Very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous company. Ask for Brian S. He immediately diagnosed and treated our problem. Although it was the end of the day, he thoroughly went through everything, and treated us like family. I highly recommend.

They came out within a short time to check the AC and heating units on a newly purchased home. Ernie arrived on time and answered my questions in addition to checking out the unit. He advised on maintenance to ensure our HVAC would be able to make our home comfortable.
We were very pleased with Keith V. and the service he providedin doing our Spring Check up. He was very polite, thorough andanswered all our questions. He explained service programs andrecommended we have our heat pump serviced again before heatingseason in the Fall. Will use Bryant again at that time.

Service was completed in a timely and professional manner. All electrical problems were addressed and fixed. Also used Bryant for HVAC installation and plan future plumbing service. I like the convenience of having all utility services with one company.
Big thanks for sending Jeremy to replace my pressure switch! He was so nice and professional and also helped me understand any future problems I might anticipate since my unit is 10 years old. I asked him several questions and he was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Bryant to my friends for sure!
Our A/C unit went out during a heatwave. We had a different company come out 3 times in a matter of 2 days and they could not find the problem. We called Bryant Air Conditioning and they had someone out there within 2 hours of us calling. They found the problem immediately and gave us two options for fixing it. We decided to put in a whole new air conditioning system. The next day they were installing our unit. It was an all-day job in the heat and not the easiest location to install, but they got it done. In less than 24hrs from the 1st call we made, we had a brand new A/C unit and it was cooling the house down. They were very quick with service and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Had a appointment they didn’t show up or call, when I called then they disconnected me, I called back.Man answered sounded like he was asleep. Said worker was running behind. Worker then called and asked if he should still come , I said I had a appointment. Then he said he couldn’t work on my heater in bad weather I said there is no bad weather. Then he said I can come and hose outside unit off, I said I can do that myself .That not what appointment was for, then asked what I wanted. I said to vacuum out furnace because the last guy that came from there company took cover and we looked in side it was clean ,it’s been a couple of years so I thought it should be cleaned now since I have pets. He said he didn’t do that. After that said it would be $242. I hung up.
After six years of use, my air-conditioning unit suddenly ceased functioning. Taking swift action, I contacted Bryant Heating and Cooling promptly in the morning upon their opening hours. Their response was immediate, dispatching a technician without delay. DeVon, a courteous and friendly professional, arrived to conduct a thorough diagnosis. The issue was identified as a malfunctioning blower, compounded by a blocked drainage system requiring clearing.Initially, I had anticipated a prolonged wait before a repair technician could be sent out. My concern, it turned out, was unfounded. Following my acceptance of the repair estimate, a representative from their office contacted me, astonishingly proposing a same-day afternoon repair schedule. This exceeded my expectations by far. Their commitment to ensuring my air-conditioner was operational at the earliest convenience truly impressed me.Without reservation, I wholeheartedly endorse their services. Bryant Heating and Cooling exhibited exceptional professionalism and reliability. They not only resolved my cooling dilemma, but they also exhibited genuine care for their customers' comfort. I was very pleased with the service provided by Bryant Heating & Cooling. We purchased a new Carrier heat pump in December of 2021. When I switched to the cool setting this past week as the temperature topped 80⁰, I realized that the house was not cooling down. I called Bryant and they sent a technician the same day. Robert found 2 problems with our system, fixed them and we were charged nothing as the system is still under warranty.Robert was extremely polite, thorough, and efficient. I plan to request him the next time I need help!

Please, please, please get other prices before you use Bryant. My 87 year old Mother needed an 2 ton air conditioner and Bryant was $4,000 higher than two other companys. Yes $4,000 dollars higher!We had a new unit installed by a competitor and saved Mom her much need money. Our warranty is the same as Bryant and the service was fabulous. I was shocked at the difference in the price. It's ridiculous.

Was very professional and timely. We woke up to no heat in the house. They scheduled an appt ASAP with no charge for the “emergency” timing. Technician as polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and how that would effect the system. Appreciate the care he took.

We had the pleasure of meeting a young man named Jason today. He came to our house for a service call. After he inspected our furnace he sat down with us, showed us pictures and explained in great detail our options. We could not have asked for a more professional and courteous person. Not happy with the service is insane how can this business is charging too much money just for turn on a brake from panel, that's crazy.
I feel robbed and never will recommend this business no anybody.
Bryant Heating and Air had to come out twice in two days. The first guy did not adequately assess the situation and solve the issue at hand. He was not informative and wouldn’t take his AirPod out of his ear when talking, which I found to be unprofessional.He did clean the furnace and saw there was a small issue, but did not stay to see if the heat came on. He was in and out in 30-45 mins.The second guy that came out was very professional, informative, took time to explain and was extremely thorough during the visit. Had it not been for the professionalism and responsiveness from the guy today, I would have reviewed lower. He got to the root of the situation and stayed until fixed

Very professional and arrived within time frame quoted. Very knowledgable technician. Diagnosed problem quickly and had part on truck for quick service. Maintained Covid-19 virus guidelines. Actual company answered when called instead of answering service. Would definately call Bryant again if need service in future.
They came out on short notice and diagnosed the issue with our heat pump. We needed really specific information to submit the issue to our warranty company and he worked with me to make sure I had everything. Really great experience so far.

In May this year our ac unit started making strange sounds, so I called Bryant HVAC . Matt came out and diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor. It was leaking fluid around the compressor. The unit was past its useful life. It was time for a new one. Matt called in and got two of the install technicians to bring out a new system that late afternoon and they installed it for us. Matt and the technicians did a fantastic job, very professional and pleasant to have do the work. I would recommend Bryant heating and air conditioning company for all of your repairs. This was a second visit, first visit did not fix the problem. On the 2nd visit technician was more thorough found problems and fix them. Also set up thermostat. Very professional and thorough. I would recommend Bryant.

Hands down one of the best companies I've ever worked with. Their prices are fair and the technicians I dealt with were of the highest caliber. If you're in the market for cooling and in the Frankfort area, definitely worth giving them a call.
Robert Gay was the Person that checked out my heating system.. He did an excellent job checking both the inside and outside units and the thermostat. He checked the filter, wiring and coils to ensure the unit would perform well this upcoming season. He even wore shoe covers to ensure he would not tract dirt into my home I was very pleased with his service. He arrived on time and was very nice and polite..

Bryant Heating and Cooling has serviced my furnace and air condition for about 15 years. They have always been prompt and the workmen are very courteous. I highly recommend them for you heating and cooling service.
I called my usual company over a week ago and they have yet to call me back, so I decided to look for someone else. I live outside of Lexington and its hard for me to find decent services. I found Bryant on a google search and called them on Sunday which was Valentines Day. Not only did they answer my call, but they had someone at my house by noon and diagnosed my problem in the first service call. They charged a more than fair price. They ordered my part and scheduled my repair the next day i was available. Robert came out and put the part in and explained the issue plainly and even showed me the best way to keep up with the maintenance on the unit for the best efficiency. I will use them from now on. They were amazing and I would recommend them highly. What great service!!!!
They are always really responsive to any issues and come quickly to fix the issue. Four stars because when they installed my new HVAC system their installers left some gaps that affected the efficacy of our new system and we had to have someone come back out and fix their mistake.

Jeremy C came out to do my Fall maintenance and was very polite and careful when moving his tools and equipment in and out of my house. He took the time to explain to me the results of his service tests and showed me how to change all of the filters throughout my house. He even installed a new programmable thermostat for me on the spot when I asked him if he could upgrade my old $15 one. Jeremy was on time showing up and worked quickly to get the job done. Robert G. showed up on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain step by step what he was checking, items he was looking for, and the condition of my furnace. I really appreciated his professionalism.I somewhat expected a furnace service to include more than just checking the condition. I feel the price was a little steep when it doesn't even include changing the furnace filter.
Called at 9:00 and they came out the next morning and got our air working. Very professional, prompt and very fair pricing. They will be our go to heating and air from now in.
Edited review.My old furnace was over 25 yrs old so there were a few hiccups with installing our new unit but overall, I am pleased with the furnace. Our electric bill is significantly lower...just like the technician said it would be. And the customer service has been top notch. Every time a tech came out, they were very polite and knowledgeable. When I called in with concerns, I always received a call back, and was met with understanding and compassion.

They were able to come same day, determined the issue. I wasn’t able to okay the repair immediately because I needed to speak with my husband. Once I was ready to proceed, I messaged the tech and he got the part ordered. A few hours later they called to schedule the repair for the next day.Both techs that came were very nice, on time, and respectful on my property. I had questions and they took the time to make sure I was understanding what was occurring.Glad to have my AC working again!

The HVAC technician contacted me and told me his estimated arrival time. He arrived promptly, and he carefully inspected the air conditioning and heating unit. The lighting in the master bathroom was hanging from the wall and was supported by the bathroom mirror. The electrician accurately identified the cause. He installed a special electrical box, and he secured the lamp to the wall. My husband and I are new customers, and we will definitely use Bryant Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric again.

Brandon performed a leak test on my system, actually found the leak, and then put the plans in motion to get the part ordered. He was the lucky tech to come back out and repair the leak he found by installing a new coiling part. He was friendly and professional while working in these frigid temps.
We have been very happy with our experience with this company except that we felt we had a bad experience with one employee. We called customer service about our concern and the issue was remedied in a timely manner. So far we are happy with our new equipment. Hoping to also have more economical utility bills now!

I Called Bryant Heating and Cooling as I had a few questions and wanted them to do a winter check up on our system. Nick came out, he was on time, very pleasant to talk to and he was extremely knowledgeable about our heating and air system. He is an asset to this company! My air conditioner wasn’t cooling my house at all so I called Bryant’s . They came right out to check my unit. They explained that my unit was out dated and I couldn’t use the old type coolant so I had to get a new unit. We talked about sizes for my size house. I went with a little bigger unit then I had, sure made a difference cooling my house. Both guys were very professional and explained the hole process. Plus I got a new furnace cause it was old and wore out too. They even took a couple of minutes to help me fish a little girls skateboard out of the street drain. Happy girl. Thanks

Was in a pinch and needed them to install a new HVAC system on one of the coldest days of the winter season. Their team quickly arrived at our house and installed our new unit. The team of guys, led by Josh, were dedicated and committed to getting it installed that evening. They stayed until 11:00pm (upon my agreement) and got everything installed. I couldn't be more thankful for Bryant and their team for expediting the install and making such a uncertain time as painless as possible.
The gentleman were very friendly and efficient. They got the unit put in a very timely manner. Very professional. No surprises. They also were so nice as to clean up after themselves. I was very pleased and satisfied with the job these two gentleman did. Honestly cant say that about most service techs. Thank you Raymond!!

I just now had the honor of meeting Matt - who was super nice and bless his heart, worked in the rain to check out our unit. We are so very appreciative!!! The service fee was appropriate and more than anything, Matt was a really cool and nice guy!!! Thank you all for coming out!!!The review I originally left, was right after the appt we had for someone to come out and look at our unit. We were told that it was gonna cost us 8-9 thousand to get it fixed with Bryant. After second opinion from another place, we only paid $275 to have it fixed and was actually told the complete opposite diagnosis of what Bryant had told me that day. After more thorough review of what Matt done that day, thru our security cameras, it was pretty disappointing to see that I paid $60.00 for him to just sit out there and do absolutely nothing. I won't go into further details as to what all we seen on that camera, as I'll be nice and try and save Bryants alil dignity, but to rip a woman for $60.00 and be told I'd need to pay that much for it to be fixed and then find out that Matt actually didn't even look into our HVAC system outside, is pretty shameful. I've been trying to get this refunded, as my husband was told by a manager it would be, I'm now going over alil over a month and have yet to see that Happen... If it's not resolved soon, everyone will actually get to see what truly happened when the news stations report it on the television. Cmon, Bryants, yall need to Make this right. Ps- after all this had happened, and I'd told friends, come to find out, this is pretty normal for them.... I'll keep yall updated if I ever get that refund, but don't hold your breath.UPDATE : I did get my full refund. Thank you Bryant for making this right.

Byrant’s Heating & Air are number 1 in my book. I would give them 10 out of 10. My service man, Justin is the best. He was so patient with me, because my husband always handled these matters, but he passed away. He explained everything to me that I needed. I wished everyone was like him in this world. I would go back to Bryant’s tomorrow, if I needed anything. They are the “Best”!!!
We have always used Bryant for our yearly maintenance needs. This year we have had an unlucky bout with our HVAC system and have needed to make a couple service calls. On the first we installed a Nest thermostat incorrectly and thankfully they were there quickly on a cold morning to adjust our settings and keep us warm. Upon turning on our AC system last week and it not cooling, we contacted them and they were quick and efficient in finding the issue and ordering the part for it. I have called them late in the evening, and early on a Saturday morning and they are always there. Zach is our usual tech and he has not only resolved our issues but also educated us on how to keep our home warmer/cooler while he was here as well. I also want to brag on their customer service representative Nicole! She has been a huge help and explained ways to help save us money in the long run. She followed up very efficiently and took the time to listen to my concerns and resolve them and has been critical in making our repairs a smooth process! Very thankful for all their help!
After suffering through a day with little AC, I finally called Bryant‘s heating and air ! The service tech Brian was amazing and fixed my A/C in A few minutes :) The fix was not expensive and now my AC is working perfectly ! I recommend Bryants for all of your AC and heating needs ! Spencer was absolutely amazing to work with, one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and very professional.
I contacted Byant recently to diagnose and repair an AC unit that they installed in my house in 2010. The technician was professional and friendly and did his best to explain technical concepts regarding an internal valve issue in the system. Since the unit was out of warranty, it will require expensive repairs and the tech did his best to break the news gently, though I was prepared for the possibility for costly repairs.They maintain a long term maintenance record for the HVAC unit in the house and the customer service rep correctly identified the type and configuration of our current system based on the records from the furnace replacement in January of this year. Since the part required to repair the unit isn't immediately available it hasn't yet been completed, but the experience both from the furnace replacement earlier this year and the visit by the technician recently have been positive. Since the furnace replacement the system has worked well, and has already improved the energy efficiency over the performance of the system from last year.I fully expect them to contact me once the part arrives and for the repair to be successful once they return to install it. My overall impression of Bryant HVAC may change if that experience doesn't go as expected, but I do have confidence that their team can handle this repair professionally and successfully - and that they will make it right if it doesn't go as expected.

Bryant HVAC replaced my entire unit a few years ago and has continued to do cleaning and safety inspections on it twice a year since. Everyone who comes to my house is very courteous and lets me know everything they did, including changing all the filters, to make sure that my HVAC continues to run as flawlessly as it did when they first installed it. I highly recommend this company for any repair or new installs.
Thankful that Bryant's always comes to my rescue when I have issues. This particular experience I thought I had a plumbing issue but turns out it was HVAC. The tech called and set up an appointment that same day. Thanks!
Tech (Brent) called me from Lexington to tell me he was leaving his shop and would arrive in about 45 min. He was on time. We talked for a bit and he told me he had called the tech from yesterday, we discussed it and he got right to work. He went under the house and then came out and got his tools and supplies. Everything went as discussed and after testing the water line, I paid him. Job well done!!!!

