Our old gas boiler failed in early March, when there were plenty of chilly days. We received several proposals and chose A. J. Michaels. Their estimator returned calls and emails promptly and provided fair and understandable answers to my many questions (we live in a house built in the 1800s - nothing is ever simple!). Another company recommended a more expensive boiler that would have added little to efficiency, one took over a week to send their estimate, and another never even called back despite knowing we were without heat. A. J. Michaels replaced the boiler the same week that I called. The workers were professional, polite, and efficient. The unit functions well, and they cleaned up the area completely before leaving. We are very satisfied.

Technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional in conversation. Had mask on and booties over his shoes. Went right to work and fixed the problem. Using a cleaning spray he left work space very clean.Before he began he showed me the document listing work problems and pricing which I really appreciated. Left no doubt about cost when you see work sheet presented like this. I also appreciated that at midnight I could make my urgent call and make the appointment instead of having to wait and call in the morning. I have called Roto-Rooter prior to this visit and have always had the same best service.
