They did a good job installing our new water heater and able to do it the same day we had an issue.

I had an appointment for an independent plumber to be at my house at noon to replace my water heater. He hadn't showed by 12:30 and didn't answer my call or voice mail. At 12:50 I called Roto-Rooter, and Nick was at my house within 15 minutes.

He assessed the situation and took extra effort to purchase the water heater brand I wanted (mine had lasted 16 years, so I wanted the same brand). It cost more, but he didn't not increase the estimate or final cost.

Unfortunately, the new water heater's fittings did not align with the installed pipes. and the location of the T&P relief valve was different. This meant that the job required more pipe and fittings and a trip for parts. Instead of taking the easy route and using an obtrusive pipe at a 90-degree angle from the T&P valve, around the heater to the wall, he cut several lengths of pipe and used several elbows, so the pipe would lay close to the heater all the way around.

The crew was courteous, extremely professional and diligent, and very knowledgeable. This was my first call to a plumber during nine years in my house. It started off badly, but thanks to Roto-Rooter, Nick and James, it ended perfectly. I'm now thankful that the first plumber failed to appear (things happen for a reason, they say). Now I will always call Roto-Rooter if I need a plumber, and I am very glad to have one I can trust completely.

Exceptional service, professionalism and very honest! I called Profetick Plumbing to have my sewage ejector pump replaced because it had stopped working. Buzz was at my house within hours of calling, even though they were booked solid that day. We recently bought this house so we didn’t know how old the pump was, but he was able to look up the age and fixed it for a lot less than it would have cost to buy a new one. I will use Profetick Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs!

PSI was terrific! I had a difficult sewer replacement job. PSI was determined to do the job correctly and they did. We ran into a couple of surprises along the way. They immediately had options and solutions. All the crew was very professional and personable. They stuck with the job until it was properly completed. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

I contacted Cecil's Heat & Air for a second opinion regarding a issue with my heat pump.Note: The heat pump was making a hissing noise during the high heat this fall. My heat pump was previously inspected by a well known company in Lexington that you see commercials on the television which quoted me a $2500.00 estimate to repair my heat pump. Cecil's service employee came to my home and inspected my heat pump.He diagnosed my heat pump to be working correctly and felt the previous heating and air company may have not diagnosed my heat pump correctly. Thank you Cecil's for saving me well over $2000.00.

Repipe

I have worked with them twice now for different things, and everyone is always extremely friendly, extremely efficient, and they continually keep me updated on what they are doing. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of, and I know the quality of work is always high.

Replaced a 2 foot piece of copper pipe and outdoor water tap, cost $700. Super nice guy but wow what a cost.

We are very impressed with their work. They found the problem to our jetted tub . We didn’t need a new motor which saved us money. Replaced a leaky pvc pipe in the basement ,replaced our bathroom sink drain plug . 2 other plumbers from 2 different company never told us how to fix our sink but Sunny’s plumbers solved the problem which turned out to be a simple fix. They completed work, then the city said a final inspection was needed that they didn't do. We called them repeatedly and finally got a hold of them and Mike said can't call him and get same day service and hung up on us. Terrible company!

I once saw Mike strap up in waders, sink himself belly deep into a tank and yank a big ol mess out of a sewage drain line. Gross. This guy'll get it done.

Today, after an absolute disaster created by DAUENHAUER PLUMBING, I met Master Plumber (of 68 years via family plumbing expertise) Mr. David Wiseman.

Serious, dedicated and so polite. Fixed the messes the young buck from Dauenhauer left us to cope with for five days! Then replaced the Faucet we asked DH to deal with. All this done at a cost at least half if not more the cost the inexperienced company folks at Dauenhauer were going to charge.
