Marvin was excellent. Fortunately I went and bought a water heater to save time - their supplier was closed by the time they got here and assessed the issue. Pricey but the entire problem was resolved in 4 hours.

Called around 7AM with a faucet running water. Roto-Rooter called at 7:15AM to confirm that the technician was on his way. Technician (Khiangte) arrived at 8:45 AM (traffic was bad that day). Would have been there earlier otherwise. I had to sign a work order authorization withoutknowing the extend of the repair. Pricing was outrageously expensive but I did not have a choice at the time. Repair was quick (45 mn in all), Travel time ($160)+ labor ($299) + parts ($150 - online the part costs $50) and a $40 discount added up to $560 for replacing a Moen Ibe-handler PosiTemp faucet cardridge).

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Our technician, Andres was very polite and courteous. He went through the diagnostics and made sure our AC was working before he left. Great work.

Rafael and Carlos arrived within a few hours to deal with a clogged toilet that was leaking water into the room below. Quick, efficient and kind. (And not expensive!) Highly recommend.

We had our hot water heater replaced. Edwin, I believe, was the name of the plumber/technician, was excellent. The crew arrived on time, worked tirelessly to complete the job and was professional and friendly. We were impressed and very satisfied with our service and would recommend BMC highly.

I called chesapeake due to my water heater going up. They were extremely professional on the phone, got to my house to get me a quote the same day. The following day they came out to replace it for me. Everyone was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future if we need any other services.

Have used Roto Rooter many times over the years. They are always on time, do good work and clean up when the work is completed.

The worst. I had these guys install a water heater for me based on positive reviews. Fast forward a couple years the unit is leaking and not working. Had two other companies come out bc needed service right away. Was told by both that unit was improperly installed causing the leaks. Called Bahr and explained the situation. They didn't even want to come out for two weeks to even look at it. I threw a fit so they came out took pictures. Didn't even call me to review. I called them and was told this just happens and they're not at fault and won't help. Awful workmanship and awful customer service. Save your time and money.

Tech was very professional and helpful. Replumbed a sediment filter, rebuilt a problematic shower, changed two shower heads, and tweaked pressure tank to improve upstairs water pressure. Everything was done in less than a day.

They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs their service.

I regret doing business with this company. They replaced my dead furnace two years ago. The installation was ok, and had no issues for a while other than noticing a lower performance compared to the previous one, but that was bearable. Recently however I had a problem they are supposed to fix (while the furnace is still under warranty) and things became complicated. The crew had to came to my place 4 times for an easy fix. This means that 4 times I had to take some time off work. Far from ideal. Missy over the phone is very nice, though.

I'm editing my original review because of the quick response of a Roto-Rooter representative who addressed my initial concerns. Michael will be assigned as our preferred plumber if we ever need these services in the future. I'm very pleased with the service I've received from Roto-Rooter and would not hesitate to contact them again.
