.

Joe gave me plenty of tips about the fixtures in the bathroom as he removed an entire wig store worth of hair from the drains & traps, made me laugh the entire time!

These guys have a knack for customer interactions! They do a fantastic job explaining to you exactly what they're doing, friendly and informative while they checked each drain for me in a home we just moved into, even though we'd only known about the issue with one.

Left a couple of messages on Friday and Monday on voicemail but unresponsive all day Monday. This is a serious matter and for the life of me I cannot understand why no call back to me or my warranty company. All Star hours are from 8 am - 3:30 pm-- what good are those hours during an emergency or any plumbing issues causing flooding in the home...

Showed up when expected and did a great job. Didn't leave a mess for me to clean up and even moved a shelf back into place. I will call them for future plumbing repairs!

Outstanding service by technicians Joe and Adam. Our complex draining problem was resolved and they exceeded expectations. We commend the company for prompt, professional and superb service. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Fantastic service again! This time Romeo came out to help with a leak in the bathtub. Shaina was very prompt in calling me back to set up an appointment and to call 30 mins before Romeo arrived to work. Not only is All-Star Plumbing a family run and operating business, but they treat their customers like family. I’ll never go with another plumbing company in MD!

Couldn’t be happier!! After getting an over priced quote from one of the big plumbing companies, john jr. took the time to troubleshoot the problem and fix it at a fraction of the cost. Always great to find a honest company that does great work!

Quick, professional, thorough, expensive.

I had a water heater replaced by All-star earlier this year. After they replaced it, I had a technician come to my house to clean my furnace. One of the pipes from the water heater was directly on another hot pipe from the furnace and would would have started a fire when I turned on my heat.
They also installed three Carbon Monoxide detectors at $65.00 a piece. One day I was looking around Walmart and saw the same Carbon Monoxide detector for $14.00.

The technician was very professional, took his time until the job was completed and was quick to respond. I wish I remembered the technician’s name but he was absolutely great. Next time I have a plumbing issue I’ll most definitely use them. 10/10 would recommend.

We were assigned All Star by our home warranty company and couldn't be happier with the service we received today. Scheduling was easy, and they gave me a 40-minute heads up to notify me of their arrival. I didn't catch the names of the two men who came, but both of them were very friendly and courteous, fixed the problem promptly, and even went above and beyond by offering to carry in some heavy packages that has just been delivered to our door. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Star, and we will definitely give them a call next time we have a plumbing issue.

I called in on my home warranty because water was only running hot in one of my bathrooms. Romeo came out and said that the automatic shut off valve from the diverter had gone bad and that I needed to have some tiles removed so that they could get to it. Two months later, I finally had all of the tile taken down. I called to schedule them to come back out and complete the job. Tito and John arrived ahead of schedule, all of the plumbers that came out were very professional, courteous and did a great job! I will definately recommend this company.

There were 2 service repairmen that came to my home to repair the garbage disposal. They were both very friendly, professional and engaging. I felt at ease with them and i felt that i could trust their professionalism.

A quick analysis of the disposal determined that it needed to be replaced. Once the disposal was installed they made sure it was functioning properly and explained the features of my new disposal to me.

I love the new disposal! I especially appreciate that it’s not as noisy as our previous one. Ithe fit underneath the sink is much slimmer, but the upending is wider and i can actually see the inside of the disposal. Thanks fellas!

The All Star technician, John, did a great installation of a bathroom faucet and repaired poor work that happened previously. John (All Star) came before to fix the kitchen sink pipes, and he did excellent work. Highly recommended.

Adam and Romeo were excellent technicians that diagnosed the problem and solved it rather quickly. They were COVID-19 conscious and followed all safety protocols. Highly recommended

I recommend that NO ONE uses this company. I had work done with these people recently and the work that was performed was not done properly. This resulted in damaged areas to my ceiling in my living room due to water damage. These people will not give me a call to help fix what they have damaged. Do not use them.

I was assigned All Star Plumbing by my home waranty company. All Star Plumbing did an excellent job resolving my problem. Joe and Timothy were professional and courteous,. I would call them again.

