David Hughes was excellent. Very courteous and explained everything and repaired everything efficiently.

I had a few different issues in my house that I’m trying to sell. The gas company wouldn’t turn on the gas until a shut off valve was installed. Also I had a leaky shower and a busted ptrap in the bathroom. Tyler was here in a timely manner, I commend him on the gas shutoff, he didn’t feel comfortable so Brian came over and installed the shut off. Tyler rebuilt my entire shower and ptrap, he was clean, respectful and very knowledgeable! I would recommend Tyler any day! He also went out of his way to go to Lowe’s with me to pick out a shower kit that I liked! Very impressed!

I recently bought a home in Lexington and we had our inspector conduct a camera survey of our sewer line prior to purchase and the report that followed was dismal at best. Another local plumber was contacted to give an estimate on repairs and it was simply staggering. We refused to pass up on the home we had our hearts tied into and upon completion of the sale we contacted the plumbers who had helped us before in a pinch, Daeunhauer. Tony and Taylor showed up to do their inspection of the sewer lateral and instead of massive repairs costing thousands and resulting in the removal of a bathroom floor and excavation of the backyard they concluded the pipe may just need an extensive deep clean. Tony and Taylor returned with correct equipment and while it wasn't an emergency they worked well into the evening for hours cleaning all 70' of the pipe to a sparkling clean. This pipe had clearly never been serviced since it was installed and while the cleaning did cost some money it was insignificant to the original estimate of repairs. We were sent a before and after video and Tony and Taylor did a phenomenal job. This is why we will continue to use plumbers from Daeunhauer. Honest company with the customer in mind! Our house was serviced by Adam who was very professional and knowledgeable about our 15 year old AC unit and everything we needed to know about repairing it. He informed me of the refrigerant changes coming up and saved us from being slammed with a $5,000 replacement without having time to plan! We greatly appreciate Adam and the entire team and will be exclusively using them for our home from now on! Highly recommend!

I've had two experiences with Lovell. Both have been very satisfactory and showed attentiveness, fairness and above and beyond efforts to get the job done right. First was a service call to my house when my outside unit stopped blowing cold air (summer). They came in, were very courteous and polite. After investigating the indoor and outdoor unit they quickly diagnosed the issue. They pulled the correct part off the truck and I was back up and running. I was also pleasantly surprised with the total cost.

Second experience I had installed a programmable thermostat and found that I did something incorrect and my unit outside was not running. Thinking I fried my unit I called Lovell on a Sunday and spoke to someone right away. I spoke with the same tech as last time and he walked me through the thermostat set-up over the phone and we corrected what I had wrong. He knew exactly what kind of system I had and helped me solve my problem at no cost!

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. Dean came out and did a great job on my AC unit. It was leaking and they went above and beyond to unclog and clean the coils and even went and bought me a new filter. Pricing was better than I was expecting. Couldn’t be happier with them. He will definitely be my AC guy from now on. Also, they were very nice to my 4 year old son and that’s always a plus!

Fayette Plumbing installed our dishwasher, water heater, and fixed a slow leak for us. They were professional and affordable. We will be sure to call them again if we ever need them!

My wife called Tim for help with our clogged tub. He came out same day and fixed it within minutes. Will definitely use him again.