In the fall, my Heat Pump unit was no longer cooling, so my wife and I looked up reputable HVAC companies and found Bryant through the good reviews. Please DO NOT make the same mistake we did and go with Bryant.The technician from Bryant came out and did some troubleshooting and found that the refrigerant was low in the system. He said he could fill it up for $200/lb (old R-22 refrigerant) or do his recommendation, which was to get a new complete unit. I asked him to give me an estimate on how much refrigerant I needed, and he said he couldn't go off the pressures to give a good estimate but it's very low and a full fill up would be 5lbs ($1,000).The technician recommended getting a new unit rather than filling the refrigerant up every year. The technician called and got a quote for a total install of a new heat pump system (without ductwork install). The quote was $10,177 for a lower-line Carrier unit. Being a first time home-owner, I knew heat pumps were expensive, but I thought this was very high. But, I thought Bryant was a reputable company and they wouldn't try to overcharge me. I had the technician place the order and they got started immediately. The technician stated this would come with a fully programmable thermostat where I could set times to turn on/off. This was not installed, they installed a new regular thermostat. After further research, a total heat pump install should not be anywhere NEAR $10,000 even with full ductwork install.After the install happened and being sick to my stomach for paying so much, we were receiving ridiculously high electric bills. In the colder months, we had $500, $700, $400, $300 bills (usually around $150). I was reluctant to call Bryant because it was a brand new unit. I finally called and they had a technician come out. He checked our unit and he said on initial install, they never fully charged the unit, so there was not nearly the amount of heating/cooling capacity. The technician charged the unit and I called Bryant Customer Service. They were understanding of the high electric bills and agreed to pay for $1,000 for their mistake. I asked for $1,100 but accepted $1,000.I finally assumed all of the HVAC problems were over, but the city of Lexington requires an inspector to come look at the install after a unit is installed. The inspector came and found the air handling unit that attached to the ducting was completely open, so all my hot/cold air was going straight to the attic, rather than coming into the house.I called Bryant to have them come fix it, but they said for failed inspections, the latest they could come out was a week later (I assume because they knew there was no money to be made). I went up with duct tape and fixed it up until they came.A week later Bryant came and inspected/fixed the rest of the faulty install on the air handling ducting. The inspector also pointed out that on the copper line install going through the soffit into attic, they left a pretty good sized hole allowing animals to crawl up into the attic. The technician said they were too busy to fix it that day, and they would get a contractor to come fix it. A week later, I'm still waiting for them to come fix this.I have paid over $10,000 for a new unit, left work over 5 times for them to fix all installation errors, and now 6 months after the install, it's still not complete per inspection.There are plenty of HVAC Service companies around Lexington. Please do not choose Bryant HVAC. Based on my situation, you will get pushed for a new unit, overpay, get lied to about products you'll receive, get a terrible install, and be put on the back of the list for fixes.

Appointment to get an AC checkup due to the weather being so hot, I didn't want any surprises. Justin arrived on time, worked in crawl space then check system outside. Gave me advice on the electrical box that should be attached to my house and an estimate if I wanted to get it fixed. Very respectful of my time and home. Couldn't ask for more.

Yet another update - they figured out what the furnace issue was - major overhaul - got it all done (under warantee) and then even called back to make sure we were satisfied. Even noticed that our hot water heater was leaking a little which I had not noticed yet. In the end - this was a great experience.Originally 5 star but clearly posted too early...Updated..... Heat worked last night for about 3.5 hours and then out again. Called last night and while the customer service rep was very apologetic - was told that we would be the first call this am. It is now 10:30 - called and yes - we were still supposed to be the first call this morning but come on - seriously?Original 5 star - ........Heat out this morning. Bryant came to my home to do a routine maintenance check and cleaning of my system. They showed up when they said they would and were extremely friendly. They found a few issues that if left unresolved could have turned into much bigger, more expensive issues. I appreciate their thoroughness. The flat rate pricing is also transparent and convenient. I feel that an AC repair is like an automotive business , not a very trustworthy thing. I tried to look at the reviews in google for my AC repair with several companies and finally decided to go with Bryant & Heating! Honesty, I had issues with them as they did not do proper diagnosis at first so, they had to make extra trip to fix the issue. I called Bryant Heating and cooling to take advantage of their summer A/C check and clean special they advertise for $64.95. My A/C has been slowly getting worse over the years so this was my attempt to hopefully get a quick and cheap repair. The technician showed up promptly as scheduled. A thorough check of my system was accomplished in a quick thorough manner by Brian S., the technician that was sent to my appointment. Brian showed me numerous issues and explained all the possibilities for a proper repair or replacement. With the problems found and the EPA Freon changes due to change in 2020 we decided to go with a new install. Brian went through all of the financing options available to me and within 30 min everything was approved. I was then told that they could install it the same day but decided I would wait for the next morning so it would be cooler for the crew. They showed up promptly as scheduled this morning and are hard at work with the install. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Bryant Heating and Cooling due to their reputation and prompt service. I highly recommend them to anyone with heating and cooling needs.
I called Bryants Heating and Cooling for a service call in November 2018. The man came, sat suspiciously silently with my furnace for about 30 minutes and then came down and said my powerboard was dead, that it was a rare one and would take a week to get in and cost $975.00. He advised me that my furnace was old, that whatever shorted out my old powerboard would do the same to my new powerboard and that I needed to get a new furnace for $4200.00. He very strongly urged me to finance it. I asked him point blank if he was taught to say those things to push a furnace sale and he assured me that he was looking out for me like I was his sister or mother. He was very persuasive. I resisted. He told me that if I didnt like their price to feel free to call and offer a lower price. I told him I would think about it and he left. I called a friend who used to do HVAC and he told me that their estimate for a new furnace was twice what he would expect and that didn't sound right. He also advised me that the things that the guy had told me were the very lines that he was pushed by his old company to use to make sales. He added that he had left that company because he felt they were unethical crooks and he didnt feel comfortable working for them. I had not told him who had given me the estimate, and asked who he had worked for, he said Bryant.SO I called another Heating and Cooling service supplier and he came this morning. He was up there banging around for about 30 minutes and came down and said that I needed a new power board and he was going to run out to his truck to get one. I asked if they were rare and hard to get; he laughed and said not at all, that it was std, easy to get and he always carried a few with him. I asked him how much and he said about $100. He went to his van, got the board and exchanged it out in about 10 minutes. I now have heat! I asked him if he thought I was in good shape now and he said yes, that he had thoroughly checked my furnace and everything else appeared to be working well. THEN I told him about my first estimate. Before I could identify the company, he held up his hand, stopped me and said, Let me guess, it was Bryant? I confirmed it and he nodded, he said we hear stories like that all the time about them, I don't know how they stay in business. He told me how they had charged a man he knew $1400 for a part that he normally charged less than $300 for... I am just livid right now at the thought that they almost pushed me into financing and answered my direct questions with outright lies.
The technician arrived within the scheduled timeframe, was courteous, friendly, efficient, considerate. Made helpful suggestion re: trimming nearby shrub by the AC unit. No complaints.

After a 15 hour power outage I had problems with my thermostat. I called Bryant and there was a technician at my house within 2 hours. I appreciate the timely response to get things working for me again.
Our AC was not kicking out cool air. We are first time home owners and this was our first time calling Bryant. Devon was very knowledgeable about the AC. He discovered that our issue was actually electrical. He also provided some other valuable tips for our home.

Ernie came out when he said he would and worked diligently to attempt to solve our issue. He wasn't able to during visit but has ordered part and explained issue to us. I checked pricing and they have given me a fair and honest price. Very pleased.UPDATE 1: Part came in early and they came out ASAP the next day. Unfortunately there was more to the problem than meets the eye. Robert was great and diagnosed the issue. He gave us all of our options. He didn't try to sale us on any one option. He was honest and presented facts. We decided to proceed with replacing the AC. It was close to end of life and was going to become more of a maintenance nightmare than it was worth. Robert sold us a great unit at a good price that we feel at ease with.UPDATE 2: Brian B and Eric S came out SAME DAY as we bought our new unit. Hooked up our unit quickly and efficiently. Explained everything each step of the way. Walked me through the features my new thermostat. Most importantly they hauled off the old unit and cleaned up nicely. All that remained of their work was a pretty new unit and a happy cool household.

When our heater went out in the middle of the night I was able to call at 4am to schedule a 10am service call. Over the course of the day they got 4 different people out to make sure we got everything we needed taken care of. The people who installed our new furnace stayed out until about 11 at night in the crawlspace to get the job done so we wouldn’t be cold, even though they could have easily justified finishing the job another day. Reliable, good pricing, and really good caring techs at this place. Highly recommend!
Had entire hvac replaced 4/8/22 due to old one being 25 years old with computer board failing. Install team were good hard working guys that did a great job. One small issue and service guy was nice professional and knowledgeable. I keep an eye out for anything that I might not like and honestly have nothing bad to report. Every step of the process from making the call, diagnosis and repair of the issue was customer service oriented, efficient and thorough. Devon did the installation of a blower motor and checked all systems; inside and out as well as vent intake and output before he considered the job complete. Very happy with everything.
I received a timely replacement of 2 heat pump systems. Install crew kept me apprised of work being completed and walked me through operation after completion. Took less than an hour for house to return to 72 degrees after reaching 76 while systems were off. Looking forward to many years of carefree and comfortable HVAC usage.
Called for a check and clean service for my furnace after receiving a coupon in the mail. Tech made it out precisely at the appointment time. Looked over everything and gave me a few suggestions on how to properly maintain my system. He was very nice, though he never called me back for additional components I was looking to have installed on my system (i.e ventilator/humidifier). Only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars.

Got a check up on my AC unit I bought last year. Noticed it seemed like it was working extra hard and had some ice built up on it at times. I know next to nothing about HVAC maintenance but the tech they sent could not have been more helpful in both explaining what exactly was wrong and how he would go about getting it fixed. Very impressed with his service.
I requested Bryant to perform their spring check and cleaning of my 12+ year old heat pump and the technician showed up on schedule (Friday) to check the unit out. He discovered multiple small issue and a two significant ones. (these were not unexpected) He had taken pictures of all of the issues and took me out to show me the specific problems. A shrader (?) valve was leaking causing low Freon and there was an electrical/breaker problem that needed to be repaired costing an estimated $500-$600, The unit was old and required R22 Freon which the government is not allowing to be manufactured because of environmental issues, so it costs $100 pound to recharge the system.After reviewing all of the possible issues and costs and doing some research, I decided to purchase a new heat pump and air handler system.They returned on Monday morning as promised with a complete new system and had it installed before 5:00pm. They did an excellent job of cleaning up to leave the area as they had found it.We have been using it as a heat source and also as a cooling source since May 2nd and are complete satisfied with the unit, the service performed and the warranties provide for the hardware and labor.I have no problem in giving Bryant a 5 star rating.

I used Bryant last year when the unit was not blowing cold air. A very professional young man came out and within minutes he told me it needed a new capacitor. He said he could tell from the way it sounded. He also added that overall the system seemed to be in good shape. He replaced the capacitor and within minutes it was back up and running cold again. A couple nights ago the same thing. All of a sudden it was not blowing cold air. Since my experience in 2014 was so great I didn't hesitate to call them again. I got an appt with Bryant for that afternoon but within the hour they called back and said they had overbooked and would not be able to come til the next day but would keep me in mind if they had a cancellation. I called another company but before their technician called me, Bryant called to say they had a cancellation and could come out that afternoon. The tech arrived a few hours later. He took just a few mins outside and came back and said my compressor wasn't working and I would need it replaced. He also said the fan was bad. He quoted around $2100 but then said with the fan and then adding in the refrigerant it would be around $3100. He then went on to say that I really just needed to go with a whole new system because that would only buy me maybe 6 months and so would be wasting my money. Guess how much the quote was a for a whole new system?? $9000! And this is for a house that is not even 1000 square feet. I immediately felt uneasy. I asked him if there were any other options and he said no. I told him I needed to write all this down, which I did. I then told him I would pay his $60 service charge but that was it. I had every intention of calling someone else because I felt I was getting ripped off. Suddenly, he says, well I can try to repair the compressor. And I'm thinking, isn't that what I asked you to come out here for? I even told them when I called I thought it was the capacitor again. So, anyway, he goes out and replaces the capacitor and then I see him go start his truck. He comes back and says now this is just a quick fix but if it goes out again it won't be a quick fix. That's all I asked them to do, is fix it. Once the capacitor was replaced it was fixed. $286 was the bill, just like last year.I cannot believe this reputable company has people like this working for them. He was clearly trying to rip me off big time.The techs name was William and trust me, if he comes to your house, he is trying to rip you off. Oh, did I mention that he also stated he had already been electrocuted once that day??If anyone at Bryant cares, please look into this technician. If you care about your customers you will get rid of him immediately. If I could give them 0 stars I would and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid them at all costs. Such a shame because the young man they sent last year was a true professional. William is the total opposite. Horrible experience in every way.

Three years ago, Bryant Heating and Cooling installed a new heat pump in our home - it has been fantastic.Today, they came out and did an inspection and clean-up. They found the outside unit had settled a little and was making some noise. The technician got right to work and leveled it and worked some magic with a noisy copper tube inside the system as well.We couldn't be more happy with the service and with the product. Thank you all so very much!! I'd highly recommend these folks to ANYONE who needs heat or air work or replacement in their home. They are prompt, courteous, professional, friendly, and very, very good at what they do.

Unfortunately my elderly mother did not pursue other bids for a furnace and got hoodwinked into paying at least $2000 more than what other companies would have charged. I later obtained 3 other quotes to substantiate my suspicions were correct in getting the exact same furnace for a whole lot less. Bryant did not want to acknowledge the obvious and work it out. A thorough investigation by the Ky Attorney General's Office back in 2015 reveals all you need to know about Bryant. I wish I had known this beforehand.

Had Wm. as service technician on Thursday evening. He was very nice. He said there were no issues everything looked good. However after following his suggestions of cleaning the vent cover and putting in a new filter, house was still HOT after a couple of days. Saturday evening called again for service to cool the house. I am waiting for that technician.Wm. returned in time frame given. Part on fan had gone bad. I was pleased that he had the part and fixed the issue that day. Thank you.

Brian S. exceeded our expectations. He called prior to coming to our house and showed up on time. He was cordial and thoroughly checked out our dual heating system. Everything was in great shape, and he went over everything he found. At some point, we will need to replace a capacitor and possibly a sensor, but he said they're well within tolerance levels. We'll definitely use Bryant again, and we'd recommend them to anyone. Great job, folks! :-)

I called Bryant’s about 9pm and someone was at my house a little after 9am to look everything over. I got a text when they were on their way. My technician was very pleasant and explained several things to me // educated me while he was looking over the system so I could be more prepared in the future. Will definitely give them a call if/when I need service again!

From beginning to end the experience was pleasant. Calling to ask questions and book an appointment after normal business hours was great. I spoke with pleasant people on the phone each time I had to contact the company. They servicemen were on time and professional. Did the proper service checks and when it was determined that I needed either an expensive part or a new furnace/ac heat pump system for my downstairs, I was pleased to NOT be met with someone who was pushing me toward the more expensive route. I was allowed to make that choice on my own without any shady tactics which seems rare in today's times. The sales person stayed in contact with me well into evening hours as I secured financing for my replacement unit. The new unit was installed the following day, as the weather dipped into the 20s. I am happy with the service from Bryant. Will definitely use again.

