Sawma, was one the most genuine and honest repair men I have ever come across. We were in an emergency situation last night and were in a panic to find a company to come help us before our entire basement was destroyed from a leak. Every company was either unavailable and/or wanted to charge us an “emergency rate,” which included a $400 rate just to come out AND a 2x price increase for all services preformed.
Sawma didn’t charge those ridiculous amounts, came within the hour, educated me on how to fix problems in my house, and performed the job perfectly.

We had a sewer drain pipe that was clogged from the house to the outside clean-out. We had another plumbing team who worked on it for 4 hours but were unable to unclog the drain pipe.
I googled plumbers and saw that BW Plumbing had a 5 star rating so I contacted them. Lal and his son came out within an hour and also had difficulty with it at first but Lal diagnosed that the clog was near the ouside clean-out as the pipe had developed a belly because the ground underneath the pipe had sunk. BW Plumbing was able to unclog the drain that the other plumber was unable to do. Their price is also reasonable compared to other plumbers. I would highly recommend BW Plumbing.

Father and son duo were wonderful to work with! Messaged them on Thumbtack at 4pm after having terrible luck with another more well known plumbing company and they were here within 30 minutes! Night and day difference! I struggled with the other company for 3 months! These guys got it right in one day! Both are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and are way more affordable than most! My garden faucet needed to be replaced, and another garden hose was stuck. I heard stories of pipes getting burst because of cold weather. I was nervous and called BW Plumbing. Sawma explained detailed what needed to be done as though it was his property. Not being a handyman without agitation, he explained several times and showed me how important it is to winterize faucets in winter. The price was reasonable, and they didn't charge me for the stuck garden hose. Sawma is polite and down to earth. Mr. Sawma responded promptly to my request for help with a leak from my toilet. He replaced the the toilet ring, bolts and other necessary adjustments to stabilize the toilet in about an hour. All was accomplished in a friendly and a professional manner. The $180.00 charge appears very reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

I had a clog in my basement floor drain and was millimeters away from a complete basement flood. They came out quickly and were able to clear the clog within minutes. He explained the entire process to me and left my basement clean. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Mr Sawma was the lead plumber and was easy to work with. He examined the situation and proposed a solutions to correct the issues that he observed issues as well as those he was called to address. Mr Sawma was a good communicator and respected the customer’s suggestions and requests. He showed up to begin work as promised. He was very polite and treated my home with respect even though the job being done was messy. I would certainly hire Mr. Sawma again should I experience other plumbing issues. Mr. Sawma followed later to see that everything went well. Great guy to work with!

BW Plumbing was great! I had another company come out right before they did and I was told it was my hot water tank had burst and that was the reason why my first floor flooded. Sawma came out from BW plumbing and told me it wasn't my hot water tank that burst but it was a leak from inside the wall. Sure enough after cutting into the wall he found the leak! My bathroom sink had a leak which I was able to fix myself, however, I soon found out I could not secure the J trap to the pipe coming from the wall no matter how much I tried. Not knowing who to call, I looked for someone local who had 5 stars. This father and son team was responsive and on time. They knew just how to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend. Sawma was a real-life saver. I called him at 4:40 pm on a Monday, hoping he had availability the next day but to my surprise, he said he could come in 20 minutes. He did a thorough assessment of the issue and explained the possible causes of the basement half bath toilet overflowing. He gave an estimate and was able to start the work right away. He went above and beyond - even fixing an unforeseen installation flaw. He also checked out another half-bath toilet and explained why it was running intermittently. Sawma was professional, thorough, and respectful of our property. We are very grateful for his help and recommend everyone use him!

Did a very thorough job cutting roots out of pipe after clog caused toilet to run over. Spent almost 2 hours on the job and verified that roots were removed after cutting, versus other plumbers who just pop the clog and leave. Highly recommended!
