Originally we had a wonderful experience with our first technician Sherman Pinnock for our plumbing issue. Then couple days later a gentlemen named Douglas Pope came as our camera guy. Overall he was extremely rude and nasty with us from the start. I understand we are human and we can have bad days however that is unacceptable when you are performing your job. The plumber came to my home promptly (within 4 hours of calling) and carefully assessed the list of plumbing problems that existed in my home - note this was the first plumbing visit in 45 years. He then provided a cost estimate to repair the 6 problems that existed. Once I signed-off on the estimate he went right to work, giving me an opportunity to select whatever replacement fixtures I wanted from a comprehensive catalog. Each problem was addressed individually through to completion. All the work took two days and it solved every problem, one of which had lingered for about 10 years. The final cost exceeded the initial estimate by about 25%, but I considered it reasonable after some hidden problems were uncovered in the process. I am fully satisfied with the results and do not expect to need another plumber for another 45 years.

Dan and company came on time and were professional from the very beginning. He was courteous enough not to dirty our carpet in a shoeless household. He was thorough evaluating the issue as well as doing a diagnostic check on the other plumbing items in our utility closet. He was honest of what did and did not need to be fixed as to not overcharge us. He was patient and willing to teach someone who knows nothing about plumbing some minor things. Knock on wood if anything were to go wrong with our plumbing, he would be the one I would call.

Plumber needed assistance with projects! Neither issue was resolved after leaving and now cannot get a response from anyone on how to resolve the situation.

Company came out to clean sump pump water backup. Once the job was started i was unable to contact anyone to finish the job. I went 5 days without hearing from anyone with equipment still in my home.
