I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Very fast response time of less than 25 minutes. The technician correctly identfied the problem and fixed it! I am extremely satisfied with this service!

Today we were very much overcharged for a garbage disposal installation which was $626.85 total. The labor for the hour was $408. They were trying to initially charge $510 labor. Both way too high. Also, the part was marked up at least 100%. Never again will I use this company. It’s a shame because they are close to our house. Only good thing was they did show the same day of call which I guess is understandable given the high rates. Never again 😩

Fantastic service again! This time Romeo came out to help with a leak in the bathtub. Shaina was very prompt in calling me back to set up an appointment and to call 30 mins before Romeo arrived to work. Not only is All-Star Plumbing a family run and operating business, but they treat their customers like family. I’ll never go with another plumbing company in MD!

This company replaced my water main. They left my lawn looking horrible. Rocks, bricks, and old slate sitting on the grass. Big sink hole now in my lawn. Totally atrocious. Plus my basement floods now when it rains. I have never had any water issues with my basement in 48 years. Filed complain with the BBB since this company didn't want to call me back with my concerns.

I have used Abbott Brothers Plumbing for several jobs so they were the first company I called when I had a clogged drain. Tim and Marty were great. They explained what they were doing and when they ran into a roadblock due to the setup of my plumbing they were ready with options. Thank you both for your assistance.

I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.

Abend Plumbing & Heating company came to my home and found out that the sump pump was installed incorrectly by another company. They were able to fix the problem inaddition completing there job. They cleaned up after themselves very well.
Anamaria and Katie were both professional when you call the office. I would recommend this company to anyone.

T&D Plumbing was contracted by NPL to disconnect, move and reconnect several A/C compressors as they did their work on the BGE gas line upgrade in my neighborhood in Bolton Hill. It was our great, good fortune to have had Jeff Martin and Ralph Collins to do the work for each of us. They both have a great sense of humor and respect each other beyond compare. They told each of us clearly and simply what they needed to do, what they saw in the condition of the units and assured us that the compressors would be fully functioning after their work is done. It is my experience that you get the bare minimum in such sub-contracted work. NOT SO WITH THESE TWO GENTLEMEN! They cleared leaves in my unit and washed it down and checked with gauges pressure and coolant levels and topped off. It is the nature of our yards that there is not much room to move. These guys found nothing to be a problem and offered their insight and suggestions as to what to expect from my older compressor and how to lengthen it’s life. I will definitely keep these guys and T&D Plumbing in my contacts!
