AND THEN - Daniel fixed it. It wasn’t easy, it wasn’t pretty, but he was committed to getting us out of this mess. And he did. HE SURE DID!!!

I've made two visits to Day's and both times been impressed with the level of helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. This last time, the gentleman that helped me walked me through the options for parts I could use to fix the outside faucet at my house. Despite the fact that they didn't carry the brand I was looking to repair, he pointed me to other competitors that might and told me the comparable option at Day's that could solve my problem. It was good customer-first business and I'll be back for any plumbing-related projects in the future.

I am in charge of getting our HOA's backwater valve cleaned each year and our old plumber isn't doing this kind of work anymore. I called King's Helper and the call was answered right away....no answering machine! I tried to explain what I wanted done but I was not explaining it very well since I had no idea what I was talking about. King's Helper actually called the past plumber for me and figured out what I wanted.
Jonathon came the next day and cleaned our backwater valve and all is well for another year. I will call King's Helper for ANY of our HOA's or personal plumbing needs in the future. I cannot say enough about how nice and helpful King's Helper was.

The crew at Ken Tyson has helped us on several renovation projects - including adding lines fir a washer and dryer, installing tub drain, faucets, shower plumbing and fixtures and the toilet.Rex was an excellent communicator and oversaw the work, start to finish. His crew was efficient, professional and did good wok. They stick with the original quote, which allowed us to stay on budget. Being new to the area, it’s not easy to find sub contractors you can rely on. I am grateful for the people who helped us being our vision to life.

We had an emergency situation saturday afternoon. i immediately started googling plumbers and either got voicemail or was politely informed i wouldnt be able to be seen today. Mike answered immediately and had someone to my home within 2 hours. He walked me through shutting off the main water line (we were misinformed about which valve was the primary in our crawl space). All that to say I am very pleased with the service, quality and responsiveness. Highly recommend and will be using again.
