Called but never got a call back. So, based on that, we were not impressed.
We called March 23 at approximately 1240 pm. Spoke to a woman who was not well versed as a secretary. She took our message. We then tried again on the 24 but left no message that day. I do have records and thank you, but we already got the issue taken care of.
Great service and 48 years of experience
My family recently moved to the area and did not personally know any plumbers. Therefore, we relied heavily upon Google Reviews when we called Jeff regarding our water heater. Jeff personally answered our call and came to our home that same day. During the entire ordeal Jeff was incredibly kind and professional and demonstrated himself to be very knowledgeable. Jeff will be the only plumber we call in the future.

Jeff and his staff are EXCELLENT! I have used them for over 10 years now. The are: on time, know how to do the job, have the materials needed, and are priced fair. I just can't say enough good about them.

Honest people. I will call them anytime, I have a plumbing problem. The best plumbing company I ever had. Reliable.
They have saved me by more than a thousand dollar on a plumbing job at my office building over a year ago.

If you say you will be there at certain time be there. If something comes up, which happens, call and let the customer know. Business 101. Expected better.

They got here ASAP and were right on time, even though we were new customers. You can tell professionals because they keep at it until the problem is solved, even if it's a difficult repair. And the price was very reasonable. Definitely will call Semones plumbing again.