My air conditioner went out on a Saturday in 90 degree heat. I called them at noon and Bryant was there that afternoon and fixed problem asap. By the evening my house was cool agian. I have used them over the years for preventative maintenance and they do a wonderful job. I highly recommend them for HVAC issues.
Robert's testing of the A/C system was exhaustive and his diagnosis of the problem was clear to me.Brent's work to replace our compressor was impressive and thorough.I am grateful to these two workmen and to Bryant's for addressing our problem in one day from scheduling an appointment to the completion of the work.

After an initial hiccup coming to my home on the scheduled day, I was very pleased with Bryant’s response to my concerns. They made things more than right and am very pleased with them. I certainly plan to use them in the future.
We called and within an hour Justin was out to diagnose the issue. It was too late in the day to repair right then, but they arrived the next morning 10 minutes early and had us fixed up within 5 hours. The payment plans help tremendously as well. I would recommend to anyone!!

Called for winter check. When Mr. King came out we had a couple of issues we had noticed with our current system and wanted him to be aware of before he went into the crawl space. When he returned he had our answers. The problem was not an immediate one but we would also not have any warning when it became dangerous. He in no way pressured us, we pressured him to install a new system. He gave us four or five options and was very knowledgeable about each. Brian B. and JD were there to install our new system within two hours. We could not have had a better experience. All three were very courteous, pleasant, and knowledgeable.
The service was exceptional and they were extremely quick to come out and get the job done for me. The absolute only thing that I was not happy about was they were crazy expensive. They would have easily gotten a full five stars if their pricing had been more reasonable. I'd like to acknowledge that the service technician that they sent out was fantastic.

Brandon was the tech today who performed the yearly maintenance on my AC unit and gas furnace. He was very pleasant and professional. Brandon took the time to answer my questions about the filter and duct work and was courteous and knowledgeable. Overall a great company to do business with.
He was quick and very informative. He talked to me about the age of my unit because the type of free on it uses is being discontinued and told me it runs amazing for it's age. Told me how to change the filter and when. He was kind and honest and put my worries about my unit at ease.

I called Bryant for a second opinion after receiving a $1,100 quote from another company. They came out FOR FREE and conducted a second opinion inspection, and the repair recommendation drastically reduced to $260. The other guys were trying to recommend unnecessary items and missed the overall issue altogether. Thankfully, Bryant didn’t follow their lead and Brandon was a very honest, respectful technician. He earned Bryant a lifetime customer after this visit.

I called Bryant just before 8:00am on a Sunday (on Father’s Day) and they were able to come out within about an hour. Ernie was fantastic! He was patient while I got the dogs to quiet down, explained and showed me what the issues were with my unit, and was able to get everything working again in no time. There was one part he didn’t have with him on the first visit and he was able to stop back later that afternoon with that part and put the finishing touches on. Wonderful service. The electrician, Bryce, was very knowledgeable and experienced. We were able to get an appointment quickly, he showed up on time and even provided updates when he was on the way. I really appreciated the open communication as recently I have been in similar situations where the person I attempted to hire never showed up or even so much as texted they were not longer interested in the job. He explained the issue, provided a quote, and repaired the problem in under an hour. I will be calling in the future for any electrical, HVAC or plumbing issues that arise. After a couple of bad experiences with HVAC companies, I was incredibly pleased with the service and professionalism provide to me by Bryant Heating and Cooling. Jeremy Coleman phoned ahead of time, showed up when he said he would and took the time to ask what was going on with my systems. Although this was routine maintenance, he was new to my home and gathered information from me that would assist him in his job. I immediately felt comfortable with him and knew he was someone I could trust. I thought the price was extremely fair for maintenance of two units and the service was fantastic. I will use them again in the Spring and at that point, probably sign up for a yearly program to gain other benefits.

James Sturgill is the best maintenance person that I have ever had service my HVAC. He was prompt, having called and said he would arrive in 30 minutes. Despite a heavy blowing rain, he arrived on time. James was very professional and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my system. He discovered a problem with the wiring of the heating kit that had occurred in the initial installation. He proceeded to correct the issue and went the extra mile to make sure my system was properly inspected before he left the premises.James was very courteous, personable, and patient. He answered my all of my questions and inquiries. Bryant Heating and Cooling is fortunate to have James as a technician on their team and any homeowner would be fortunate to have him service their HVAC.

Had an issue with the AC drip pan leaking. Called Bryant and a technician, Ernie J, arrived that same day. Ernie sorted out the issue quickly and was very friendly and professional, providing information on prevention of the issue in the future in addition to the fix. Pricing was very reasonable.
Scheduling online was super easy. Our AC went out on a Saturday night. We got on the website right then and scheduled an appointment. They were out to our home fast and immediately diagnosed and solved our problem. The repair tech was friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again.

My heat pump was needing a seasonal inspection, so I called BHC. They came when they said they would, and we were greeted by a very friendly and courteous technician who thoroughly checked the heat pump as well as the electric furnace/air handler. Thankfully, we received a clean bill of health and an itemized bill for a very reasonable amount. We were very pleased with BHC and will not hesitate to call them for or next checkup.
I called last night, and they were able to arrive within 2 hours. Excellent service in a timely manner. Knowledgeable and friendly!

Helpful customer service and scheduling folks, who kept me informed. No only helping club members today like the big guy in town. Highly professional technicians- they diagnosed my problem, gave me options, and offered financing assistance as well. Complete system replacement accomplished in timely and orderly fashion, and left premises as neat as they found it. Follow up has been very good. I highly recommend them.
I called Bryant about an issue without my outdoor AC condenser at 1pm. They were able to come that same day. Jason C. gave a courtesy call before he arrived. He explained some of the issues that may be causing the problem. He was very knowledgeable and polite as he came into my home and did a thorough inspection of the indoor unit as well. He took pictures of all of his tests and observations to document for me. He then explained the various repair issues I would need to be aware of in the future. He also explained multiple options for dealing with the problem as well as the offer of financing from Bryant. I will definitely consider Bryant for my HVAC needs in the future.
Technician came out this morning and allegedly serviced my AC. Said everything looked fine, set my thermostat for me and went on his way. It’s now 8:30pm. It is 80 degrees in my house. The AC is not coming on. I called their “24/7” service line. WHAT A JOKE. They will NOT send somebody out except during normal business hours. I will be calling a reputable Hvac service tomorrow and they will come take care of it right the first time. Something Bryant is clearly incapable of. I guess this is why they advertise on TV every 15 minutes. They cannot possible have many repeat customers with this horrible service. So, they have to keep buying new customers using TV commercials filled with lies. If you want it done right the first time, DO NOT CALL BRYANT!!!!!
Our Bryant Tech person not only did the maintenance and cleaning on our AC unit, he was able to replace a drainage hose that the chipmunks had chewed -- and fixed everything on that single visit, which I appreciate! It's great to have everything running great. Thanks!
I have used Bryant for several years now on my HVAC system. Recently I have taken advantage of their plumbing and electrical services. Most recently I had an issue with my outside outlets. Called on Sunday afternoon, scheduled an appointment for Monday and 2 hours later issue was fixed. Great service techs and super easy to schedule.
Last Tuesday our air conditioning had gone out through the night. I called at 7:30 am was promised someone would be at our home between 9 to 12n to assess the problem. At 9am sharp, Jason W. was here and examined our 26 yr old air conditioner. We decided to go ahead and replace the unit, because we had Bryant replace it's 26 yr old furnace counterpart in early Dec, 2015. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of what was needed for our home and scheduled the installation of the new unit. By 11am Brian S and James came to our home and started changing out our old unit for a new unit. They were very efficient and worked very hard unit all the work was done even leaving everything clean, tidy and cool. Bryant is a great company because of good products and great employees like Jason W.,Brian S and James. Thank you for such great service.

After spending 3 days in the hospital, my 85-year old father-in-law returned home on oxygen on April 22. On April 23 a Bryant representative arrived to do a planned annual inspection. By lunch time, a crew had arrived to replace a 10-year old system that had NOT been malfunctioning, because the rep convinced my father-in-law that it was necessary and would help his breathing. It's a 1200 square foot house--the cost was $9,400 to replace heating and ac units that were working fine! REPREHENSIBLE!The hasty installation only heightened the family's suspicion about the need for the replacement of both units. We highly doubt it was needed because there had been no problem with either unit.I personally made a phone call to the company office that afternoon and asked to speak to one of the managers. I was given a customer service rep who informed me she could not discuss the incident with anyone other then the homeowner.We consider what they did at the very least unethical! Our family will NEVER use Bryant again; and will NEVER recommend it to anyone!Complaint filed with BBB. No resolution was reached! BEWARE!

I just moved into my new home and had Bryant come out and do an inspection on my furnace and AC. However, I originally called because I wanted my smart thermostat installed since I’m not comfortable doing it myself.Well, they wait till they are in my home to tell me they only install thermostats that you purchase from them. The receptionist I spoke with to schedule the appt said they could install it as long as it wasn’t a Nest and conveniently left that part out.So yeah, thanks for letting me know that ahead of time. I probably wouldn’t have requested your services had I known. But I’ll let you know ahead of time that I won’t be using a heating/cooling company that can’t install a thermostat again.Update:I come home and check my cameras only to find out they were in and out in 30 minutes and charged me $130 ($65 per furnace…..I’ll admit as a clueless first time home owner I had no clue I even had two furnaces). But, again, that part was not mentioned. So I’m out $130 for some guy to stop by and tell me my furnaces are old but are working. Thanks Bryant Heating and Cooling.

Our call was answer very quickly after hours on a Friday night. They were able to send someone over the next morning. Our issue was resolved quickly and the technician gave us helpful advice to help prevent the problem in the future.
DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! I called to have someone look at my upstairs AC Unit to see what the issue was. They told me the whole unit wasn't working and would need to be replaced quoting me $9500!! This didn't sound right or like a fair price so I called to get a second opinion. Turns out it was the motor blower and a quick $500 fix out the door. I have never seen a company try to take advantage of people like this and apparently it happens all the time. I will never ever recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling to anyone. They are simply out to sell new AC units, not to be an honest business. Save yourself the time and money and stay far away from these people. Disgusting.

I had a spring cleaning, check, and safety inspection of my home air conditioner. Brandon Wright was the service man that came out and he was so thorough, efficient, and knowledgable. Though they gave me a 2-3 hour arrival window, my technician arrived right at the beginning (having called ahead as well) and diagnosed and fixed the problem within about 30 mins, as well as explaining how to prevent the issue in the future.

Ryan and Jaice came out Monday 11/28, and prepped everything for the panel replacement and swim spa connection. Tuesday, 11/29, service was disconnected so they could safely do everything they needed to. That afternoon the inspector came by approved and service was turned back on. Ryan and Jaice continued to work till late afternoon. Wednesday, 11/30, Ryan returned by himself to complete everything. He cleaned up everything and picked up. He was extremely professional and answered any questions we had. He went above and beyond our expectations.
Brian S. came out in early Fall 2017 to find out why our air conditioning stopped working. He was extremely polite and professional and diagnosed the issue with our capacitor quickly. Robert was an awesome technician. Very professional and polite. Walked me through the whole process of what he was doing. Will call and ask for him everytime now.
The AC stopped working in the hottest weather of the year. I called Bryant in the morning, and they had it fixed by noon. I’ve also called them for issues in the past, and they have always been prompt, courteous and trustworthy. I really appreciate Bryant, and I will continue to use them.
Ryan was professional, prompt, and made sure to explain the services he was providing in a way that was easy to understand. We were thrilled to have such a quick turnaround time to get a quote and then able to have the work completed in the same day.
Service tech arrived within the scheduled time slot. Listened to customer reported symptoms. Performed diagnostics to determine cause of failure. Around 2:00 on Thursday morning I noticed our AC unit was making a loud buzzing noise and warm air was coming from the vents. I called Bryant Heating and Cooling early that morning and they set us up to have Zach come out as soon as possible. He called and was at the house within half a hour. He informed us that our unit was 24 years old and suggested we put in a new unit. he did everything possible to get us a new unit. He spoke with his manager. He helped us apply for financing and even helped us set up a second financing to pay for the remainder. He had the crew on their way with the new unit and they had it installed and A.C. back into our house before 5 that day. They were friendly, very helpful in getting us a new unit and answered any and every question we had. I appreciate how the explained everything to us as they went along. Dustin was the gentleman who came to clean and service my HVAC. He was pleasant, on time and explained things very well. I’ve used this service before and will continue to do so. Bryant came out to my house same day I called we discussed the options for repair or replacement — I decided to replace the unit and they took care of it on the same day. The install crew took the time to walk me through their work at my request with no complaints. I just wish a/c units and install didn’t cost so much, but that’s not their fault.
Jeremy was a very accommodating and cordial service person. He knew his field quite well as he did an installation of a new thermostat. It was not an easy job, requiring the use of small spaces and rewiring. He solved a problem for us we have had since the house was built. Thank you, Jeremy.
AC quit working, Called Bryant to do a service call, had repairman Robert Gay at my home 25 minutes after contacting Bryant. Robert was very efficient and knowledgeable about the system. Robert located the problem (bad capacitor) he replaced it and had my unit running within 20 minutes. If I have another AC problem I'll call Robert directly.
I needed a home EV charger installed. Bryant's took care of it quickly with one call and no fuss. Charger working great.

We had three outlets in our living room that suddenly stopped working. We had tried everything and as a new home owner were nervous to call an electrician in fear that they would over charge. I had a problem with a leak with the cooling system in my home. I called Bryant on a Saturday morning, and soon after Josh D. came by to check things out. He looked at the system and told me my options. After I decided what I wanted to do, he was quick to get a team, Alex and Tim, on it that same day. They worked for 3-4 hours, including in a hot attic, and had the ac working beautifully by evening. Thanks very much Josh, and also Alex and Tim, for your expertise, hard work, and friendly manner in getting this fixed.

Our outside unit was coming on and going off due to a leak. After Bryant sent someone out to look at it and of course a part needed to be order. On Wednesday Jd was here with the part and fixed it. Excellent work! We called on the 4th of July weekend and they showed up that day to repair our A/C.
We had an issue with a clogged line on our unit causing water to collect in the bottom of it. Our tech was polite and knowledgeable, he was able to resolve our issue quickly. We would recommend this business and will use again.
Bryant responded immediately and gave me a thorough and honest assessment. It turned out I needed a new furnace considering mine was 20+ years old. I was shockingly impressed by how quickly they were able to install, how well they communicated, and their overall professionalism. Bryant is a company you can depend on and trust in moments like this.

The service that we received from Bryant Heating and Cooling was superb the response time was minimal and we were met by William who clearly explained all of our options and assisted us in making the final decision but never pressured us in any way. We did opt to replace our unit and the next morning we were called and told the installers were on their way. Do not use them. Called to see how much it would cost to have a fuse replaced on our heating unit, was told it would be $60 to diagnose the issue. I also asked what the hourly rate would be to replace, why not save a trip to lowes, and they were unable to answer. The service tech called on his way saying it would probably be a motherboard with could cost $1000. At this point I already decided I would decline any repairs, obviously I would get ripped off. Once at my house the technician made the repair without any approval. He then stated it would be $250 FOR CHANGING A FUSE. But thankfully he felt bad and said that for the same price I could just get a gold membership, lucky me! Once I called and explained on the phone to the representative what happened she simply said she would share the complaint but couldn't do anything about it. What a bunch of sleazy con artists you have.This is now the beginning of day 3 waiting for someone from management to contact me. Still have not received a call.

