Daniel, the technician, was great.However the RR policy of requiring clients hold a 4 hr work window while allowing those same clients only 3 minutes to text a confirmation on immediate availability felt less than ideal and could be improved.

Clean-up was OK but could have been better. However, manager reached out to me promptly and offered to send someone out to clean up to my satisfaction. When I told him I had already completed the clean-up myself, he processed a partial refund to my account and issued me a coupon for the next time I use Roto-Rooter. This prompt and professional customer service impressed me very much.

Baltimore City needs to be a shame to hire/contract a company that isnt equipped to handle such a big job. My home is consistently without running water because of this company poor job. Ive called 311 several times over an 8 hour period because my home is without water and was told this company is the reason why. I was told there's no way to contact this company personally having the issue resolved while I sit here with my elderly mother who needs her meds with water, who needs to shower, no water, who needs to use the bathroom no water. However, I am sure Water Works will like their bill paid on time without missing 1 cent of it.
