Johnny was a soft speaking, hardworking technician, not the pushy, high-charging type of a guy. He listened, he was patient and very comforting, and kind. He helped me make phone calls to the water supply company in order to figure out what the problem was and patiently waited for their people to come over to turn off the water. He cleaned up the leaked water meticulously after the work was done. Johnny has won my trust. I liked the ladies in the Horizon office as well because they responded to me promptly, and notified me as soon as there's a change in scheduling. I would highly recommend Horizon to family and friends.

I had a wonderful experience today with Mikes Plumbing and Heating. I called this morning with a septic leak inside my home and they were out within hours. They thoroughly explained what they had to do and fixed the problem immediately. They walked me through what they had done to make sure I was satisfied and I have to say the price was great!

I have dealt with plenty of plumbers recently as I work my way through a cluster of a renovation project. I found the perfect fixture while on vacation in Europe and figure it would be a piece of cake to install. Little did my smooth brain know that British pipes use different threads than American pipes. The plumber I have already paid thousands of dollars to was not able to figure this out. Desperate, I called CA Taciak who graciously took my call. Lexi, who I spoke with, took down as much information as she could, and before she gave me a quote, said she would be back with more information. Minutes later, I received a message detailing exactly what would need to be done to adapt my traitorous redcoat fixture to my freedom sized pipes. This saved me tons of money because I am sure a lesser plumber would charge me for a trip out, not know what they were doing, charge me for a trip to the hardware store, charge me for the incorrect pieces, and walk off the job with the job incomplete yet still send me an invoice. The knowledge and kindness exhibited is a rare trait in this world and I cannot recommend CA Taciak and Sons enough.

garbage work. came out late, wasted 3 hours waiting for them. Didn't do the install right and wouldn't refund me my money or come back to fix it. Ended up paying even more because I Had to hire another group to come out and get the job fixed. Will never call again. save your time and money by moving on to someone else. all those good reviews they have are probably fake

We called our local Roto-Rooter in Bel Air around noon and the rep. told me they could have a tech out within the hour. Ronny - tech # 2023 arrived within the hour. Awesome! Ronny greeted my and my kids at the door - he was very friendly and professional. We needed one of our builder grade toilets replaced with a more powerful toilet. We purchased the toilet ourselves and Ronny quoted us a reasonable price and began the work. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. Took the time to talk with my husband on the phone after explaining things to me. Very much appreciated. Did a great job protecting our hardwood floors. Ronny was very professional but down to earth. We will request his services next time we need some plumbing done. Thank you very much!