We couldn’t be more excited to receive service from Bryant to replace our AC units. They came out the day after we called to check the problem, had the new system ordered and replaced all in the same day. They worked until 8 to make sure all was done correctly. Fantastic service! Working with Jeremy C made it so easy!
I have a Rheem unit, that was installed with my house when it was built (1996). The fan locked up, so I contacted Bryant Heating and Cooling. Once they arrived, they told me they most likely couldn’t get that motor, and I would have to replace the entire unit for around $6,500.00. If they were able to find the motor, it would cost $1,100.00. Luckily another company came today, and swapped the motor out with a brand new motor they had on their truck for $300.00, and my system is running just fine. Don’t get me wrong, I know I am lucky this unit is still operational, however it still works fine. They made no attempt to fix it, instead the technician acted like a car salesman. My suggestion, check with the small companies before calling these guys. It’s a shame I had to pay for a service call for them to ride out and tell me my unit is broken. Obviously I’m aware of that, or I wouldn’t had been calling in the first place.
The technician arrived on time and promptly did his job. He was masked and covered his feet before entering my home. He found a potential issue. At my request quickly fixed and saved possible damage to my home at a future date. Highly recommend Bryant.

I was able to get a SAME day apt, thank Goodness! I thought I needed a new electrical outlet installed, but it ended up that I just didn’t see the one that was already there! My electrician called me ahead of time, offered me an earlier time, and when the time came for my apt, he was there! Prompt, professional, ready, and quite knowledgeable. Jason was professional, yet very kind and compassionate about all the problems I had had with the outsourced delivery company (of a big box store) who didn’t see my outlet upon delivery and “installation” of my new stacked washer and dryer. Despite the fact that I didn’t need his electrical knowledge afterall, Jason took the time to help me figure out a way to SAFELY use my new washer and dryer side by side while I wait for “them” to call me back…someday, maybe, to reschedule the installation and actually stack my washer and dryer with the proper equipment the forgot the first time. He was so helpful and gracious ! -a true “let’s roll our sleeves up and figure this out” attitude. I needed that today. In a world where big chains rule and all the Spectrum’s, Lowes, and Crate and Barrel delivery people can get away with ZERO accountability or service after the sale, I’m recommitted to using local and regional outfits like Bryant. Call them! Great experience from start to completion. Will definitely use them again.
During a recent repair call (husband cut through a/c electric supply line with weed eater) it was noted that our air conditioner was really old and on its last leg--Bryant suggested we might consider replacing it before we got caught and had to have it repaired in the middle of a hot summer. They came at the time of the appt and fixed everything in a timely manner and were very friendly. A/C has worked fine and just in time for this late last blast of heat and no more Freon to worry about! They came and gave us an estimate without any hassles and price was similar to others (who were much harder to get out to give us an estimate)
After hearing good things from our friends and co-workers, my wife and I decided to call Bryant HVAC here in Lexington, Kentucky, to do an AC inspection/tune-up. Our house is about 14 years old, and we had our equipment checked once before about 2 years ago by a different local company, but we felt that it had not been as thorough as we would have liked.A Bryant representative, Zach, showed up promptly at 9:30 the day of our appointment, and he proceeded to do his inspection in a thorough and informed manner, all the while courteously answering our many questions about HVAC systems. I have a job that specializes in customer service, and I pride myself on providing excellent customer service in my job, so I know what to look for in others when I am the customer, and Zach was an expert. Zach has 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, and it shows. He was knowledgeable about other companies, their models, as well as LFUCG and the EPA and their regulations. Once it became apparent that we needed a new air conditioner unit, Zach stayed with us for over three hours, going over with us all of our options for which model to buy, pricing, etc. We were able to get the model we wanted at a discounted price, AND have it installed on the same day.Zach and Bryant HVAC will have a repeat customer with me when it comes time to replace our other AC unit or our furnace. Even though I had to make a big purchase from them, all I can think about a few days later is how well they treated us, how honest Bryant was, and how great their employees are to work with. I highly recommend Bryant HVAC of Lexington for all of your HVAC needs—call them today before they get too busy in the summer!

When i purchased my unit, i was given 2 years of follow up service for free. When i called to schedule, i had to pull my contract to prove i still had free checkups available. JAMES M. Has been to the house twice to provide service and has been timely and professional and friendly.
We have used Bryant for a few years now and they have always done their best to make sure we are completely satisfied with our service. Robert has been especially helpful every time he has come to our home to address problems we have had with our AC and furnace. Robert is always friendly, knowledgable and goes above and beyond.

Experienced and nice people. They questioned me about what I observed as to the functioning of my furnace and where certain pipes led to, and ran a meter gadget over the inside of furnace, plus at certain outlet pipes on the outside of my home. They found out the answer, rerouted pipes and before I knew it my furnace was pushing out the heat throughout my home like I had grown accustomed to living here.

Robert Gay came to our home this morning for spring cleaning and maintenance. He checked out the unit, identified a part that needed replacement, provided routine service, and replaced the filter. He took the extra step to wash our unit with his equipment. He went over our service contract which we renewed (4 yr Gold) extending our coverage until Fall 2020. He took the time to explain all that he did, showing me the part that needed to be replaced and describing the work he did. Throughout the visit he was very courteous, encouraged questions and provided very informative feedback. We have been very pleased with Bryant throughout the years.
I would definitely use Bryant Heating and Air again . He was on time. Was very courteous . Wore his mask . Put his booties on. Explained what he was doing and why . Checked The Ac and filter. . Checked the heat pump outside . Needed a capicatior . Came and told me before installing one. Was very friendly and careful. I sure appreciated his work ethic. Ernie tried to save my old a/c unit over a month ago. When I started having the same problems again, he arranged to come out that morning. He clearly explained everything that was happening with my unit. I felt like he was very honest and trustworthy. Josh D., Field Service Professional, did a fantastic job in servicing our AC needs. Not only did he perform the necessary requirements, he offered advice for operational performance improvements & offered suggestions for future years to plan to keep our system operating at maximum performance. Josh also treated us with respect, and answered any questions we had regarding the technical issues of heating and AC systems. Very professional and friendly made the experience one of the best when dealing with these types of service calls. We will specifically ask for Josh D. for our next service needs.
I had a great experience with Bryant. It started out as a yearly service check and turned into replacing the furnace. Greg E. explained everything and he has such a calming disposition, it kept me from freaking out. Raymond I and Nick were the guys who installed the furnace. They were right on time, and didn't stop till the job was done. I was very impressed with Bryant's.
The technician James was extremely professional, prompt and even unhooked my water hose as I forgot to disconnect. He was knowledgeable and solved my issue in short order. I appreciate his friendly disposition and advice. He’s a keeper and deserves a raise!

As it always happens, our heat went out on the first cold day of the year. We called Bryant, and they sent somebody over in under an hour. The problem was quickly diagnosed, and it was apparent that the furnace needed replacing. Bryant was able to complete the job the next day . . . . and it was not a normal job. The extremely professional workers had to move the unit from a very difficulty accessed attic. I cannot express how impressed I was with the level of professionalism exhibited by the Bryant employees. I highly recommend Bryant for any of HVAC needs and will be exclusively using the company in the future.

I had a new furnace installed this year and the Bryant crew were able to get it in before a snowstorm hit. I had a problem several days later where I smelled gas in my house. They came back out immediately and found the problem to be my water heater which they fixed at no cost. It wasn't their responsibility but they fixed it anyway. I had a great experience with Bryant and will use them for any future needs.

We have had the unfortunate experience of having to replace both are upstairs and downstairs unit in the last 6 month period. Bryant Heating and Cooling has made this experience less painful than it could have been. We were very pleased with Ernie J. He was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Came out early in the day and by that afternoon we had our new unit and were up and running. Thanks for your professionalism and quick service!
Not a good experience. Called and they told me it would be $60 to look at it. Ok that’s more than fair. We have two units in our house. We knew we had one unit working properly. He immediately knew which unit was not cooling properly. He looked at it for around 10 minutes and came back and said the fan motor was inop. Ok, makes sense. Then he comes in and says the board is bad, and the motor was $650 plus labor and the board was over $1500. Then said if that happens and the Freon was low it could be thousands to add more coolant. And that I should just buy a new unit. I asked how much a unit was out of curiosity. He said, “at least $9,000, maybe more.” I told him no kindly and he said we have great financing options available. I told him I would pass nicely. He never went to clean up any of the mess he made, left the ladder down, breaker box open. Then came back in and charged me double the diognostics because I had two units, even though the other was working properly. I then called another company, was quoted one fee to look at it, replaced the motor for under $300, and it’s perfect. Also was quoted a unit for under $5000 in case for the future. My advice, get multiple quotes. Trying to make $4000 more on a unit that didn’t need replaced, and charged double for the motor and told me it was necessary to replace a bunch of other things. I am all for a fair profit, but making up things to fix then charging as much double for a unit is too much. I have nothing good to say about this experience at all.UPDATE:Brittany called me to go over my visit, was very nice. I told her what happened and she said she would go over with the tech what happened. She did say that $9000 was way too high for a new unit. She said she would refund my $120. Changed my rating to a 2* because of the refund and follow up.

Great Staff, very punctual, very thorough during their installation process. Service guys went out of their way to improve other issues in regards to ventilation in my crawl space for no additional charges, which took them additional hrs of labor. Extremely fair priced. It’s been about a month and a half since Brysnt serviced our unit. It’s been running great up until we’ve been having 100 degrees weather. I went into the attic to check the unit and Bryant left the attic light on. Not a huge deal but the light burnt out and the bulb was hot to the touch so I feel like this could have been a fire hazard. Also I found a handful of air/duct leaks throughout the unit. I tapped them all off and it seems to be running more efficiently. I feel like any professional would have at least mentioned this issue if they noticed it.
Wow have things gone downhill with them. I've used them multiple times and things were great. Today they showed up. Called me with an outrageously priced quote of $750 to change out a motor (just labor). They refused to give me any part numbers, line item costs, or parts costs. Tech got extremely rude when I asked about the breakdown of prices. He told me he didn't want to do the work at all because I wanted a second opinion and hung up on me. Refused pictures, diagnosis report, or anything for the $80 charged. Really seems like they're trying to rake people over the coals and being secretive of their process. $80 is wasted. They said no air coming out, blower motor. I already knew no air coming out and they did no other diagnosis. I just want to add that they wanted to charge $1100 flat rate for blower motor install, they couldn't tell me the price for the motor, or the hour breakdown of the work. I just received a quote from another reputable company for $550 with warranty of labor and parts.
I just recently bought a house at the end of July of 2019. Had Zach come out and check my furnace for the winter. He did a wonderful job! Wish I could give it 0 stars. The only thing good to say is they were fast to come out. After looking at our unit for maybe 3 minutes, we were told we needed a new compressor which would be a minimum charge of $2800, but the technician recommended we just replace the unit for approximately $6000. The unit is only 5 years old. The next day we got a second opinion and the compressor was fine but the capacitor was bad. A $50 part! So instead of $2800, we paid under $150 for parts and labor and our unit is working great. Too bad I wasted $60 for Bryant's diagnostic charge but at least I didn't let them rob me blind!

10 minutes after being at my house a service tech had diagnosed nearly $3000 to recharge my outdoor unit with R22 and fix a leak. He had also tried to sell me a $15,000 replacement unit... all within the first 15 minutes.He quoted $150 per pound for R22. If you do your research, you will see that you can buy 30 lb of R22 for less than $500 online. That means at cost it is roughly $15/ pound. There are tools needed to recharge your unit and you need the tools to clear the lines before recharging, but it is not rocket science and not worth that type of mark up.He changed my capacitor on my unit, it cost $226 for a new capacitor. This same capacitor is less than $26 online.He also tried to talk me into buying a new unit. The service technicians that they send to your house are also salesman, seemingly paid off commission that are capable and determined to get you financed and in a contract for a new unit.They got me for $300 when it was all said and done, I should not have let that happen. All they did was come out and diagnose the unit, change the capacitor and quote outrageous prices to fix ( as stated above ).In my opinion, I would stay away from Bryant Heating and Cooling. They tried to pull one on me, I did the research on my own, and had another HVAC service diagnose and quote repairs. I would see where this type of scare tactic would work on people who are not as educated on more technical aspects of their home.Do your research, get a second opinion, and be patient.

I called asking for a diagnosis of an issue assuming it was just a thermostat replacement. They said it would be an $80 service fee for the trip plus the thermostat. I told the rep that thermostats were roughly $30-60 at Lowes and that I was ok paying the $80 plus the thermostat if it wasn’t going to run multiple hundreds of dollars. The rep assured me it wouldn’t and I was looking at $100 tops. So I agreed to pay the $80. Once the rep stated I needed a new thermostat he quoted me for $260+ the original $80 travel/ service fee. He also told me another issue that he quoted me for $1,100 for. I declined both as I was lied to about the thermostat. I called Aces of Air and the fixed the entire issue for $120 including the trip charge. Watch your wallets when using this company. They over charged original price and tried to have me agree to more work that didn’t need done. They did not offer a refund after lying to me.

Had a unit that was over 30 years old and the compressor went out on it. So Keith V came out first, verified the unit was not working any longer. Got me set up with a new unit, to help bring down bills and keep the house cool. He left at 11am. And by 1:30 that afternoon Kevin H and Danny showed up to put in the New unit. They were here until 6:30 working. Signed the paperwork close to 7. Kevin fixed wiring out on the breaker box for the AC unit outside, a new drain line, he took off the old hose and replaced with PVC pipe. Answered all my ques , even suggested pouring bleach down the new drain, 1 a year to keep the smell down. Very professional, polite and helpful. It was 100 degrees outside but they worked until i was set with the house cooling off before he left. Was a great experience! So glad I choose Bryant!
Very disappointed in the service I have received from Bryant Heating and Cooling. I contacted Bryant Heating, believing that I was contacting an upstanding company. On 6/8/14, we received a new air conditioning unit. The unit worked for 1 week and hasn't worked since. Since this time, we have had 4-5 five representatives come to our home to attempt various repairs. To date, the unit is still not working. Water is leaking from our ceiling, the upstairs is a comfortable 85 degrees and I receive a different answer each time I speak to a representative. Today, we were to receive service at 3:00 PM, no one showed to complete the repair. When I called, I was told, that no repair was scheduled. So, I suppose, I will schedule another day away from work, sleep with a fan on again and wait for yet another repairman. I am so disappointed. I don't want to see another commercial stating that we are here when you need us, that simply has not been the case.

Jason C of Bryant Heating and Cooling in Lexington, KY was very nice and polite but most importantly he was very knowledgeable about my HVAC system. He was able to solve my issues quickly and gave me some great advice on how to maintain my system better. He answered all my questions (and I had quite a few) with patience. Bryant Heating and Cooling in Lexington, KY originally installed my system and have been great to work with ever since. Each time I call they are very helpful and get technicians to my house quickly.

