We just cannot emphasize enough how efficient, knowledgeable, professional and reasonable the staff at KY Plumber are. Exceptional customer service begins with Christie! They have completely redone the main inside lines in our basement, reworked all the plumbing at my sister’s home when she bought it 4 years ago, and various other plumbing jobs. Today’s job was a toilet. Incredible workers who don’t leave a mess behind. So grateful!

Good service. The job took a lot less time then originally quoted which was great. He was able to repair our leak for a fraction of the cost I was quoted from a couple other places.

Very friendly an knowledgeable. Our sink was backed up and Gary was able to come out quickly and got it draining again (even though it was the weekend). I have him in my contacts and will definitely call again when I need a plumber.

Our experience seems to be a little different from everyone else. We had a minor issue which he did fix but it only took him 15 minutes to do the repair and he charged us $120.00 for labor. I thought this was a little extreme but maybe I'm not up to date on what plumbers charge.

I sincerely can not say enough good things about KY Plumber - friendly, professional, ON TIME (every time), reasonably priced. We have used them several times and we will use them again. Just today, they helped with our kitchen sink.

PEOPLE BEWARE!!

Last year I contacted Ky plumber to run a gas line to my kitchen. Gary left his son and a newly hired employee on the job. His son cut some electrical wires in my wall and under my crawl space. He even had a spark one one. Never told anyone he did it. When I came home my breaker was kicked off in my bath. It wasn’t until the next day I found I had no hot water. After looking I saw the wires cut in the wall. However it was actually the wire under my floor he cut in half. Gary ran a temporary wire through my house and a week later he ran a wire under my house and reconnected my hot water heater. He came out of the crawl space saying “ that he put the cutters on the wire and closed his eyes and cut it”. However This isn’t what caused my fire. But very unprofessional.

What caused the fire was “HIM LAYING THE WIRE ON TOP OF THE GAS LINE”.

By him doing this I lost my 4 pets and a lot of money on my house and contents.

So with this said. I strongly do NOT RECOMMEND USING KY PLUMBER.

I recently had a leaky facet that exceeded my expertise level. I did a search for a plumber, and although KY Plumber only had a small number of reviews, all were positive.

I can tell why all were positive! I had a great experience with KY Plumber. Their rates were very reasonable and they didn't gouge me on the little things. As he fixed my problem, he took the time to explain what he was repairing and why he was repairing it.

We called them in an emergency and they worked us in that same day. Since it was an emergency they could have charged us an arm and a leg, but they gave us a very fair deal. We have been pleased with the service we received today, and will be keeping their name for any future plumbing work we need done.

I had a toilet flange repair. Gary come out and was able to repair the flange correctly where the toilet sat level on the floor. Something that Ball Homes was unable to do. The repair was done quick, some instruction on care going forward, and cleaned up after job was complete. I have to say one of the best experiences with a plumber I have had. Thank You.

After checking out their online reviews and noticing some were from professional and personal contacts I felt confident reaching out to KY Plumber. The plumbing issue we had was not nearly as catastrophic as I had anticipated. They could have come in and torn out walls and charge me thousands of dollars and I would not have been surprised. Fortunately their expertise and great customer service exceeded my expectations. Within an hour they had my issue fixed and the cost wasn't much more than a nice dinner for a family of 4 would be. I highly recommend KY Plumber to any of my Georgetown friends.

They worked well with all the constraints that the Home Warranty put on them and was able to have everything covered with their excellent documentation and making multiple calls back and forth with the adjuster. The owner came out to the house and ensured the water was shut off at the meter, scheduled his team to start digging the next morning, fixed the issue, and ensured the area was cleaned up prior to leaving the job site. Overall cost was less than his rough estimate. I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing issues you may have.

Jordan did a great job of installing a new kitchen sink faucet and fixing a small leak under the sink. He showed up on time, worked quickly, and did not leave until he made sure everything was right. He was also very professional and had a nice attitude. I have been trying to find a good plumbing company with reasonable prices and trustworthy plumbers. This company is the one.

Super. Above and beyond. My family and I have both been very impressed with the ky plumber.

Unfortunately, we were not able to wait for them to be able to do our particular job, however, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a handwritten note and refund for our diagnostic fee from the owner, Gary. He didn't have to do that, in all honesty, as his son did come out to diagnose the problem...but wasn't really able to do.. We already knew what the problem probably was, but he was just going on information received from the scheduler. Anyway, I just appreciate his integrity and professionalism, during a time when it seems to be lacking by many. I won't hesitate to use them in the future.

I will always call KY Plumber for anything related to my water/pipes. They are extremely friendly and considerate of my schedule. I have had to call on two occasions, and both times they gave me great suggestions, and made sure I was educated prior to leaving...In other words, Gary would share additional info with tips on how to handle certain things to help prevent or look out for situations. Amazing service!!! Even though he was booked he still made time to come out within an hour and a half of me calling him. He fixed the issue and then the next day I was having another issue and rather than come back out and charge me another service call, he was able to help me trouble shoot it over the phone. I will absolutely be using them anytime I have issues in the future, highly recommend!!!

Friendly and very professional service!

Had to find a new plumber since recently moving to Kentucky. This is the nicest and most professional plumber and office staff ever. I had him out for one toilet, and he checked all three and replaced parts that were about to go out, since we were already paying for the service call. (Last plumber I used charged a full service fee for each item he repaired.) This is definitely my new Kentucky plumber!!

Absolutely wonderful group of gentlemen here! Gary and his team replaced a built in tub and surround for us. They came up with a great plan of attack, and far exceeded our expectations. Very polite hard working group. Were there when they said, and even took care of procuring all the materials. Couldn't be happier with KY Plumber!

Called on a Friday @4:30 pm with a major water leak near the water meter. Gary was here within a half an hour and got right to work to do the repairs. Did the repair and charged us a very reasonable amount for the work.
I highly recommend KyPlumber and they will be our go to plumber for life.
