Roto Rooter has grade-A/top-rate customer service. I've posted concerning my initial experience, but they've returned to my home twice since the initial repair to assess water issues as a result of the repair (but to no fault of their own as the issue is outside of their control). Even still, the follow-up technicians (Jaboree previously) and (Kam today, 1/22) were consummate professionals, responsive to my issues and exercised the proper concern needed while approaching/addressing my concerns. I will definitely continue to share my Roto Rooter business experience with others!

after calling several people to replace the water line on our townhouse Frank was the only one who had both, a reasonable price and a sense of professionalism/know how. he worked with us from NY to get the job done on a timeline that worked for us(not an easy task) he was patient, he was professional and most importantly he did quality work at a fair price

The issue wasn't resolved one problem lead to more problems and money.

My sink is still clogged after a week i bave been lead on to believe it will be fixed also that eoto rootwr will be drilling a hile in wall to get to the problem but doesn't repair damage 😕 . That they caused.

My sump pump gave out on me on Sunday and I called Roto-Rooter to see if someone could come out to see what was wrong. Robert arrived and was very professional and friendly and was quick to find out what my problem was. Unfortunately, my bad news was that the sump pump had to be replaced. The good news is, Robert was able to replace it and very quick in getting the job done and my sump pump working. I was really glad Roto-Rooter was able to send someone out on a Sunday night, otherwise I would have had a flooded basement. Thanks Robert for taken care of my sump pump issue in a very professional manner! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Robert.

We had a very perplexing leak in which water would start pouring out of our living room ceiling after running a shower on the next floor up on the other side of the house for an hour or so. Of course, it wouldn't always happen. We had multiple plumbers, contractors, and bathroom remodelers try to figure it out, to no avail. Our insurance company then recommended American Leak Detection to conduct a full inspection to determine the cause and to produce a report. We were able to schedule ALD on short notice and they completely solved the mystery leak within a couple hours.

Our technician, Brian, was highly experienced, perceptive, and professional; he performed a small number of water tests and made a precise deduction about the most likely water path and leak mechanism, which turned out to be exactly correct: our washer's overflow drain was oddly joined to the shower system such that water would flow *backwards* if the shower was draining too slowly, and then it would get into the walls and ceiling on the other side of the house.

All in all, ALD and Brian were a pleasure to work with and their leak detecting capabilities are unparalleled. If you have a mysterious or 'impossible' leak, call them before you call the plumber!

Catons showed up quickly in response to a service request I submitted online the night before. The plumber had a replacement disposal on the truck and installed it quickly (half hour). Although the plumber did a good job and we have used Catons often before, I will shop around next time for a better price and product selection. The only product they offered was not one I would have chosen, and is identical to the one that failed.