And am thankful, after athorough inspection, both in the crawl space and the outside unit, Ireceived the ' everything checks out' report. Also, any of my questions are answered quickly and clearly.
The team from Bryant were outstanding! Although nobody enjoys having to replace their air conditioning/heating system, we couldn’t be more impressed with the prompt and professional manner with which the guys from Bryant came to our aid. Our old heat pump system was 19 years old and had finally given out. Matt came out on Thursday and explained what the problem was and offered us our options. By 1:00 the next day, our new compressor and air handling units were in place and a new smart thermostat installed by Justin and Garrett. We should be comfortable in our house for many years to come. Awesome job guys! Highly recommend Bryant!

HVAC system wasn’t working.. we reset the breaker and thermostat.. still wasn’t working for two days… called Bryant Heating and Cooling.. Spencer came out “did you know your switch is off inside?” 🤦♀️ I’m so embarrassed.He was great though! Did make me feel like I should be embarrassed at all. Great service and very quick to respond. 10/10 would use them again!
I heard from a friend about Robert G. How he was nice and personable with her and explained things so she could understand with option to fix her problem with her HVAC system. So I called and requested him. So glad I did. I was up and running in no time. Excellent service.

Michael Elliott was the electrician who replaced my breaker box panel after a lightning strike. Michael was always professional, was knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He worked many long and hard hours to get my electric restored as quickly as possible. I truly appreciate Michael and his skills to get the job done efficiently and promptly.
Our furnace went out without notice and Bryant responded immediately and gave a thorough and honest assessment. It turned out having such an old furnace (20+ years old) we needed a new one. They were able to install it same day and did an excellent job. Finance options were very helpful. Overall, every person I interacted with in the process was professional, friendly, and trustworthy.

Bryant HVAC installed my unit in 2017 & that was a positive experience considering that my A/C died on a hot wkd. in July & it was costly to replace.:)When my thermostat randomly died recently I called & was able to schedule a service appt. for the same day. I lucked out & had a supervisor come - on a Friday afternoon. He was very professional & polite. He replaced the thermostat in short order & diagnosed the source of the problem.Bryant called ASAP after the necessary part came in & I was able to schedule another call to have the new part installed soon thereafter by a different service technician who was also very capable, well-mannered, & helpful.Today I had the good fortune of having Jason, a service tech with years of experience, come promptly for my Sat. morning appt. He was very skilled & efficient as well as very pleasant to deal with like his counterparts.Although the situation was inherently frustrating just b/c of the necessary trial & error involved with repairing my heater, all of the individuals, from office staff who scheduled the appointments, to the supervisor, made it as painless as possible. :) They all wore booties to protect my carpet as well; no small thing given how nasty the weather conditions were.I would recommend Bryant to a friend or family member. I greatly appreciated the professionalism, positive disposition, & skilled & efficient labor that Bryant employees displayed consistently!

Earlier this month my HVAC unit went bad, and I called Bryant's Heating and Cooling Lexington for an estimate.They sent someone out to look at my unit the same day. When he came he introduced himself as Robert Gay. He was pleasant and polite and went right to work. After he had done his assessment, he clearly explained what was wrong and why the mechanical problem was causing the symptoms that I had noticed. Robert carefully explained several options that were available to me and what was involved with each option. I was impressed with his work ethic and his professionalism. He did not try to pressure sell me on the most expensive option. His recommendation to me seemed personal based on my specific situation including the age of my HVAC unit and what Bryant's had to offer in each situation. Robert checked in with the home office to be sure that the parts were in stock and the manpower available. The quote that Bryant's offered was a good, fair price. Buyer Beware!A Bryant technician came out to diagnose hot air blowing in AC mode. With a maximum of 3 minutes of troubleshooting, barely pulling a screwdriver from his belt and glancing at the unit (no exaggeration), he concluded that the reversing valve needed to be replaced on the outdoor unit and proceeded to quote a 'discounted rate' of $1500. He then proceeded to pitch me on the wonderful advantages of purchasing a new system, especially for resale value, at another 'discounted rate' of $7000+. After researching the valve and the job it would take to replace it, I found a typical rate to be $600-$700.A co-worker lead me to Christopher and Smith, a technician came out the following day. He confirmed that the valve was, in fact, functioning properly, and discovered the true issue was a corroded wire in the attic unit. He quickly replaced the wire and continued to replace a thermostat I had purchased at Lowe's the previous week for me, 'while he was there'. The guy couldn't have been more professional. All in all, I paid just over $100 and the unit is functioning wonderfully.Before you pay for any service under Bryant, Fayette, other big name HVAC company, I highly recommend calling C&S.- Brian, service 4/8/15

We lost power during the recent ice storm and when power was restored our upstairs heat pumped kicked on and promptly ripped itself apart due to ice build up. It was an old unit, but still an unexpected blow. I called Bryant and a service tech arrived promptly. The process was straight forward and explained well. Once we had an agreement things moved quickly. That night an install crew arrived and took care of replacing the attic components. The next next morning they were back to replace the heat pump. With a 24hr wind won me calling we now have a new and properly functioning upstairs HVAC system. And all of that accomplished during some pretty terrible conditions. My thanks to Ernie, Peter, and the whole Bryant team.

Tech was friendly and professional. He came out to find out reason one side of the house was colder. He said it was only 1 degree difference and therefore no real issue with HVAC system. I would have liked to have been shown the 1 degree difference of temperature readings on the temperature gauges.
The first time we called Bryant was a couple of years ago because our air wasn't working. Keith V came, assessed the problem, and immediately took steps to correct it. He also called the next day to make certain things were working properly. He has since come back in the spring and fall to inspect our HVAC unit to make certain things are in tip top shape. He has always been professional and courteous and always takes the time to explain what he is doing.
Ryan was very professional courteous and considerate. He did his job very efficiently. I’ll never use anybody else again but Bryant servicing and I hope I get Ryan back as an electrician thank you

This company came out and gave me an estimate for an entirely new HVAC unit for nearly $10,000. They had me sign a contract that evening and planned to come out the next day to replace. A relative advised me that was too quick to make a decision and to get a second opinion. The next day I got a second opinion and it turned out I didn't need a new unit at all - simply a new filter! I am elderly and had completely forgotten to change it for several months.I then began to research further and found the Attorney General had conducted an investigation against Bryant Heating & Cooling and that they have paid a significant fine to the State of Kentucky, just last summer!I believe they cannot be trusted and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I was not home when the work was preformed. I've been asking for a full disclosure breakdown of the work preformed at my house for over a week now. Was told a manager was going to call me. Still have not heard a thing. Called in yesterday to try and speak with Evan. He was the manager I spoke with. Was told he was unavailable and would get back to me. Still haven't heard a peep. They were quick to cash my check, but can't tell me what my money paid for. Would not recommend. I'll have another Heating and cooling service replace my second Unit. At least they were transparent...*** Update ***I was contacted by a member of management. He sent me his version of a itemized breakdown. It was parts used, but still not broken down by what cost what. Just the total... What a joke... I also asked if they would have contacted me if I didn't put the review in. He said no..... Waited over a week for a phone call and still would be waiting if I hadn't put the review in....

We requested a service call to check our heat duct system due to one room being colder than the other rooms. Robert called prior to arrival and gave us a notice of when he would be arriving. Upon arrival he checked our system and found that one of the ducts had come loose from the main return. He reattached the duct work and now system works well. He was very professional and courteous. We would definitely call Bryant Heating and Cooling for any future problems.
On a very hot day Bryant Heating and Cooling sent Field Tech Josh D. to service my AC which was not cooling my house at all. Josh was very friendly and explained thoroughly each step as he diagnosed my inside and outside units. A big Thank You to Josh for his excellent services and caring attitude. A trying experience was kept calm and under control! Thank you, Bryant Heating and Cooling for providing such excellent service and service techs no matter what the day of the week or hour of that day! I am a very pleased customer!!!

Michael showed up to my home office on-time for our scheduled appointment. Let me just say that We are beyond grateful that we called Bryant Electric. Our quote was within our budget to install a 50 amp RV/Trailer outlet on the side of the house. Michael knew exactly what we needed and performed the job with the upmost professionalism. When his job was over He picked up his mess and explained by showing me how to open the weatherproof box. So I mush say that I used Bryant Heating and Cooling due to having an issue with my flame sensor on my gas furnace. The tech that came out was Zach. He was very professional and walked me through what the issue and explained everything to me about what he was doing. I must say that was one of the best techs I have ever dealt with. Thanks again for all your help.
We had just bought our house in December this past year and no sooner than we moved in, than our HVAC unit stopped working. We had 2 other companies come out and look at it and we were not pleased with them. They said there was nothing that they could do even though their technicians were the one to install the unit incorrectly. They refused to pay for the damages and basically were saying we had to pay for a whole new unit based on their mistake. Our house was over 80 degrees for over two weeks because the air flow was not working and there was nothing to be done. We then called Bryant and every experience with them was outstanding. The technician came over the initial time and analyzed the problem and made suggestions to fix the problem without pressuring us into buying anything. Buying a new unit ended up being the best option for us, however we were able to set up a payment plan so as not to inconvenience ourselves with the overall cost. Every time the technicians came over they were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about their job. They completely replaced our old unit on the inside and outside because the work done by the previous company was not up to par. We really appreciated them being straightforward and honest to the point to completely redo our problem. They were even very polite when we had to reschedule a visit at the very last minute. All the work done by Bryant was excellent and professional. They even had a contracting company come out to fix the hole in our attic that they had to move in order to access the furnace area. The manager called and personally apologized for the delay in them coming out to fix the hole and was there when the installation of the new system occurred. We will never use anyone else but Bryant. Highly recommend this company!!!

Robert came to find out why our Nest thermostat wasn't turning on our furnace on a Sunday afternoon. He was very efficient and could not possibly have been nicer. Fixed the problem while explaining exactly what was happening (control box issue) and made sure that I knew how to change the programming if I needed to fine tune anything. Robert came to my house in a moments notice to fix my air on a hot day. Didn't take much but he was very courteous and professional. If you need your ac fixed fast call Robert at Bryant.
In December of 2013 my 5 year old Westinghouse heat pump quitworking and I called several companies due to the harsh weather onlyBryant could get to me. The technician came the next morning andlooked my unit over and said that the compressor was out and wouldneed to be replaced. I inquired about how much it would cost to replaceand he told me with labor around $2,500.00 dollars but I would be betteroff getting a new unit because there would be no warranty on arefurbished compressor, Note:Not New but Refurbished (Remanfactured).Not knowing much about heat pumps and needing heatbadly I inquired about the cost of a new 3.5 Seer unit and the tech said itwould run me around $4,500.00 give or take. I told him to get me oneand it cost $6,200.00 after all was said and done. One week later Inoticed that I was getting no heat and called the company out toinvestigate and they found that the duct work they installed had fell apartand had to be redone.(Wonderful) Now in March of 2016 with the unitbeing just 2 years and 2 months old I begin to hear vibrating at theoutside unit. Note: when I called the rep. told me I would be charged$60.00 for the service call but the parts and labor were covered by my 5year warranty. The technician came out and found that my unit wasfreezing up all over and not defrosting because the defrost board andswitch had gone bad and he would have to order them and they could beinstalled the next day. I said this will be all covered by the 5 yearwarranty, Right,,,,he said NO,,,then showed me a prorated chart showingwhere it was going to cost me over $700.00 for the parts and labor. Isaid how could it cost that much when I have a 5 year warranty and thecircuit board and switch could be installed in less than 10 minutesbecause they just screwed on the side of the unit. He told me that he justgoes by their set labor rates and this is how the warranty on my unitworks,,,I was dumbfounded.,,,Oh yes he also said that my unit was lowon fr eon but that he would not charge me for that,,,,Thanks for nothing.These people are crooks and thieves and I feel that Bryant should giveme some of my money back. Bryant if you want to talk call GaryColeman I called on 3/6/2016 and tech came out and installed parts on3/7/2016 I'm willing to work with you if you are with me but it is hard on aset income.

Brandon Wright just checked out my furnace and air for spring I told him my air wasn’t as cool as it should have been last summer. He checked the air conditioner and found the problem right away. Not only was he competent but he was very nice! He explained everything he did.
We were having issues with our air and Robert came out and tested everything…final outcome we needed a new system after 21 years. He gave us all our options. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Will do business again.
I found my heat pump stopped working on Sunday morning. I contacted Bryant around 10 am and was told a technician would come between 12 and 3pm. Jason C. showed up in time and identified the problem very quickly. He not only replaced a damaged fuse, but also fixed some leaks between ducts and the unit. It took less than one hour and the fee was very reasonable. He acted very professionally and I was very satisfied with his service.
Brandon was a wonderful service technician. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning has been a very reliable company for our household for over thirty years. Highly recommend them!

I called Bryant HVAC mid-morning to seek advice regrading duct condensation problems. Bryant was able to schedule a tech between noon and 3 p.m. The technician called me en route and was able to be on site before 11:45 that morning.William King, the tech, using shoe coverings, entered my home and I showed him to the various sweating ducts. After looking at the ducts, and having a preliminary examination of the furnace, William consulted with other personnel at the office. Following that conversation he further reviewed my vent and return placements, measured output and return temperatures and further examined the furnace in greater detail.His diagnosis was that my older thermostat was not talking to my much newer furnace and a new thermostat would hopefully alleviate the excessive sweating of the output ducts. William said he would order the new thermostat and that they would call and return to install the item in a few days.The service was excellent: professional, timely, and efficient. The tech was polite, considerate and provided additional information to better utilize my HVAC system.I would urge folks to call Bryant the first time--but if not, I would certainly suggest they use them for a second opinion.

Bryant is a fantastic company to conduct business with their electrical side. I used Bryant back in 2021 as well as Friday June 2, 2023.I have not had the opportunity to conduct business with regarding their plumbing or HVAC department. My wife and I needed to have an electrical company upgrade our old 100 amp panel to a 200 amp service. I reached out to three other businesses, and no-one was interested in doing that for us.We had additional workers in our home doing various other remodel projects happening at the same time, as listed above what we clicked for this review.Bryant had no qualms about helping us complete our remodel. A Bryant dispatch worker, said that they will have someone from their electrical team to give me a call to set a day and time to come give us a quote on what we needed completed.I met with their electrician Michael E, Michael was very thorough and explained what was needed to complete all tasks. He was very knowledgeable with knowing exactly what was needed and how to do the job.His professionalism surpassed our expectations. He explained each step as well as what he needed to do to the job. Had a problem last night with the AC(not draining) and they were out by 9 am the next morning and fixed it including a problem 3 other companies never noticed. Signed up for the yearly membership.
I had to call Bryant the weekend of the 4th of July because my AC went out. They responded promptly and diagnosed the problem but had some issues replacing the parts. I was impressed with how disappointed the tech (James R) was to have disappointed a customer. Although things didn't go smoothly, I thought the General Manager Boggs reasonable tin his quest to try to salvage a business relationship, and that is why I will call Bryant the next time I need this type of service.

