Mike Farrar is highly knowledgeable and we were very pleased with his visit. Cost for service are a little high from what we are used to but we did decide to sign on for membership. Looking forward to are business relationship.

Our kitchen sink was not draining and I spent the weekend, and then into Monday trying to fix the problem. I made a request for help via Roto-Rooter's convenient website and within an hour someone from their dispatch team had called me to indicate that Justin would be at our house within 30 minutes! When he arrived I showed him the sink and explained everything I had attempted to do to resolve the problem. After about 20 minutes with me and after trying to use his equipment to remove the stoppage he indicated to me that he would be calling in Dale and Brian who could clean out the wickedest drains, including this one! Justin was apologetic about being unable to perform the fix and I assured him that I appreciated his honesty and efforts. When Brian and Dale arrived they had already been given details on our problem and began working. It turns out that the stoppage was some 50 feet away from my sink drain! I would have never fixed this without their help. I'm so grateful for Roto-Rooter!

Really pleased with the service we received from Fast Flow Plumbing! They were super responsive and quick to fix our issues. We even had an issue after the first appointment but they came back and fixed everything promptly. Very professional and friendly!

From the secretary who made my appointment to the two gentlemen that came to service our HVAC, Cecil's Heating & Air was a joy to work with. Not only were the technicians on time and knowledgeable, but they also were patient with my many questions about our new system. And as a first-time home owner, I had a lot! They took the time to take pictures of the unit in our attic and explain what needed to be done and why. We'll definitely be using their services again!

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.

Excellent service!. Our A/C went out Tuesday night. I called the comfy club number at 10:00 PM, Isaac was at our house at 10:00 AM the next day, and we were able to leave for vacation early that afternoon with the knowledge that our house would be cool upon our return.

From start to finish this team was amazing, very knowledgeable, and took the time to talk me through the options. The installer was on time and respectful of my home. If I hadn’t scheduled I would’ve have known he was there. Noticed a difference in the air quality and distribution immediately upon waking in my house!

Needed sewer line replacement to the city line due to an old collapsed pipe. Received several quotes and watched two fiber optic camera views. Bluegrass Rooter came in over $2,000 cheaper and took the time for a thorough plan. With trenchless replacement, the job was finished in one day and they cleaned up the next. Respectful of my home and had minimal outside landscape issues. Highly recommend.

Dean installed an HVAC unit for us and within a week we had to have him come back for a service call and he tried to charge us an additional $65. We refused to pay because it was A BRAND NEW SYSTEM THAT HE HAD INSTALLED. He chose to curse and hang the phone up on us.
The professional thing to do was stand behind his work and make sure the unit was running properly, which is all that we asked and expected.
Incident took place in 2001 but we have never forgotten how VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL he was, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to family or friends!
He should remember us though unless it is a habit for him to curse and hang up on his customers.
Not something I forgot.

See below, he changed his response from rude to professional but not exactly truthful. Baby Steps... One day he might take responsibility, admit fault and apologize, not holding my breath though. I am going to go out on a limb and guess that someone told him it was bad customer service and suggested that he remove the rude response.
