A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

I called LJ Butler Plumbing for a toilet repair. He was at my house within a half hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done under an hour. I cannot thank LJ Butler enough for a job well done, and the price was also reasonable .

I called early in the morning and told them I had a tenant That needed emergency service because a pipe had burst and the tenant had no water. They told me someone would be out between 9 and 1. I did not hear from them so I called and said there was a problem , they could not get in touch with there plumber.so they told me someone would be out between 4 and 5. Then I got a call from dispatch at 6 o'clock asking if I still wanted a plumber to go out. My tenant took off of work and I wasted a whole day when I could have had another plumber go over and fix the problem for them. Very Unprofessional. They also stated they tried to call me 4 times.