Bryant’s came to my house on a Saturday when I was having trouble with my heat. I was in a crazy panic because it was so super cold out and I have a small child. I called 5 companies, they were 1 of 2 who even answered, and they were happy to dispatch someone to me in just a couple of hours at literally half the price of the service call the other company wanted to charge. They were fast, friendly, and incredibly convenient. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bryant Heating and Cooling recently installed a new Heating Unit and Air Conditioning Unit at our new house. We were experiencing problems witht he unit we inherited from the previous owners. Adam and Lee did a great job in their assesment of the issue and it offered to fix the issue for a reasonable price. My Wife and I determined after the assessment that it was best to just upgrade all the units and start fresh. Bryant installed the new units the next day as we asked because there was a bad cold front coming in. They did a great job and I thought the pricing was reasonable and around what I expected. Overall, I couldn't expect anything more.
Called a few companies and this company was the only one that could get to my property that day and actually showed up with in two hours. Guy took about 20 minutes and pinpointed the issue. Said he needed to order the part and that it would be later that evening before he could get back out. I was a little skeptical that they would show the same day. They held true to their word and showed 3 1/2 hours later and my unit was up and running. They only charge 60.00 for the house call where others charge 100.00 or more. We then scheduled them to go to mother in laws property to help her with her issue. Highly recommend this company.
We had a cooling issue with our AC unit. We called Bryant heating and cooling to have someone to come and check on it. They sent a technician the very next day. After I told him the problem, he turned the temperature on thermostat to low and asked for the location of the unit outside. Before we even get close to the unit (about 20 feet away), he told me that he already know the problem. I was really surprise that he could pinpoint the issue within 3 seconds of listening to the sound that came out from the condenser unit! Then he asked me to listen to the normal sound of what a compressor should sound like (our upstair unit still running fine) compared to the bad compressor (downstairs unit) which didn't even make any noise. So his diagnosis was that we had a bad compressor, wholly based on his listening without even checking the parts inside. Then he gave me 2 options: 1. Replace the compressor which will cost me $2800. 2. Replace the whole condenser and air handling unit (not able to tell me the model #, only acknowledged that it will be brand Carrier) for $6500.I thought I should get a second opinion. It is a lot of money after all. So i had another company came over to check on the problem. This service tech opened the unit and figured that we had a bad capacitor. He put in a new capacitor and the compressor started running again! I paid $300 to get the problem fixed. Couldn't be more relieved to have save so much.Stay away from Bryant heating and cooling! All they want to do is to sell you a brand new unit, not bothering to fix your problem!

These folks were terrific. We had a problem with our A/C, and when I called, I was helped by a courteous rep, who helped get someone out to my house the following morning. The tech arrived *early* and proceeded to identify and fix the problem efficiently and effectively. The cost was not cheap, but it was reasonable. I highly recommend them!
Paid Bryant 60.00 to come out and look at our AC that stopped working (on a 90 degree day with 2 small children in the house). Tech stated the control board was fried and that it would be 850 plus labor.... I have learned my lesson and will NEVER shell out that kind of money without getting a second opinion. Good thing I did! Called another company to come look at it and they said it was a transformer and fixed it for 120! How can a control board be fried to one person and perfectly fine with another? I'm not going to call anyone names, but anyone reading this can come to the conclusion on their own, what type of company Bryant's is. Owner doesn't even need to bother responding to this review (as I've seen you do for previous reviewers). We've already called Bryant and are expecting a refund for the 60.00 within 3-4 weeks..(3-4 weeks to issue a refund? Really?). Be a smart consumer and shop around!

Zack was the technician and arrived during the window that was given by the scheduler. He was very polite and answered all my questions. I have been using Bryant for about 5 yrs and recommend them to everyone who needs HVAC work.
We could not say enough good things about Jason!. He arrived at our door with his shoes covered…perfect start! He immediately began working to diagnosis the problem and was patient to answer all of our questions. He went over the invoice to explain what work was preformed and also recommended a follow up appointment in early Spring. He even took time to clear up some misinformation we had been given about the heat pump in general! We definitely would recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling to everyone!
Scheduled maintenance Call by technician was available Earlier Than originally Planned. I accepted this to free up my day. The work was Performed quickly and he explained the condition of the equipment. The compressor is still under warranty. The condition of other parts will need to be monitored especially sleeve bearings. Capacitor change was made to protect/extend motor life. Outdoor unit was cleaned and recommendation made to increase clearance with neighbors unit. Pleased with thoroughness of service.

I will be recommending Bryant to friends and family in the future. The staff is friendly. There is no pressure. They walk you through all the options. They are clean and respectful in your home. The team on the phone when you call is great. I worked in customer service a long time and they care. They want to know if there is issues. Its nice to not have to worry.
The service person contacted me prior to arrival and introduced himself and advised me of his arrival time.
Once he was at my location, he was courteous and professional by explaining the issue with my heating & air unit.
We've been customers with Bryant for almost a decade. We've always had great experience with the technicians, and Robert was no exception on his visit today. He was honest, informative, and pleasant to speak with. Bryant Heating and Air provides the most professional, honest and knowledgeable service in the Bluegrass. Their technician Jason B. went above and beyond the call of duty to help us discover the ongoing issue, repair, and make certain our heating system was working properly. Not only did Jason stay to make certain the system was working correctly, but actually observed the unit for over an hour with a flashlight AFTER DARK under our crawlspace. He also replaced an integral part at no charge. This is the second time that BH&C has come to our home regarding this issue and did not charge us for the fix or the part. What a guy. The service repair person was courteous and listened. They then investigated the situation properly, discovering to issues were the case. They advised a couple options at different price points. They were able to set to work right away and let me test when finished to confrim. Excellent care.

Brian S. arrived on time and was ready to work. He was easy to work with and answered all my questions. He readily located the permanent filters and showed me how to clean and reinstall them. I was impressed with all the components he checked on the furnace and showed me the various ranges. His knowledge of all the components of the furnace was also impressive. Brian even cleaned the outside of the furnace. I feel he is a real asset to the company and I don’t hesitate to highly recommend him and the company.

DeVon was super helpful and knowledgeable when he came to inspect the electrical strips of the emheat portion of our HVAC unit. He was patient in his explanations and worked with me so I could understand what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what it meant for the operation of the unit. It offered me invaluable peace of mind as a homeowner.
My heat pump started cutting itself on and off while the heat was running so I called Bryants after dealing with this last year for my routine maintenance. They had a guy here within 5 hours! The tech said there was a possible freon leak and they had Robert here at 9am the next day to do a leak check and to repair. Robert was very professional, explained everything he was doing and at no time did I feel he was trying to get one over on me and up charge. He had the work completed in a couple hours and I have no concerns with it being done correctly. 10/10 will request Robert for every maintenance check and repair in the future.

We have had an issue with our AC since late September last year. Original engineer diagnosed a replacement water tank/pump at $400. Sucked that in, but then this year same fault happened. Fuse replaced at $80. Quit again within a week and needed a replacement part within the AC unit itself. Cost was apparently close to $300 but BHC replaced it for no cost. He was here over 3 hours that night. Only reason not 5 stars is having 3 callouts, instead of 1.

I was using my weed eater and cut the wire on my AC unit. I called Bryant Hesting and Aut and spoke to a lovely representative named Becky who was very friendly and personable. She took my information and quoted me the service fee. Within 30 minutes,William King the technician was calling me and arrived at my house. He was friendly and quick to take care of the problem and had the AC up and running again in 10 minutes. I could not be more pleased with the service and will definitely be using them for future service needs.
Robert was absolutely fantastic!! Called because AC wasn’t cooling. Thought it would take days before they would be available. I was wrong. They were available the same day. Dustin Knox was the repairman that was assigned the job. Nothing but trouble out of the service and the performance from Bryant. Every time they’re scheduled to come they don’t show up. The “new” unit they installed has went down 3 times in the first year. They didn’t even show up today for the duct cleaning appointment. Guess our business isn’t valued enough.

I have been using Bryant for many years both for routine services and major purchases, this in both our old home and in the house to which we moved a year and a half ago. We were in our new home 3 weeks when the hot water heater went out. One call and they were here and replaced the water heater the same day. Last Labor Day our AC died and again one call and they were here that day replacing the unit and there were no overtime or extra holiday charges. This past Wednesday they performed a routine service on the AC calling ahead to let me know they were on the way.You can't ask for better.

I was seeking an estimate on HVAC system. When technician arrived, he stood out in my yard, I stepped out onto my porch and greeted him with hello. He replied with; What do you need? No introduction at all! Seemed irritated that I asked questions then gave me a price without even discussing WHAT exactly I was getting. Never again!

I have been with Bryant Heating and Cooling for many years. I had another heating and cooling company from Lexington serving my HVAC and they kept raising their rates because I was out of county to Fayette even though the serviceman lived near me and serviced my unit on his way home after work. Since I switched to Bryant, I have had no problems and have had good recommendations from the servicemen and also prompt service when I had problems with my previous and unreliable, although not that old, furnace. With their recommendations I went back to a Carrier HVAC which was the type that was in the house when I purchased it and lasted over 30 years. I plan on continuing with Bryant because I have always had good luck with their friendly, prompt and reliable service!

Currently giving them 1 star due to the fact that they have installed a defective backup generator on my house and it has been months at this point with them “trying” to have it fixed.Before that the services were as expected. Just feel like a ~$20K job has just left my wallet more empty and no real solution when the whole point of having a backup system was for the winter weather that is coming up.I’ve called numerous times and left many messages, all of which have been met with it’s the company that shipped it to them, or the manufacturer that will resolve it.At this point it feels like I should contact someone for this lemon of a generator I have paid for but doesn’t work.

Justin and Cody, and the entire install team, were friendly, professional, and efficient. Really could not have asked for a better experience.
The guy showed up at my house. Looked at the inside unit, looked at the outside unit. Didn't speak much. Told me I had a leak. Offered no solutions other than that I needed a new unit. It'll cost $13,000. Left after 10 minutes. I had to call a local heating and air to correct my problem, and still had to pay $80 to let the guy drive to my house to tell me what I already knew.

After about 10 minutes outside at my heat pump, the rep came back inside with the unfortunate news that we had 2 options. “A system tear down and recharge” from approximately 1800-4000, or a “new unit around 10,500.”But he was quick to ensure me he could be back in the morning to install the unit.Weary of what I had just heard, I called a local “small company” who, although put me on a bit of a wait, came later that week for a second opinion. After his thorough inspection, outside with the heat pump and at the furnace, came in with the news that the system was “over charged” and the system was not running due to a safety switch that had been tripped.He promptly adjusted the charge and sat with me for about an hour to make sure it was cooling properly. It was.I explained to my new HVAC pro, the story I was left with from Bryant and he was outraged. Not only did the REAL fix not require any parts, it cost me 59.00 for a service call. He stated that “whoever came before me must not have spent any time looking, because everyone should check the charge first.”Long story short, I must have gotten the commission based sales rep to look at my unit, who was desperate to install a new one the next morning. CALL THE SMALL GUY... and save yourself 10,441.00.I will NEVER recommend or call Bryant again.If a Bryant representative reads this, check your records. I “was” a verified customer, with a service call, on the evening of Monday June 13.Do better.

I will NEVER use or recommend this company. Maybe a better recommendation would be an investigation from the AG’s office for elderly, or consumer, fraud. I was at my parents house this date when he was there. He responded to a service call last week, Aug.1, to my elderly parents home to check on their air unit. He removed the old filter from the crawl space unit and left the new one still in its plastic sitting on the patio and did not replace it.My Mom asked if he was going to put the new one on and he said that “the unit was shot and it wouldn’t make a difference” and then he said he had to get to another call. He left before I could catch him.We called him back to finish replacing the filter. When he returned, he was not happy. He “supposedly” replaced the filter.Before he left he told my parents in order to get them through until a new unit could be installed they would have to do a leak check because they had a leak somewhere. He quoted tracking the leak would be approximately $900 and adding gas would be another couple of hundred.So let’s fast forward a week… we got a second opinion… because that’s what you do when people like Nathan try and scam elderly people…Without knowledge of what Bryant “discovered” the outcome with a different company was…the unit was fine. No errors or pressure issues that would indicate a “leak!”Shame on you Bryant - or Nathan! My parents are on a fixed income. It’s companies like yours…. Fill in the blank.NEVER WILL I CALL YOU OR ANYONE I KNOW WILL CALL YOU!

Showed up late on both occasions, they removed my pvc pipes from the condensation tray and instead of replacing or repairing, left them upon exit so water dripped all in my attic! I asked several questions on solutions and kept hearing pay to get this done it may fix the problem and if that doesn't work pay for another service and that still may not be the solution, tuh thanks but no thanks, you'll never hear from me again until
We had to call Bryant Heating & Cooling in Lexington because our upstairs furnace was not working properly right around Christmas time. Bryant was efficient in getting a service technician out to check on the problem and subsequently ordering a new motor. Jason C returned a few days later to install the motor in the furnace. Jason C was by far the best service technician that I have ever had come to my home. He was very professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my numerous questions. He took care while working in my home and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely request to have Jason C as a service technician again and recommend Bryant to anyone who wants quality service!

Bryant was so wonderful to work with. Within an hour of our call, a technician was in our home diagnosing the problem. Our electrician Ryan was super polite and professional, he was thorough and pleasant to talk to. He answered all of our questions and explained everything clearly for us. He was a careful but quick and efficient worker and was also very respectful. We were very satisfied with the speed of the service, the quality of the job that was done and the cost was comparable to what I expected. The technicians were courteous and professional. We called in the morning and the furnace was repaired by afternoon. I would like to give them 5 stars for their professionalism and timeliness. While they were upfront with the cost, I took the old part and checked the cost. The part cost $143.45 with free shipping or local pickup. That makes the labor cost $851.55. The initial inspection took less than 30 minutes and the replacement of the part took almost exactly 30 minutes. This was not a weekend, after hours, specialty job, etc. Our home is coveniently located downtown lexington. While I'm used to paying $100-200/hour for plumbers, electricians, and hvac, this seems exorbitant to me. We will not be using their services again.
HVAC froze up and stopped working. Called Bryant out. In 15 minutes he looked at the coils and checked the freon then proceeded to tell me a list of stuff that MIGHT be wrong that totalled $4000+ or he could just sell me a new unit inside and out. What a scam. They just want to sell new units and not fix them. Got a second opinion from a local semi retired guy Tom. He came out on a Saturday didn't charge a call fee. Spent about 5 hrs working on it. Few burned wires something loose, needed to clean could which he taught me to do to save me $. Found that Bryant's has left caps off the freon fill spots which can cause a leak. Tom added 1.5lbs of freon, which he had me witness weighing before and after. Total cost for a Sat 5 hr call. $350 . My air is so cold and blows so we'll. Bryant's is an absolute scam.
I definitely recommend this company because the service was excellent. The employee Andrew was very prompt and professional. He was very courteous and explained all the services I needed. Not only was it fast but also affordable. I will definitely call again if I need anything in the future.

They came out immediately and shared our urgency with the problem. The very same day they were able to install a new furnace with great financing options.

