The gentleman was very considerate and shared the results of the sewage pipe and why we have had problems for almost a year. He also cleaned for me since I had surgery and could not clean yet.

My garden faucet needed to be replaced, and another garden hose was stuck. I heard stories of pipes getting burst because of cold weather. I was nervous and called BW Plumbing. Sawma explained detailed what needed to be done as though it was his property. Not being a handyman without agitation, he explained several times and showed me how important it is to winterize faucets in winter. The price was reasonable, and they didn't charge me for the stuck garden hose. Sawma is polite and down to earth. If any problem arises in the future, I definitely would call him and would also refer to my friends and colleagues,

I would highly recommend this company. The owner of this company is an excellent and a reasonable person to work with to bring the cost to its minimum price unlike all other similar companies I've tried. He is personally involved with the project and also supervises all the details of the work. He turley cares about the quality and efficiency of his work. Replaced Sewage line from under my basement out to the backyard. I was referred to them by a friend who had their sewage line replaced. It was quite the job.

My sewage line was 13 feet below the backyard and 5-6 feet below the basement floor. It was at one of my rental properties and James and his crew were great even when the tenants weren't always on the same page as James, his crew and I. He left the areas clean and neat. I just had to get the tile redone. Once tile was done, his team put my bathroom back together! CALL Zoom Drains from Essex - James and his team are great!

The technician Brian arrive exactly on time. He was extremely professional and polite. He immediately got to work, ran into a problem, figured out a workaround and had detected my leak in no time. He was very thorough in his inspection and I could tell as I watched him work that he did not stop until he was 100% satisfied that he had pinpointed the leak. All around a great experience and he was even courteous enough to allow me to watch and ask questions as he worked. Not only a great technician from a reliable company but a really good guy as well.
I would have him out here in a moment if I needed such services again. You should do the same, you won't be disappointed!
