I reached out to KY Water Company as I was having problems with my plumber. They refereed me to Dauenhauer Plumbing and called Mr. Mike Downs immediately and got Mike Downs to come over. He was at my facility in 30 minutes!! Mike was truly a great person and an awesome plumber (A plus) that knew what he was doing and fixed the problem right away and also tested and certified the back flow system.You need a plumber, call this man; he can get the job done. I guarantee it!

I was having some leaking and one company came out and said I needed to replace my entire system for 8 - 10 grand!! Brad came out, took a look, and explained that all I needed to do was clean my drain pan!! He also took a look at the entire system and pointed out strengths and weaknesses, time frame for replacement of certain pieces, and he was extremely honest and up front about everything!

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment.
