I had a very noisy sump pump that kept me up at night. I called Mike's at noon on a Saturday and was very surprised to have a man come to my home and gone before 4. I opted to purchase a new pump since mine was pretty old. Chris did a great job and explained all of my options, and the work needed to do the job. I needed an emergency snaking of my sewer main. Spoke to Roto-Rooter at 9 pm and they had a technician out an hour and a half later. Greg Thompson was extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter, especially after having been assigned other local plumbers by my home warranty company.

A great experience overall. Finally a Professional who didn't talk down to me as a Woman. He was polite, he listened to me and worked super fast. The other big name company in my area treated me like it was 1950 and had no respect. Also claimed I needed $5 to $10 Thousand of work just in case he broke my pipes while installing the kitchen faucet. Mr. Rooter charged me a fraction of that which was on target and reasonable.