I personally feel like I got nickel and dimed. (Even though this went through my home warranty I still had some out of pocket) They definitely over charge on service and product. Overall, it was a horrible experience, I got quoted like 3 different quotes, and they always seemed to increase. The reply was “it was a mistake on our end”. The only positive thing out of this experience was the tecs were friendly.

My Plumbing team, John and Tyler, arrived at the time expected. They introduced themselves, were professional and courteous. They right away put covers in the shoes as soon as they stepped through the door.

I took them to the location of the problem, standing water/clog in the kitchen sink. After getting the needed equipment from their truck, they covered my hardwoods and proceeded to successfully snake out the drain. They saw evidence of hardened greace, rice, and pasta. John gave tips about how to maintain my drains to avoid a quick recurrence of the problem.

The also took care of a second ticket, which required adjustments to the water pressure. Afterward, they cleaned up and left their business card. It was a very good service call and I will bbn use them again!

I in no way intend to portray this business inaccurately so please read the review in entirety. My Hot Water Heater flooded the basement and I requested ALLSTAR via my home warranty as I had a favorable interaction with them in the past. A tech came out the next day and provided a quote estimate ($1500-1900). It was pricey considering I also paid my warranty deductible but we had a new born baby and had been a week without hot water at that moment so I agreed. Order Communication errors b/t Allstar and Cinch caused a additional wait of 4weeks before getting a appointment date. The receptionists were always nice, sympathetic and provided solutions. The techs also were very professional and the install was flawless. The final cost was less than the quote as some items were not needed. We were informed an inspector would come out to issue the permit of completion. No one ever called nor did I receive a invoice for payment. I only knew the price b/c I checked my bank transactions. I called a week later for the invoice and follow-up date for inspector. On that date it was a no show. Allstar stated it was a scheduling error and rescheduled a different date. Mind you we have a newborn and I'm calling off a work each time im provided a date by them. Guess what happen on the next scheduled date? Another no show. Now my calls have been unanswered or not returned. All in all I would recommend them. Unfortunately this particularly transaction was not favorable

We had a great experience with All Star Plumbing. Their customer service was great (I mainly talked with Shayna). Every time I would call their customer service line, they were able to quickly look up my work order and answer any questions I had. They worked with my home warranty company to replace my hot water heater in a professional manner. They even called me to schedule an appointment for install before the hot water heater actually arrived (using the expected arrival date) because they understood how important and necessary it was for us to have the hot water heater quickly replaced. The servicemen who came out to the house were all very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend All Star Plumbing.

Called by my home warranty to come and diagnose a water leak in my ceiling. They fixed the obvious leaking pipe, but when i showed them my bathtub as a possible source too, they said 'see the caulk? it's perfectly fine'. So I spent $1000 fixing the drywall and repainting the ceiling... only to have more water leak the next time we took a bath.

THEN they came back and had the audacity to force me to pay another $100 deductible to my home warranty company to fix the 1 gasket in the bathtub that, you guessed it, had corroded and disappeared.

And, of course, no consideration for the money I spent redoing the ceiling. We are not liable for that.

AND IF THAT WEREN'T ENOUGH -- the toilet flusher that they fixed that same time, broke in half the very next morning.

Very disappointed. Actually disappointed enough that I'm writing this review.

My guess is that the home warranty has finally overwhelmed them and they are not hiring good people anymore. Might want to look elsewhere.

Arrived on time, very professional, and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. Would recommend and use again for any other issues in the future.

Another great experience with All Star Plumbing! John and Noah came out to help me today. They were friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. Can’t say I look forward to my next plumbing problem, but it’s a relief to know I have quality people I can call for help!

I really don't revel in giving negative reviews, but I am greatly disappointed in my recent experience. Long story short, a Plumber arrived 8 am to diagnose my leaking toilet. Turns out there was an undetected crack, which required complete replacement. $689 and 55 minutes later, a new low-end Glacier Bay toilet was installed, under the description of a high quality toilet costing $95 at Home Depot. I feel ripped off and disrespected.

Unfortunately, i did not have a good experience with this business (Not All Star Plumbing). They are not responsive, not professional and they over charge with no logical explanation... If your home warranty sends this business over to you, i strongly advice that you ask for someone else.