Icalled Bryant heating & cooling and they came to fix it. they got us a new furnace, got it installed, I was really impressed. they were super nice. they were super nice people & I am very grateful for all the work they did for us. We've been Bryant customers for more than 10 years for HVAC service. The technicians are always on time, courteous and very thorough with the semi-annual check ups. On two occasions parts needed to be replaced. Each time, the job was completed on the spot. I would not hesitate to use any of their other services . Bryant has always been very responsive to our heating and cooling needs. We have always had someone at our house in a timely manner. And they have always been able to address our problems with a solution. Today I had James and Michael looking at an issue we were having and both were quite professional and answered any questions I had. I just had a visit from Paul, a field supervisor from Bryant Heating and Cooling, after there was a problem with my HVAC after a scheduled maintenance with another HVAC technician. Paul was very respectful, polite, and kept his promise that he would take good care of the problem I was having with my unit. He did a wonderful job educating me and went above and beyond. Instead of just taking care of the problem I was having, he also changed my filter and cleaned my AC. He educated me regarding a damper that was partially closed that would allow more air to an area of my home that was not getting as much air even though I did not even mention that issue to him. Now my home is heating and cooling evenly.I was considering going with a different company in the future to continue maintaining my unit, but Bryant Heating and Cooling took really good care of me and they have re-instilled my faith and trust that there are still good companies out there that want to do right by their customers and provide great service.Thank you, Paul, for taking such great care of me.

I recently purchased a home and had issues with my AC. First technicians that came out did not do a very good job. However, the office was willing to give me a full refund and treated me very well. I decided to give them another chance. Second time around Mr. King came to look at the unit. He was absolutely amazing, explained everything in detail, took the time to fully inspect the unit and have shared with me advice to keep the unit running longer. My AC unit went out and Robert came over, correctly diagnosed the problem. He was thorough and professional. I ended up needing a new unit and he was helpful in explaining all the options. I feel good about the experience.
Our AC went out the night before we were leaving for vacation. Bryant Heating & Cooling gave us a window of time first thing the morning for a repair and our technician, William King was right on time, called prior to arriving and was very knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem quickly and fix our AC unit just in time for us to make our trip.
Robert was very professional and thorough in checking the unit. I felt he was genuinely concerned by listening to my questions and patiently explained things step by step. Turns out our unit was not installed properly-by another company-(7 years ago) which has caused issues with the unit. We had another company that made a change to the drain line when we noticed the unit leaking in the house. Immediately he noticed and discovered the problem. My grandmother was having a problem with her AC unit and called them out to look at it. She had a contract with them for AC maintenance. When they did telhet told her that she would need a new unit because the pressure valve was bad. They told her it would cost 10,500 to replace the unit. She called a small business to get a second opinion after they tried to pressure her into have the unit put in the next day. The small business told her she needed a new new but the unit could have been repaired also. She chose to have it replaced it cost less with the small business then with with them then Bryant. Also when they were installing the new unit. We found out that the UV system that they put underneath the floor could have been installed with something more cost efficient and as it stands now to replace the light bulbs for it is going to cost over $300 when there is one that works just as well that the light bulbs are cheaper.

I needed a replacement air conditioner, and since we had used Bryant for our service each spring and fall changing from a/c to heat and back again, we called them for our air conditioner work. Steve O (and Paxton, his assistant) were prompt and very thorough in doing the takeout of the old unit, as well as with the installation of the new one. They were always careful and used booties inside on the carpet, and cleaned all the mess up generated by the change over. The new unit works like a charm!Thanks Steve O, and Paxton, and thanks Bryant Heating and Cooling!
The people at Bryant's are always extremely nice and professional. They don't make you feel like you're just a paycheck. They always ask in detail about what we're wanting and need done. They're always open and honest about pricing and policies as well. We've used them several times now and will continue to do so.
From beginning to end service was seamless. Scheduling an appointment on their site was easiest I've ever seen. Technician came out was really polite and cool. I have cardboard cutout of Harambe and he gave it a fist bump before begining work, very appreciated. Technician told me what was wrong with my Google nest thermostat. Clearly I did something wrong in setting it up, but he worded everything to make it seem like I was not to blame, but clearly I definitely screwed something up with it haha. Anyway it was $79 for him to tell me what was wrong, got a picture of how it is to be wired correctly. He did offer to install their preferred thermostat for an upcharge, if Google nest fails me again I deft will use their recommendation and I'll have them install it so I don't screw it up.
Our AC system was 22 years old and finally died on us and we needed an entire new system Bryant was great at getting us scheduled and getting our system replaced Justin was the lead installer and he was very professional and explained how the new thermostat would work great I was burning up for 3 days without AC and after just 2 hours of it up and running I am freezing so let's just say I am happy with the service lol 😅
My heating went out overnight and King with Bryant was early to my house the very next morning. He had everything fixed in under an hour and now we’ll get to enjoy our Thanksgiving meal this weekend without the parka.
I called and they were here within an hour. Fixed problem. Very knowledgeable. Zach was very polite and answered my questions.
Spencer diagnosed the capacitor on one of our AC units had quit working and upon further investigation discovered it was the wrong size. A repairman from another company had installed the wrong capacitors on both units over the past 2 years, thus creating eventual failure and possibly greater damage to the units. We appreciate Spencer’s honesty and expertise in resolving this problem in a timely manner.
Every time I have called for an urgent fix they come out as soon as possible! The representatives on the phone make you comfortable with the scheduling and tell you about discount programs.

We called Bryant to look at our AC unit. It was working but not great. Sitting about 1-2 degrees over what we have it set as. The tech came and went through a whole scenario about pipes being the wrong size. Over working our compressor and quoted us 3500 to fix it all (4 year old unit) as the parts were covered in warranty. He also shut off the units.It was 100 degrees out that day and we called them to have him come turn the unit back on as it was working prior just not perfect. He argued with me that it wasn’t working and wanted me to sign something stating if our house caught on fire we were taking full responsibility.We had the company who put the units in come then next day for a second opinion. Found the inside unit turned to the lowest setting and a valve outside turned completely off (not just the disconnect) so that explains why if I turned the disconnect back on myself it didn’t work and could have caused an issue.The second company also just figured out it was over charged and emptied some coolant out and it now works perfect. But I did have to go the evening with no AC on a 100 degree day and 2 kids under 2 years old. So that was fun. Thanks Bryant.

Great experience with our preventative maintenance visit. The entire system was checked and the results were explained in easy to comprehend terms. I have had other HVAC from other companies use so much jargon and technical terms that I felt lost in the explanation. In Summer of last year(2021) my ac unit went out so I called Bryants, got a quote and installation that day for 6,000$. I only got a written work order for a receipt, no additional paper work or warranty information. Within a few weeks it stopped working, they installed it improperly. I have 3 work orders of proof after the initial installation that they didn't braise/solder a line properly and it was leaking coolant constantly. It took them over 2 months to correct the problem.That winter my furnace also mysteriously started not working a few months after my ac unit went down. They replaced an induction motor, and have replaced that exact same motor now three times. The issue was stated, it is possibly a factory defect but the motor is over amping. Not much diagnostic work was done here, nor were there much attempts to rectify any underlying issues.After winter and summer ended I then had to have Bryant come out again because my entire system would not run, the furnace or ac unit. This time they stated it was an electrical issue. An assured me that this would correct everything and I wouldn't need any further attempts. I was very hesitant to believe them, because this was the 9th time they had been to my house in less then a year and every bit of work has been insufficient. But I went with them, because the managers and I spoke and said this would alleviate the situation.That was as of May 5th, 2022.Recently I had my blower motor go out, and they need to replace a relay switch. I called another company and they said that Bryant clearly didn't do a full diagnostic and if they replaced just that relay switch they would be out again this Winter to fix more issues inside my furnace.July 8th UpdateAfter a month my blower would not turn off. And they said I needed a new relay motor.Save yourself some time and money and get a 2nd and 3rd quote before you use Bryants for any work.Included are the only work orders I received, but showing that the multiple attempts still fixed were because of your own negligence.
Our experience yesterday with Bryant Heating and Cooling was 5 star. The two technicians that came--Cody Hensley and Chris Stampfort--were knowledgable, steady and thorough. They installed a new furnace, fixed the cooling ducts and added on-off switches to make the unit easy to adjust. They increased the size of the filter house and the size of the filter to provide a better air flow.Cody and Chris were courteous and friendly the whole time they were at our home. Their communication skills were excellent. They answered all our questions and explained the installation process.We would also like to thank William King, the first man Bryant sent to address our problem. He explained what our problem was, showed us evidence of the problem and recommended the proper solution. We think that William, Cody and Chris were not only good representatives of Bryant, but also had the best interest of the customer at heart. We had Bryant come out for an AC check since they check our furnace. The technician let us know when he was on his way. He was very nice. However the minute he opened it up he said we need a new capacitor. That was another $261!!

10/13/22Bryan came out for a clean and check for mother who is 84 years old. She had a club membership to have this done for 300+ a year to have this done twice a year. Every time they came out something was was always wrong with the unit which cost her 400+ every time. The last one on the 13 when they came out for the clean and check she was told she was told she was going to need a new unit and wanted her to have it done the very next day. At a cost of 10,500$. I call another company who came out and replaced the unit for 6,500$ and was told the thing that were done before were not necessary. This was a scam just to take my mother's money. BEWARE OF BRYAN!!!!!!!!!

He did a thorough check of our system and although I am not happy about having to replace parts in a new system, he told us all we should expect and then came out the next day to install the new parts and fix our unit. He was friendly and helpful. He made sure we understood what to expect.
I would highly recommend Bryant Electric. They were able to get me an appointment within a couple days, and our electrician Michael was fast, knowledgable, and friendly. He was able to easily address our repair.

We used them last year for service. I asked the service tech about the possibility of having a split unit put in. He said that he would have someone call. They never did. Earlier this year, I called again. A sales rep. came out. He said he would be back in touch. Never did. I called and reminded that they said they would give me a quote. They never did. I used another company and am enjoying our split unit.
Polite, professional and on site when they said they would be here. Ernie and his team were great — got the job done when they said they would, made sure we were satisfied with the cleanup after the work was done. Will always use Bryant for HVAC work!

Several years ago in the winter my furnace went out and my regular repair person could not be reached and I had two small children and several animals facing a heatless night. I called and Bryant was the only service I could get to come out that night. Unfortunately my furnace was shot but they set me up for a new one for the next day. The repairman was nice enough to help me light gas logs so we would be warm through the night. I was very impressed with their service and still am. If you have trouble, they really do come that day or night to try to get your system back up and running. They are very professional and very reliable!
We initially called another local business when our AC went out. We couldn't even get them to return our call.That's when I made the call to Bryant. They had someone out to assess our problem within a couple hours! The problem was quickly pinpointed and a part was ordered. They came back to install the next day! We were more than happy! Bryant even sent out a technician, Brian S. when we had a few questions about the system's efficiency. Brian was a rockstar! He explained everything so thoroughly and clearly! We felt very well taken care of! Bryant has gained lifelong customers due to their excellent customer service!
Wanted to try a different HVAC company to come service our AC unit, and Bryant sent a service tech out quickly and conveniently. Our tech, Brian, was very friendly and was super-informative and transparent about exactly what the issue was and what he was going to be doing to fix it. He didn't try and sell us something we didn't need... he got our unit back up and running quickly. Very happy with this experience!

We had to replace a 25 year old Amana through the wall unit so we called Bryant. Service technician arrived and was able to locate a new unit that fit in the same space. After five hours of labor they were careful to explain everything to me cleaned up after themselves. Our AC quit working on a Friday night. It was a hot week in June and our home warranty wasn't going to send a technician out for over 5 days. I called Bryant immediately around 9pm and the Bryant Technician showed up by 10am on Saturday morning. He was prompt, courteous and fixed the issue within an hour or so. Spencer performed the AC check. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions, and talked me through what he was doing. Robert came back two days later to find what was leaking. He was in the hot attic for many minutes trying to locate the leak. He pinpointed the problem, and added more refrigerant to the system. Both men were respectful, professional and friendly.

I would just like to highly recommend Bryant! Our AC went out during a weekend. They were able to come out first thing Monday morning the technician was very polite and knowledgeable of the issue right away. He was able to replace the part, and have us up and running in a very short amount of time. I will definitely use them in the future for any other heating and cooling needs.

The technician called 30 minutes before his arrival and he arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional and knowledgeable. He told me the cost up front and gave the recommendations and information that I requested. My air conditioning unit was up and running within about 30 minutes!
Its been a few weeks since they came out, but I have to say I was extremely impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by Bryant. They were actually more available than I was and I had to ask them to wait a day to come out. They evaluated my unit which was over 20 years old and carefully explained my options. After consideration I opted for a new unit as we were able to properly size it for my house. They even provided a new pad for the outside unit and were able to shift it to a more appropriate location. From initial inspection to removing the old units and installing the new their entire staff knowledgeable and professional.For what is worth my issue occurred during the middle of the Covid 19 Health Crisis, and they were very careful to always wear gloves and face masks while inside my home, even when accessing the attic space.

Our furnace stopped working and only Bryant would brave the 10 inches of snow on our street to diagnose the problem. Other companies were afraid their technicians would get stuck and wouldn't come to help us. It turns out we had a cracked heat exchanger and Bryant was able to install a new furnace the same day. I was especially grateful because the temperature was expected to get to 17 below zero that night.

Cane home heard loud noise from air conditioning unit turned it off. Called Bryant because I have heard great reviews and gotten a postcard in mail and had it on my fridge.Talk about prompt service I made service request got a call back right away! They set up for next service available!Next service was only 5 minutes later recurved a call and no sooner hung up phone there was William “ my hero”! He was so professional , courteous and efficient the house did not have time to even get hot before he got my unit back up and working .William gave me some helpful tips and suggestions! He was so sweet and friendly felt like we had known each other a long time.Such a great experience to feel comfortable in a situation that can easily stress someone especially in these times.And yes he wore a mask, kept social distancing and even with mask you could tell he had smile on his face!!Would highly recommend these services fir small and big jobs they get it done!!Thanks again William, my hero!

We used Bryant to replace our air conditioning unit in 2016. After waking up yesterday to a 58 degree home, we immediately called Bryant to schedule a service call for our furnace. The very pleasant telephone operator told us to expect a scheduling call within the next two hours. As promised, a technician called and arrived within the two hour time frame. After running some tests on our furnace, the technician explained our options. Before making the decision to replace our fifteen year old furnace, we explained our frustrations with some oversights that were made during the air conditioning installation. The technician stated that Bryant was under new management and technicians were installing two units per day, rather than trying to work under time constraints previously to install four units per day. Due to the age of our furnace and other issues with replacing various parts, we opted to replace our furnace. By 3:00 p.m. yesterday, our house was once again warm (thank goodness)! The promptness and professionalism of the staff was exemplary. We received a nice discount for doing business with Bryant in the past. Thank you Bryant for a great job!
We have used now both the HVAC department and the Electrical department. Both times we experienced professionalism. Today’s service Ryan was the top notch of service that we have had at the house. He was on time and completed in the same day. We appreciate the hard work he put in today.

