Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.

Cameron came out after 8pm to take a look at our water heater that was leaking. The next morning he was here at 9 and had us ready to go within a couple hours. It’s an expensive fix, but I couldn’t have been happier with the service!

Do not use this company they do not keep their word. Our yard is a complete mess after an extensive pipe repair to the tune of $7000. They promised to put our yard back together and now after two months will not return our phone calls or text messages.
