Best A/C System Repair in Lexington KY

I wrote before I had H20 maestro come in December to put in faucet, we paid 501.00 12/14,and 12/17 we paid 386.00 to put faucet in my bathroom , it didn’t work had them come back in april was told to use a screwdriver to tighten the faucet myself, I paid a total of 887.00 and it should work, the worker was Brandon, August 22 they sent Brian and he said I needed new faucet the universal ones I bought wasn’t the right ones, he showed me the plastic and explained why it didn’t work and why it wouldn’t last , I glad he told me if Brandon had told me this in December I could’ve taken it back to lowes and got a new ones but Brandon didn’t say anything but in April said I should use a screwdriver, Brian was very knowledgeable, and what he did with this faucet it’s working now but was told it wouldn’t last,I feel like H20 maestro should be responsible for new faucet because Brandon didn’t tell me so I could take it back to Lowes,

I had to call them out late at night on an emergency call to the restaurant I manage. They responded quickly and repaired the broken pipe in my ceiling. They did a great job and the charge was way lower than I expected. Thank you for the awesome service.

Fast Flow is incredible!!! Allen was a top notch technician. He is thourough, honest, outgoing and makes you feel great about the job he doing. He went out of his way to make sure all other faucets and drains were working properly even though I only called him in on a drain in my bathroom. I could not be happier with the service provided by fast Flow.

These people took the time to help me get a 26 inch septic tank cover. All the other plumbing suppliers dismissed my request and said Sorry,We don't have that. I highly recommend this place.

Chris came on time with a colleague and patiently interacted with my home warranty upon request. I was able to leave him in my home while I went to take an exam with no worries. He completed quality work, left a clean space afterwards, and was very responsive the entire time. Thank you Chris Moss!

PSI was terrific! I had a difficult sewer replacement job. PSI was determined to do the job correctly and they did. We ran into a couple of surprises along the way. They immediately had options and solutions. All the crew was very professional and personable. They stuck with the job until it was properly completed. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Jeff and his staff are EXCELLENT! I have used them for over 10 years now. The are: on time, know how to do the job, have the materials needed, and are priced fair. I just can't say enough good about them.

The guys came earlier than expected. Diagnosed the issue and got me back up and running again. They explained everything as they went along and even showed me a safety tip in the process. I will be using them again. Awesome job guys!

On June 21st 2022, Josh James came to assess installing a faucet at the back of the house.
He set up an appt for June 27th and installed the faucet...Yay!!

He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. (He's a Master Plumber)

At all times he kept in communication...texting before he came to the house. (Cecil's also sends a text with a map so you can follow on the map when he's on the way) Love that!

I definitely would recommend Cecil's for any plumbing jobs...I know I will be calling the next time I have plumbing that needs to be done.

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.

Dakota came out to service my 4 yr old AC system, said he couldn't find anything wrong (wouldn't come on) advise to a hard start kit and stated my freon was low .. after joining their coffee club though it was good deal to save for future... I canceled their monthly service when I went a few day later and noticed that he didn't tight the strader vlv and left the cap loose.. I was loosing freon. I now see how they make their money by sloppy work.. I wouldn't recommend them to no one and be sure ive got nothing good to say about that tech,,,, no thx btw after the 300% mark on parts... it totaled over a grand.... I can just imagine what the next bill would've been if I didn't find that freon leak when they came out to service it.... yeah right......

The two technicians, Brandon and Kevin, arrived on time and explained what needed to be done and how they would accomplish that. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all very courteous, all qualities rarely seen in the service industry today.

I also appreciate Amanda and Presley for their kind and courteous responses on the phone.
