I had a very disappointing experience with Nick. He was paid to fix a plumbing issue, but not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he also caused additional damage in the process. I was left with broken fixtures, no resolution to the original issue, and the worst part is I prepaid for the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber and would advise others to be cautious when considering his services.

Truly amazing experience. Granted no one wants to pay for plumbing repair, Christian and the folks at Prime came in with a great quote and an absolutely amazing turnaround. Worked clean and respectfully. We are truly impressed.

They gave an honest evaluation and we hired them for the work at a fraction of the cost (cost of money, time, and damage to our house).

Today Maung #4811 came out to our house to clear our main sewer line. He explained everything he was doing and showed us what was causing our clog. He cleaned up his work area and set up an appointment with a tech who could assist us in replacing the outside pipe. We are happy with the service we received and will be recommending Roto-Rooter to our friends and family.

My main water pipe of my house had a bad leak and it was racking up my water bills terribly; the water meter was spinning like it was running a marathon. Excellent! From start to finish. Chuck was great to work with checking and planning the job. Even took a look at future work, and planned for that work with this repiping project. The crew called before ariving, and were all great guys! The work was clean and proffesional. The inspector came out the next day and looked over everything and passed the work. Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.

Been 12 hours without water in the 21229 zip code. No emergency assistance from this contractor and 311 basically said screw us. It's the holiday people can't cook or even flush the toilet. I have called the contractor 6times and still waiting for a call back!! 8 hours later. Just disgusting!!
