Best Water Main in Lexington KY

The communication from H2O Maestro was abysmal. I had an active leak and called them to schedule the next available appointment. The time for the appointment came; they did not show up. I had to call for them for an update, only to be told they couldn't come to work on my property and to be blamed for not putting in the information correctly. I did not put in any information, it was all done over their chat service with a representative. Don't wrongful blame customers.

They repaired one of our hot water heaters today. I was impressed with their speed of service and honesty in recommending service on my heaters. Their many great Google reviews are well deserved. Go no further if you are in need of plumbing service. This is a solid business with honest, competent staff.

Excellent service! I called asking for a quote and got a technician out here for repairs the same day! I just bought my first house and had a constantly running toilet (I had tried to fix it but it ultimately needed replacement), a broken tub spout (it had calcified on there and I wasn't confident I could remove it) an un-flushable downstairs toilet, and a leaky washer pipe. The repairs were completed expertly and quickly and I was charged far less than what I was expecting to pay. I have no doubt that I will be contacting this company for future plumbing concerns.

They checked for leaks in my inside and outside water pipes and did repairs accordingly.

I have a 50 year old American Standard boiler that serves as my central heating. With something that old it requires occasional maintenance and servicing. Lovell is the only business in Lexington that services boilers. Even being the only business that works with boilers their prices are great and their service is spot on. The technician showed up in the time window they gave me and he was very friendly and did a great job. I hope my boiler lasts another 50 years but when it finally decides to die I know exactly who I'm going to call when I need a new one installed. Great job guys!

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.

Water has been condensing on the A coils of my two year old unit. The water is being pulled down on the blower, leaking down into the wall and ceiling below. Fayette Heating and Air came out within 24 hours. The technicians charged me for condensation line partially blocked causing water to back up and leak. Drain trap installed improperly from drain pan. Replaced needed drain line and flushed existing line. For this they charged me $315 and only replaced a foot section of PVC!!! My issue is THEY NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM. The water damage has spread. I called them back less than three days later and they had the audacity to try and charge me another $90 service fee. Another one of their technicians came out and said he didn't know what could be causing it and there was nothing he could do. He thought adding freon to the system might help and tried to charge me another $90 to do so!!! Terrible! Had another HVAC company, one with a five star rating, look at the system. They found the drain line the Fayette charged me $315 was not suctioned and cleared! So Fayette did NOTHING and abused my trust in their service pricing.The other company I am using has had to call the manufacture about the system. They are going to check the static pressure in the system and could adjust the blower speed. They are doing everything to fix my problem. DO NOT use Fayette Heating and Air they will rip you off and claim they cannot do anything further when they can't get any more money out of you. Fayette Heating and Air is happy shrugging their shoulders and leaving the job unfixed.I would give Fayette Heating and Air 0 stars.

Brysen Tackett was great! He unclogged my shower and put a new wax ring on my toilet. He was professional and cleaned up his mess. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Brysen Tackett for your next clog!

We called this guy back in 2018. We were extremely pleased with him and his work. We needed his service again today and he was here within an hour and took care of our needs. We have some work we want done in the near future and he will be the one we call. We were scared because we know places charge more during the holidays but he was more than fair and we are more than pleased. As long as he is in business he will be the ONLY one we will call. Matthew was initially very nice, and seemed willing and able to help us find our leak. After 3 days of looking, and tracing electrical and communications lines, he didn't find it. He said he was 99.9% sure that if a plumber installed a shut off valve in one spot, it would bypass the still-hidden leak. We hired a plumber to do that, but what Matthew was tracing wasn't even a water line. The water line was near the area, so we had the shut-off valve installed, but it didn't stop the leak. Matthew started changing his story and refused to take responsibility for the costs we were beginning to accrue. We next paid American Leak Detection half as much as LF+ wanted, and they found the leak within 5 minutes. Thirty feet from where LF+ said to dig. Save your money and time, and hire ALD. Gas in the lines is clearly the better way to find a leak than overpriced sonar toys.

Update to owner's response: Matthew never billed us because he never found the leak.
