On Friday, June 10th, after waiting 4 days for another service provider who was also going on 2 hours late, I called BMC Services. I spoke with Michaela who was courteous and professional. She asked what issue was having and how quickly I needed someone to come out. She made sure I understood their hourly rates and that it did not include parts. I told her I needed someone out today. She asked me to hold briefly while she spoke with the scheduler and confirmed they could have someone to my home within 90 minutes.
I asked about payments they accept and if the technicians could accept those payments on-site. Michaela advised she didn't handle payments but she would check. After another brief hold she advised after service was complete they would call me for payment. BMC Ssrvices arrived to my home within 30 mjns and identified the issue as well as completed the work in less than two hours. Our AC was working like new and they told us tips to keep the system from having future problems. David and Kevin were the technicians and provided excellent service including going above and beyond to clean out the coils on our outdoor AC unit.
Later that afternoon I received a call from Ashley for the payment. I gave her my credit card info and she asked for my email address to send me a copy of the receipt. From start to finish BMC was responsive, friendly, professional and most importantly able to get the job done.
