The two plumbers were polite and worked quickly to solve our problem. They were very forty coming with the pricing and super helpful.

Wanted to retract my previous post. I was not home the next day after work I had was done. When I returned the following day I discovered that the work I had roto rooter do was not very good. The problem was not fixed and the work was very sub par. Some of the parts installed were not properly installed. I had to have another plumber come out and fix this and actually fixed it installing more parts, etc. I might add the 2nd plumber did twice the products and service for half the price. I can only speak to my experience but I will just say lesson learned and will not ever consider Roto rooter again and would not recommend them at all

Larry Higgins confirmed the problem that I thought had caused the leak in my guest bathroom and found another one. He fixed everything after returning to the shop for a part he didn’t have on the truck. He also checked the apartment below mine, which had received the leaked water, both before making the repairs in my bathroom and afterwards. I am a satisfied customer, and my neighbor is happy to have a dry bathroom again.

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. Dean came out and did a great job on my AC unit. It was leaking and they went above and beyond to unclog and clean the coils and even went and bought me a new filter. Pricing was better than I was expecting. Couldn’t be happier with them. He will definitely be my AC guy from now on. Also, they were very nice to my 4 year old son and that’s always a plus!

Kevin came out earlier today for our water heater not working. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us choices on which route we could take. We decided to switch our old gas water heater to an electric and he also gave us referrals for electricians. He was super thorough and even answered questions and took the time to look at another concern I had unrelated to the water heater. If we have any other plumbing needs, he will be our guy to use! Jordan did a great job of installing a new kitchen sink faucet and fixing a small leak under the sink. He showed up on time, worked quickly, and did not leave until he made sure everything was right. He was also very professional and had a nice attitude. I have been trying to find a good plumbing company with reasonable prices and trustworthy plumbers. This company is the one.