I would HIGHLY recommend you stay away from Bryant Heating and Cooling at all costs. Story time!The AC on one of my units stopped working. After calling Bryant heating and cooling and getting someone to investigate, they stated that it was a faulty compressor and that It would be $2200 in labor and refrigerant to replace. But oh but how lucky I am! They have a deal for you where its only going to cost $1700! Oh thank you Bryant Heating and Cooling for your mercy!Here's the real issue. After getting a second opinion, turns out it was just a faulty wire that was very clearly able to be diagnosed at the time but wasn't for whatever reason. What Bryant wanted to charge me nearly $2000 for ended up costing me nothing.Absolute GRIFTERS at this place and you should stay away at ALL COSTS!!!

horrible company and complete rip off. i would not recommend this company unless insurance is paying for everything. called about my water shut valve not being able t to move it to shut it off. and just bought new fridge that needed a 3/4 to 1/4 adapter for ice maker. KYLE came in looked at everything. wrote out a 2 grand estimate and charged 80 bucks and didnt attempt to fix anything. 8 dollar adapter and some wd40 to the valve for a few days and it finally was able to shut it off. then fixed small leak under the sink for 15 dollars which he was going to charge 250 dollars to fix. This Veteran is ASHAMED that there are companies and employees like this . out 80 bucks for nothing and costed less than 25 dollars to fix and he wanted 2 grand. dont use this company.
The motor seized up in our AC unit and it hit 90 degrees in our house. We called at 10am, and a tech was at our house by 3. It is currently 4:30, and we are already getting our new AC and furnace installed and will be going to bed with AC tonight. Couldn’t be happier with the responsiveness, price, and quality of service. Once the unit was checked, he advised me of 2 issues he found. I am BIG on customer service and I must say that Bryant Heating and Cooling exceeded my expectations from start to finish! I called and the rep went over all my options and answered all my questions. She put in my request right away and within minutes there was a great tech named Keith at my door ready to help solve our issue. My a/c furnace was leaking water pretty bad to where we had to turn it off last night, and for a long time no one had been able to figure out what the issue was. Within MINUTES he found the issue and fixed it for a very AFFORDABLE cost! I am soooo glad I made the choice to call them and would recommend them to anyone! I plan to have them to service my unit from here on out! THANK YOU BRYANT HEATING & COOLING!!!

I had to use Bryant’s services for an emergency gas leak, they were the only ones that could come out within 24 hours. I am very pleased with the service my family received. John W and Mckyle are awesome to work with. The two of them are a true meaning of Bryant’s mission statement I heard when calling in for services. Had a neighbor call in a panic because a Bryant service tech who was called to replace a filter was shutting her gas off literally the Friday before Christmas. The tech was telling her that the entire furnace needed to be replaced because of a rusted out exhaust pipe. I asked to speak to him and inquired if he had performed a CO2 or Nat Gas test. He had not. I told him I was a home builder and that I would send a tech over to repair the issue and asked him to leave the unit running for now. The homeowner was going to go to a relatives house temporarily. He then said We can fix it right now. - a very different story than a $4,800 new furnace which he was suggesting just seconds ago. He said he was legally obligated to shut the gas off immediately.The exhaust pipe was replaced for less than $100 rather than the recommended $4,800 repair.

My AC unit had been having a draining problem and was leaking water onto the floor and he was able to find the problem and fix it fully. He kept the cost to a minimum and gave me advice and instructions for further maintenance. I was quite satisfied and impressed with the service and I will definitely be using Bryant Heating & Cooling from now on!
Bryant has been wonderful every time I have had to call them. They have fixed the issues, and if any extra work/equipment was needed, they made sure to explain the need thoroughly before proceeding to the more drastic steps.Robert has been extremely helpful both times he has come out to our house. He has made sure that we understood not only the surface issues, but also the root issues causing those surface issues, so that we could fix the root problems.I would highly recommend Bryant for any AC/HVAC/Heating needs.

Our A/C unit stopped working on Friday night and my husband called. They said they could be out here the next day between 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. James called 30 minutes ahead of time and let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he checked the system and determined a wire was knocked loose while weedwacking. He reattached it and our A/C works great! He was very considerate, putting on disposable shoe covers so mud wouldn’t get tracked into our house. Great service!

My air conditioning in my home went out in August and then my heating went out in November. I have 2 toddlers, we were miserable!.. with the air broke it was hotter inside than outside! I called them on my day off on Sat, Bryant sent a technician to my home within an hour. Turned out my AC unit was 21 years old, and it went completely caput. Bryan, the technician guy told me what was wrong laid out all my options, wasn't trying to upset me things etc. Once I made my decision, he had the repair guys at my home within an hour after he left. They took into account my kids and everything. My home was comfortable again. While I had to bite the bullet and pay an arm and a leg, it was the best service I'd ever had. With the heater it was the same story. Will recommend to everyone!

Dustin was very helpful and kind in explaining to me what needed to happen with our issue. Set us up quickly with same day service for an electrician to come out and assist in further exploration in our issue with our unit. Great service, friendly staff and quick turnaround.
After speaking with Terry (Manager) I would like to commend Bryant Heating and Cooling Manager Terry for reading my review and making the effort to address my concerns. Terry did an awesome job of listening to my concerns and explained things to me in a manner that was professional and considerate. I now understand what options I have and the estimated costs for repairs. I really appreciated that. I do NOT feel my unit was intentionally compromised. A supervisory technician is being sent out to reassess my system at no charge, thank you very much Terry.
Technician Eddie came out on a Saturday within an hour of calling. Was very clean and presentable. Very polite. Inspected our unit and presented us with issues/cost to fix and even took pictures so we could see for ourselves.

It was 9 degrees in December and no heat. I called a couple of places and Bryant Heating and Cooling was the only place to respond quickly. They were out within a couple 0f hours. My furnace had rusted out and they replaced same day. The technician explained every thing to me and even called later to make sure everything was ok. Great company and I only wish I had gone with them when my AC had to be replaced.
Michael Elliott was so helpful and informative when visiting our home as he inspected the wiring and breaker box. He gave us the peace of mind we needed to move forward with our remodeling projects. I could tell he's a very genuine and kind person that really cares about people, not their money.
We have used Bryant for 12+ years for any Heating/Cooling needs since moving to Lexington and installing our new Energy Efficient Heating & Cooling system. We find them to be professional, quick emergency response time and reasonable schedule times for anything else. We are especially glad for their expansion to offering Master Electricians and Master Plumbing needs and the ease with which to schedule. Their Technicians are knowledgeable and personable providing review of service and offering suggestions as well as maintenance tips.
Bryant quoted me $1200 to replace and condenser fan motor, and told me it was a special part that would need to be ordered (I later learned they are most generally universal). I had another company come out and had this repaired within an hour the next day for $450. That is a very large cost difference. The technician did not see confident in what he was doing and was not professional
He was so polite. Eager to help get all my electrical needs taken care of even though I only requested an exposed wire inspection. Never once complained and did a great job!
We was having problems with our heating kicking on. Bryant sent out a service tech by the name of Brandon. Really awesome and knowledgeable guy! He walked me thought different things that could be my issues and some that could come in the future.would highly recommend him!
I have dealt with Bryant for 2 years and they have always responded to calls in a timely manner. Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. They often make suggestions when for the customer when cost are involved. When my furnace needed to be replaced they responded next day and had the new furnace replaced.

I came home from work, on a Friday night, my downstairs was 76 degrees. In a panic I searched for Bryant’s number, hoping it wouldn’t be too late before the weekend. I called and the lady who answered was very polite and helpful, I was told someone would call me the next day between 9-12. Saturday morning I get a call at 8:40 stating someone would arrive at my home at 9, they weren’t lying! My technician arrived, listened to my concerns, then completed his diagnosis. The technician worked quickly to get my system up and running before the heat of the day came! I can’t recommend this company enough for their quick response! Very polite staff!!
Diagnosed my HVAC system quickly and set up for my replacement blower. DeVon was my technician and arrived quickly, replaced part quickly and was very professional. He did not make a mess and cleaned up afterwards, and left recommendation to assure my system stays in tip top shape.

Am not satisfied and do not recommend. Ours was suppose to be a new system and after 4days of use it was just blowing out air. Not cool air. My husband called them and they sent someone and was broken while being installed. We have not had cool air or any air. Thankfully we have ceiling fans. It's been 4 days and still isn't fixed. And we haven't even made the first payment on a real expensive unit.

Jason arrived soon after I received a text and call from him. He changed my furnace filter and checked out my furnace. He was very professional and efficient. He recommended that a humidifier be added to my unit. That is something I’ve wondered about and appreciated his advice.

Bryant is awesome. I’ve used them several times since moving to Kentucky. Just yesterday our ac stopped. I called Bryant on a Sunday evening thinking that I would be out of ac for several days in the KY heat. Nope not these guys very next day 9am they came and bam!!!! My ac is Fixed! Heat went out over the night Saturday night so we called Bryant Sunday morning. They came out explained everything set up payment plan and made arrangements to come Monday morning. Our technician did a great job. He quickly identified that our A/C wasn’t turning on because the thermostat was broken. He had a new one in his truck and installed it. Easy peasy!
Bryce was our technician who worked on our whole house attic fan. He was so kind and so patient with my questions. He took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand. He was extremely personable which I appreciated. What a blessing from God!

The service tech who serviced my furnace was named King. Actually, I think that's a last name, not a first name. I found him to be quite professional and knowledgeable. He gave me tips for prolonging the life of the small condensation pump attached to the furnace. For that alone, he deserves a tip of the hat.
Electrician was informative, professional and did very good work as far as I can tell. Would absolutely use again and recommend to others.
I was very pleased with my service technician, DeVon. He is very efficient and knows his stuff. I'll request him for all my service.
Wow. I wish I would’ve read more reviews before I called them. It seems like they tried to pull the same fast trick on me as many other people. My heat wasn’t working, the guy tried to get me to buy an $11,000 new unit. That seemed high to me and called a second company. They came out, said I absolutely didn’t need a new unit and got it fixed for a SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper price. Glad I’m only out $60 for their service fee. If you do have them come do work, get a second opinion and don’t get ripped off.
Fast, efficient response! Came to assess our non-functioning air conditioning system within 45 minutes, found it to be in need of replacement and discussed our options. Friendly, no-pressure conversation. After we agreed on a unit for replacement a team led by Brian B. was on-site within half an hour to begin work. Several people were working with him and all were friendly and busily on task. Brian kept us informed of progress the entire way until the unit was in and working perfectly. Great job!

Called them on Friday for a Saturday appointment between 9 and 12. They showed up early opposed to late. Quickly figured out what was wrong with our furnace (cracked and old) Gave us couple of options on what to do. We went with replacing both the inside and outside unit. They gave us a discount, offered a 5 year labor warranty and said it would be replaced that day. All before noon on a SATURDAY. Which is great since it’s only going to be in the 40s today and is going to be in the 20s tonight. Super impressed.
We are very pleased with the service we received. When we called the girls where quick to send someone out. The guys were very helpful and informative about the units we had installed. They answered all our question and explained everything to us. All the staff that we dealt with was very helpful and polite. The two new units are working great. Thank you for the great service.
Bryant Heating and Cooling sent Ernie to provide an inspection of our system. Ernie was punctual, friendly and polite. His inspection helped us identify and repair issues with our system. I definitely recommend Bryant.
The technician who came out to fix our unit was very kind and knowledgeable. The fuse in our upstairs unit always blows when the heat kicks over. He found a few wires that were exposed and this will hopefully fix the issue that we’ve had every year since we’ve moved into our house.

Bryant went above and beyond to replace my gas furnace. The one I selected wasn’t available so they upgraded my selection at no extra cost. They removed, replaced, and setup my furnace, and cleaned up leaving my utility room better than they found it. I highly recommend them to anyone with heating & cooling needs.
Called to schedule a standard system check and was able to get an appointment as early as the next day. Brian was right on time, very courteous and helpful in outlining what he found while checking our system. He explained one fix that would soon be necessary and offered several optional enhancements but was not pushy at all. Overall a great experience!

Ernie J was the technician who took care of the annual inspection of my furnace. He was polite, on time, efficient and professional.5/24/17 Called Bryant HVAC and spoke with Jacklyn Mantooth. She was an excellent representative for the company. She was friendly and responsive to my questions. She arranged for the Air Conditioner annual check up at a date and time that was convenient for me. Coby Hensley arrived early (after a phone call to be sure it was convenient) and did the inspection quickly and thoroughly, even going so far as to wash the washable filter that was replaced in the unit. Above and beyond the requirements. Thank you.

Definitely would recommend Bryant Heat & Air for any HVAC issues one may have. Customer service and setting scheduling by phone was swift and accommodating. My HVAC technician, Robert Gay was cordial and explained the system and the issues that were corrected and repaired.
Bryant Heating and Air responded quickly when our heat pump failed. They came out in a couple hours, diagnosed the problem and replaced the air handler and emergency heating coils on the same day so we could sleep in comfort. They returned the next day to install the rest of the heat pump system. Justin and his fellow workers were most courteous and respectful. They worked in cold and windy conditions without complaining. Very professional. Thanks Guys!!Update: August 2023. James from Bryant came out to check up on my system. He confirmed that all was well after 19 months. He was prompt and professional. Who could ask for more?
I can always depend on Bryant Heating and Cooling. I have several rental units and it seems they need service in the evening and weekends the most. They are always able to get me scheduled the same day and take care of the issue. I had Robert G as the Service Pro the last time. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I will request him next time.

Everyone was very professional. Zack diagnosed the problem quickly. Brandon Wright and Justin Green were very prompt to put in the new AC unit. They all went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the service.
I've been using these folks for several years and they haven't failed me yet.
Our furnace went out so we called and within 20 minutes Ernie was there. He went and diagnosed the problem, gave us several options on what we could do. He was very patient with us. We had to call our home warranty and insurance company to see what we needed to do. He was there a lot longer than he needed to be because of us trying to get our ducks in a row. In the end we had him fix our furnace and it’s up and running! Thanks for being there so quick and being so patient.
Replaced a part on our outside AC unit so we are now ready for the summer heat.

Yesterday (the first warm day of the year) I noticed that my AC was blowing, but not very cool air. When I checked the system, the fan was barely moving. So, I made a call to Bryant and was given an appointment first thing the very next day! Zac arrived when he said he would and he was awesome to work with from start to finish. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue and get it resolved. He explained things to me in a way I could understand and thoroughly explained everything he did. Highly recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling, and definitely recommend Zac as a technician!
Two years ago our 5 year old unit from a different company quit working just as summer was starting. We called Bryant Heating and Cooling to come for a service call. We found out that our old unit couldn’t be repaired and that we would need a new unit. Bryant Heating and Cooling really worked with us to upgrade our unit to a bigger unit with a much better warranty and service offers. We couldn’t be happier with our decision and haven’t had any issues! Just today we needed a new thermostat installed and they were able to work us in same day! I called and scheduled an appointment today. When asking me my contact information it was my mothers. I gave them the appropriate number, and the receptionist verified they would call my cell prior to arrival. Several hours later my mom calls to tell me that Bryant called their home and my father informed me that the ac was working and to cancel the order (he has Alzheimer's). So, I call Bryant and they said that now I have to wait until tomorrow because there are no appointments left!!!! Are you kidding me? They make the error and I am punished!! What poor customer service!!!

We have used Bryan Heating and Cooling for a few years now and can not say enough about the service provided. We are able to talk to someone anytime we call, day or night. They are quick to schedule, show up on time and in our experience, at the beginning of the window of time provided. The techs are professional, kind, and courteous. Each time they have been here, care is taken when entering the house to cover shoes and then seek to understand everything that is happening with the system. They diagnose, explain, and then when needed, further repair is handled promptly. We have been very pleased!

My experience with Bryant Electric was excellent. They arrive the day I called to give me an evaluation.Then arrived on time, Efficiently, quietly, and professionally repaired my electrical problem. Cleaned the entire area completely explained everything they did and reinforce that I could call them at any time! I would have no hesitation in calling this company again.

I just had the best experience in having my heating and cooling system checked out.
