No stars is what they should get. Do not call these people unless you have an entire day to spend waiting for them to NOT SHOW UP!!! My 12-4 service time turned into 4-8 when they thought no one was home, yet there were 2 adults and 2 vehicles in driveway ALL DAY. Still no one… at all….. all day…. Even though I was assured on my third call with them that someone would definitely be here today before 8pm. We waited and waited and waited… could have done so many other things…. And should have called someone else from the very start!!!

I used Ace Plumbing for repairs to my house for sale, and to my new house for move in. Mr Wilson did a great job scheduling within my time frame, showed up and worked hard to get the work done quickly, and did a clean and professional job in both places.

We had our water heater catch fire over the weekend. Thankfully didn't do anything, but make the water heater useless. Plumbing systems Inc, were great to work with. Very friendly and fast to come and replace the water heater and even had them install a drip pain as the previous water heater did not have one. Chris and DJ were awesome and we'd recommend them to anyone. We will definitely use them if needed in the future.

A company of integrity with honest and fair business practices. Prior to having Cecil's out to evaluate and service my ac unit at home, I had dealt with 3 different companies and not a one of them solved the problem. A friend of mine recommended Cecil's Heating & Air, so with nothing to lose my husband called them. They arrived early for appointment, evaluated our situation, found out what was wrong and within less than a week the work was done and now we have air conditioning that truly cools! Due to this experience I feel confident in highly recommending!

I've had two experiences with Lovell. Both have been very satisfactory and showed attentiveness, fairness and above and beyond efforts to get the job done right. First was a service call to my house when my outside unit stopped blowing cold air (summer). They came in, were very courteous and polite. After investigating the indoor and outdoor unit they quickly diagnosed the issue. They pulled the correct part off the truck and I was back up and running. I was also pleasantly surprised with the total cost.

Second experience I had installed a programmable thermostat and found that I did something incorrect and my unit outside was not running. Thinking I fried my unit I called Lovell on a Sunday and spoke to someone right away. I spoke with the same tech as last time and he walked me through the thermostat set-up over the phone and we corrected what I had wrong. He knew exactly what kind of system I had and helped me solve my problem at no cost!

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.

George Hurlburt, and Omar Betancourt, along with one other professional technician performed the installation of my new heating and air conditioning system. The work was performed in a professional manner throughout. They kept me appraised of the progress of the installation process and answered all of my questions regarding the project. The system works as intended and the team cleaned up and removed all of the debris that was produced. I would highly recommend these individuals to be a part of any home heating and air conditioning system installation team, and I would request them if I had to have another system installed in the future.

Chris and Chris have come out for repairs multiple times and have always ALWAYS ALWAYS been such a warm kind extremely knowledgable exceptional team of professionals! They come with smiles, laughter, and good cheer - which is just unheard of no-a-day's but SO NEEDED! They are INDEED the EXPERTS! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. We have been Arronco customers for 30 years. We always purchase the yearly contract with them and today am I glad we do. We returned home from a weeks vacation to a hot stuffy house. Even though it is a Saturday afternoon, we called and left a message with the Arronco answering service. Within 15 minutes, we received a call from the technician, Shawn, who walked us through a restart of the system. When that failed to work, he was here within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. He was friendly, courteous and not the least put out that he was pulled away from his Saturday plans. Hats off to Arronco for hiring and retaining such stellar personnel! Hats off to Arronco for thirty years of stellar service!
